As you said that there is no service in Iran for BlackBerry, this is the reason why you cannot use BBM on the network provider. You couldn't use BBM 2 days a go on wifi, right? Seems that there is no permanent solution for your question, yet.

But you might want to give a chance, just a test, save your BlackBerry handheld to your network operator. Article ID: KB00510. How to record the phone smart BlackBerry with the wireless network.

    Thank you very much for your concern. I was able to solve the problem. At first I thought I could have access to all my bbm contacts including those who do not have related bbm app installed. I had to implement an invitation for those who do not have the application installed using blackberry.bbm.platform.users.inviteToDownload, I so was able to access the profiles of users through the pickUser() function.

    Can you please clarify? You say that you cannot connect to the server, and then you say that WiFi is perfect. Can say you it was OK until yesterday. So I'm confused about what you are who do... is it via WiFi or via your carrier connection data?

    Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    Please uninstall AppWorld options > device > application management.

    Scroll down to BlackBerry AppWorld > delete.

    Perform a restart on the BlackBerry this way: with the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, remove the battery for a min. and then reinsert the battery of waiting until it reboot.

    Now, since your browser BB go to thewww.blackberry.com/appworld and install again.

    After installation go to app world and see if you are able to download on a PC, you can also try to scan the barcode of this application, it will request a download link on your device. Please try it and let us know. But like I said try to download Over the Air.

  • BB link 1.1.1.26 software BlackBerry cannot connect to your BlackBerry ID confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again.

    I'm having a problem with BlackBerry link 1.1.1.26.  I installed, removed and reinstalled several times and have not been able to find a solution.  Once the link is installed and I have running, click on the "Sign In" button and then showed up with an error message saying "unable to connect to your BlackBerry ID."  Confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again "(Win 8 64-bit) office is certainly connected to the internet, using for this post as we speak.  Configuration of simple network DSL modem, router and wi - fi, no firewall company or related issues.  I tried to disable the firewall, and windows defender, reboot and nothing seems to work.  Once I had it connect after a new installation, but the next time I loaded, he was presented with the same error.  Does anyone have any ideas or patches?  Get very frustrating and want out of the file sharing facility.

    I was able to get the link to work yesterday by doing a complete uninstall of the BB and BB Desktop Manager link.  Restart, running a registry cleaner, by restarting again and do a new installation of link BB.  It now seems to work.  I tried a few times and after several reboots it always seems to work.

    Yes, I had checked before the windows firewall State, and there has been exceptions for active link.  I also tried turning off the firewall completely and windows defender, but which had not worked.

    We lived in Dubai and moved home to Omaha NE.  We had ATT go phones for Omaha, BB makes bold to Dubai. I took the my ATT sim put in bold, and everything worked perfectly.  I did the same for Ken and his phone and SMS works, but email will not send or receive. His "BOLD" is a little newer than mine 9780.

    When I click on setup of e-mail, the application initialization displays this message, "your device had a problem connecting to the server to try again Cancel" we have ATT connections and Wi - Fi and Bluetooth connection works.  The GPS knows where we are.  I can't understand the problem.

    I think you need to talk to AT & T. From what I can see, that it looks not to the network AT & T natively supports the 9780 for automatic recording of THS and automatic distribution of maintenance book, which are necessary in order to receive all exclusive services BB (including e-mail). In addition, you must be a subscriber to a package of data from AT & T that activates the services you want - I doubt that the plan 'go' includes BB services.

    What I think is happening is that your BB continues to receive services of BIS of the carrier of Dubai, even if your BB is flowing on the ATT network. This can happen, but only until he discovers the carrier of Dubai and it stops at their end.     A box of Intellisync error message appears whenever I try to sync with Lotus Notes 6.5 on my PC via USB and the Office Manager. The error message says: "unable to connect to the device.  Please make sure that the device is properly connected and try again.  I am also unable to make a backup or configure synchronization settings.  I tried several things, including the re - install Desktop Manager (v.4.6), get out and re-installing the battery of BB, demotion to a lower version of Desktop Manager (v.4.3), but the problem is not resolved.

    The file under C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application PtTrace.log is in Motion\BlackBerry\Intellisync shows the following errors:

    Error 0 x 83110005.-2096037883.0 a.\syncconfigmanager.cpp line 1137

    Error cannot load CXLServer1.dll in the product directory... 4005.\callback.cpp line 3610

    Fichier.\LNOptions.cpp, line 2043, Msg The Lotus Notes mail, server or location parameters have changed. Update configuration.

    Thanks for the suggestion.  I did a wipe, shortly before I read your post and it now works for me as well.  I share your view that the problem seems to lie with the way the device switch Wizard copies the files.

    Try to start the machine in safe mode.

    Remove the battery. While you hold the "Back" button re-insert the battery. Keep pushing the previous button for another 20 seconds or more in the boot sequence.

    If it starts, remove the theme.

    Hi, hoping someone on that can help me.

    I have had my blackberry of the flame for about a month now, I'm with vodafone UK and my rate includes unlimited internet access. I was able to use the internet very well until two days ago, when I got a message saying "unable to connect to the internet, please try again later" I contacted vodafone to this topic earlier in the day and they were quite baffled, told me that everything on my account seems fine and should work fine. The person I spoke made me remove my service books and you sign up again using host routing table. Finally after trying many other things (pulling on the battery, a soft reset, update my SIM Card.) removing books worked service!

    Now (after a hard reset I did) the phone displays the same message telling me I can't access the internet. I repeated the steps to remove my service books and register again, but it only allows me to browse the internet for a short period, until the message is displayed again?

    Everything works fine... Apps, Messenger, call, send SMS...

    Please if someone knows something that will help then I would be very grateful. (Also I did a full cleaning of the phone security - it did not help, the message was still displayed.)

    Hi & thanks for the quick response.

    After phone vodafone up (yet) I was put through to the technical support who told me able for them to update my card sim in order to correct the flaws that I needed to go into internet options, manual switch and choose a random network my phone is picked up (obviously don't pick up not vodafone). After confirmation that my sim card has been updated at the end there I then switched back to automatic in my internet settings and it told me that I have to turn off my phone and take out the card battery & sim for an hour.

    After all an hour and a half, that I decided that I had left the phone long enough & tried to access internet when, surprisingly it worked! (and it's still working fingers crossed).

    Once the phone was back on I received notifications informing me I was registered with the network and I should start to receive email & tel in no time... I did!

    So for someone who is having the same problems or similar, I suggest the ringtone to the top of your service provider and asking them to update your sim card!
