Each month, I had a billing evidence in my account, but I had, always every month, a double debit on my credit card note so I decided to cancel my subscription. Indeed in August 2015, I made the termination of my program by an email I received from Adobe.   There is no serial number for creative cloud subscription. You install the creative cloud Desktop Manager & the and with your Adobe ID and password. Then you install from the Desktop Manager. You only need a serial number if you buy a stand-alone copy.
