  A standard network Internet plan will not work. You need a specific plan of BlackBerry data. Wind of appeal and they can get you properly set up.

  Can you check to see if you get the same error when you check the software updates?

  Using a new BBID or one that has been linked previously to another device?

  Do you know if you are connected to the BlackBerry Internet Service? You should see the BlackBerry Logo next to your signal at the top of your home screen indicator.

  Can you try to send a PIN message?

  1. open the Hub and select "Message of PIN.

  2. Select "dial."

  3. Enter your PIN in the field "to".

  4. press on "send".

  Note: To find your PIN go to settings > topic > category > hardware

  If the fails to send a PIN message recording unit to try to give, the following BlackBerry Knowledge Base Article explains how - KB00510: how to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  Once you have done that try yourself send a PIN message a second time, and see if its sent successfully.

  I have downloaded iphone 5 from Asia with the latest BBM surveys software. I tried to send a screenshot through BBM surveys and I can't seem to do. When you set the attach icon, either you resume letters, camera, note voice and a few other options, but when I click on the camera, I have to take a new photo.

  Someone know how to get into your camera to see all the photos, so you can choose to send through BBM?

  To send a picture already taken, or a screenshot all the following steps.

  1. Open a conversation
  2. Tap
  3. To attach a file, such previously took the photo, date or file stored in Dropbox, tap

  As you said that there is no service in Iran for BlackBerry, this is the reason why you cannot use BBM on the network provider. You couldn't use BBM 2 days a go on wifi, right? Seems that there is no permanent solution for your question, yet.

  But you might want to give a chance, just a test, save your BlackBerry handheld to your network operator. Article ID: KB00510. How to record the phone smart BlackBerry with the wireless network.

  I'm writing an application that will scan qr codes using the camera in the qml with a sensor attached barcode object. It works fine, but I want to connect my application to the bbmsp, and I used the example code provided by Blackberry in the code of RegistrationHandler.cpp/hpp.  Once I create the object:

  RegistrationHandler * registrationHandler = new RegistrationHandler (uuid, this);

  The scanner no longer works.  It works before adding to this and with this line of commented code, it works fine. So I can choose, operation connection to BBMSP, or barcode. I can not get both to work together. I checked that it is this exact line of code isolation, nothing else happens.

  Can anyone maybe suggest some possible reasons for this and suggest what I might be able to do about this please, because it must have left me stumped for 3 days?

  the scanner itself did not work as I said - it has absolutely nothing and would not bar codes detect, viewfinder remained open, and even debug commands in all signals detection returned nothing, suggesting without barcode could be found. However, with the independent example exact same codes have been scanned.

  I have an update now - to trace the problem that I have commented the code line by line. Close unexpectedly when I raise the code line by line, it worked very well, and now the scanner returns bar codes. The problem settled, effectively without change in the code.  Very confusing... thank you for your reply but

  So I connected my app to the BBM. So much easier that BB7 incidentally.

  In any case this is the usecase I want to solve.

  We have static text we want a user to be able to share with one of their friends BBM.

  The user clicks on the 'Share on BBM' button in my application, and the user is presented with his BBM contacts list. They then click the desired friend and the message box is pre-filled with the text we quote.

  The main problem I encounter is that I can't find the appropriate documentation.

  Looks like that the day I ask THAT RIM decides to write a good blog post discussing this EXACT thing.

  I just installed BBM app on my Samsung Galaxy S3 device, with a service of data, network of the UNITED Arab Emirates. I am facing a problem with the connection; the app said "Cannot finish installation" with error "No Connection Found. It is said ' your connection to the wireless network is turned off. Restore your connection and try again. "Agree that wifi is turned off, but then I have a 3g connection provided by the netwrok of the United Arab Emirates. Why isn't the app recognize this connection?

  BTW, is that this average BBM for Android app is not yet available for the UNITED Arab Emirates?

  Sorry for my late reply, if you are unable to connect to your BlackBerry ID account and who cannot answer the question of recovery of password or access the e-mail Inbox associated with your BlackBerry ID, you will be able to connect or to regain access to the BlackBerry ID account The only option is to delete the account and create a new one.

  I'm in Italy and I want to use bbm to stay in touch. I have a blackberry bold 9900 and I'm on O2 network, I'll be gone for 3 weeks and don't want to use O2 travel it will cost me more than £40.   If you have data roaming turned on, you will be able to use BBM, but given that the data will be used I strongly recommend to contact your wireless provider to make sure you understand all roaming charges that may apply.

  This is the problem, I really hope that you can give me help or at least a hint guys...

  I have an online store, and I have a server to run my App chatbot that I use chatbot handling some customer service taks and act as store customer assistant helps when they like to ask or order stuff from my store.

  currently my bot run using api telegram handling in and outbound message, how ever many of my clients use BBM as their main email applications.

  I want to know, if there is a way I can use push api to act as bot api telegram, im sory if I miss understand how push api works, because that I really really new in blackberry application development.

  I understand that BBM is like PIN messaging function, so first idea who come in my head is to buy a new phone, BlackBerry or android phone, then make this phone as a bot with the creation of some applications to manage incoming BBM messages inside and send back throug push API, but I think that the idea is really not effective or worse probably misslead.

  The Service of BlackBerry Push to push messages to BBM.  You can push messages to your own application that runs on the device.

  BBM has no API to programmatically read incoming messages.  You can programmatically create working drafts of BBM messages to send, but there is user interaction required to send the message.

  You can watch to BBM circuits.  You can use a channel of BBM to send messages to your subscribers and they could send messages to you.  There is a web interface for BBM channels, but also a plugin of Hootsuite.  It does not support the local app that you describe, but can provide what you need.

  I have my new BB Z30 a couple of weeks and was quite impressed by almost every aspect of it. Until a few days ago, when my battery started draining on its own without no reason. He went from 100% flat in 5 hours
