best settings for exporting to dvd

I export DVD cs5 of the body.  I'm on windows 7, 64 bit, 6 GB ram, intel core I7.  My export - match source, more high qualtiy, watched a little glitch in some areas and the text was not very clear on my credentials.  I think that all the titles are appropriate fonts.  I use hdv footage and my calendar is set up to match the original film.  I had a lot of excess files on my hard drive that are now deleted. I've defragged about 4 times and try again now.  I test two parameters - first, on dvd export, higher quality, the second, I customized the same mpeg2-DVD, 2 pass vbr, min 2.80, goal 5, 8 max.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to export the 'best' possible to play on a computer or a dvd image quality?

Thank you

Lisa

Previously I would scan from a band and would export .avi without loss of EI, but now I use the XDCAM EX 1080 50i on first sequence presets and I wonder if I need to change the parameters of the AE or just keep them as lossless?

    As always, thanks in advance!

  • What are the best settings for the export of the comps before edditing in Premiere Pro

    Hi all!

As the title says, who are the best settings to export compositions of EI on Pr.Pro and then edit them?

Let me explain: I have two comps in AE (intro and outro) and want to export in Pr.Pro for with a fottage edditing I shot.

When I give the size of the files are huge (30 sec = 7 GB).

Which is the best method (and settings) I can export the intro and outro to a 'normal' size of the file and then put them in Pr.Pro without losing quality?

AE and Premiere Pro the two CS4

If you're having trouble to play things in your Premiere Pro timeline, then find out editing in offline mode. In the edition offline, you work with a version of lower quality of an asset when editing and then replace with a version high quality when you are ready for the release.

  • Best settings for the encoder to 720p@30fps (may - Ann or Jeff B.?)

I have recommendations for use of Ann and b. Jeff for several months now using cs 4 encoding that can help get the high quality HD on a DVD-video.  Thank you!

    Now, I have a project using 720 p at 30 fps... Jeff online tutorial does not cover 720 p @ 30 fps.

What are the best settings for my coding export?

    Thank you, Tom B.

Process the images 720p30 in the same way that you process images 1080 p 30.  The difference with images of 60 p is because the size of the frame * and * the rate had to be adjusted.

  • What are the best settings to export the .mov file? my video jumps

What are the best settings to export the .mov file? I have movie 1280 x 720 and I can export without problem, but sometimes it jumps or gets stuck when I play. I don't know if it's my video card or the actual file. I used better quality setting and compressor H.264.

    Thank you.

As you suggest, it could be a problem with your hardware that is not in a position to make the video on this particular resolution,

I tried the same thing and it works fine for me without any problem. You can always export the movie in a format you want and then use other software video converter to get the desired format. If your video does not work then you can also, to let know you that there is a problem with your hardware.

  • Best settings for a wireless home network?

I want to get help on a somewhat complicated setup: my connection in optical fiber gets into my house to a room in the basement. I have a last generation Asus router, which spreads the signal through various Ethernet cables. Wi - fi is disabled, because it wouldn't reach anywhere. Upstairs, I have a new airport time capsule, which creates the main WiFi network for the home. However, it dose not brought into the world. In the box where I want to extend the signal, I have a 5th generation AirPort Extreme (it does not support the alternative signal) connected to an Ethernet jack.

    Now my questions:

    1. my Time Capsule should be set to bridge mode, because it is connected to a router? Do not forget that I can't exclude this router because it brings the signal via a cable to other places.

    2. If the answer to the above is Yes, is there a way to establish a network of wi - fi comments?

    3. What are the best settings for the Airport Extreme, which is supposed to extend the signal? It is better to create a new wifi network, as it is connected via Ethernet, or should I put it to extend an existing wifi network?

I hope that I have explained clearly, I'm only half of technology warned, and I am a bit lost...

    1. my Time Capsule should be set to bridge mode, because it is connected to a router? Do not forget that I can't exclude this router because it brings the signal via a cable to other places.

Own configuration of Apple software, AirPort utility you should implement in Bridge Mode time Capsule to avoid a network error called Double NAT. But, ironically, if you call Apple support, they will tell you 'ignore' the Double NAT error and run time Capsule as another router on the network.

Normally, you can avoid having a Double NAT error on the network, because that might lead to other problems, Apple boards so... If you call them... is controversial. Basically, it seems that Apple wants a router from Apple in charge of both the network possible... not another router.

So, you will need to decide what advice to Apple you want to try.

    2. If the answer to the above is Yes, is there a way to establish a network of wi - fi comments?

The feedback network option will not work correctly if the Capsule is configured in Bridge Mode.

    3. What are the best settings for the Airport Extreme, which is supposed to extend the signal? It is better to create a new wifi network, as it is connected via Ethernet, or should I put it to extend an existing wifi network?

"Extend a wireless network" is used only when the airport connects to another router from Apple using a Wi - Fi connection. Since you will use Ethernet to connect, you would use "create a wireless network" setting.

But, you won't have to worry about this if you are using Apple Configuration "Wizard" to set up the AirPort Extreme... it automatically applies the correct settings.

  • Best settings for the analysis of revenues

I just bought a HP Officejet 6600 A-I-O. I was looking for a device scan my boxes of documents, so I can unclutter my home office. I would also like to analyze the revenue. I considered the famous 'neat Scanner", but I hesitated to the price tag of $400.

My question: what are the best settings for the HP scanning application when I'm scanning received? What is the difference between PDF and PDF searchable? IsTIFF a better choice than PDF? Use "Generalist" or something else? Recipes do not need large files high resolution, of course.

Can someone point me to a guide that explains the different parameters available with the HP Scan application, please. Thank you!

    Hi Caesar3,

In a regular PDF document, the text looks more like a picture of the text.  We can see it, but the file does not contain the words.

In an indexed PDF, text is stored as text, so it can be searched.

    http://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/how-to-create-a-searchable-PDF-file

When you scan receipts, 200 or 300 dpi should be fine.  If you plan to print the stored version receive 300 dpi would work well.

I recommend PDF more TIFF.  TIFF files can store pages or multiple images in a single file, but access to additional pages is a bit awkward.  Generally, the file size is much smaller with PDF or TIFF.

The site http://www.scantips.com/ is a good resource.  This is a Web site not HP, but it does not scan HP.

What is the best settings for kdl-46ve5 Briteness, color etc level thank you tv

    Hello Tom,

The default settings in the TV are usually the best settings for the normal display. However, the settings such as brightness, color etc. level must be adjusted based on the comfort of the user. It depends on the user and also the environment watch one. There is no basic rules for the parameters. The settings can be done on a basis of trial and error.

Check your memory and multiprocessing settings. The RAM memory that is reserved for other applications should probably be higher.

    Minimum requirements according to Adobe:

    • 4 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)

According to almost everyone who uses it. The 4 GB is the minimum for it to run. However, you need more than 8 for this to work well. I would consider 16 to a minimum so that it works well, but considering how cheap and it is easy to upgrade RAM, I put more than that in your system if possible.

I set up a slide show of my drawings for display on a TV.   The images are color JPEGs.   What primary settings work best for the project when it comes to watching a slideshow of images on an HDTV?   I know how to change the properties of the project, but I don't know which of the formats and options will work best to turn slideshow into a video clip.

First 13 items on what operating system? You have 13 to 13.1 updates, using Help Menu/updates to date of an open project?

Your question immediately... assuming you have a NTSC installation...

    1. What are the dimensions in pixels of your JPEG files, and how many of them are there? Depending on the resources of the computer, how many JPEG files, and what pixel dimensions, try to use 1920 x 1080 format JPEG and the project preset elements 13/13.1 first is NTSC, DSLR, 1080 p, DSLR 1080 p 30.

    2. what type of player is has your HD TV?

    (a) if only one DVD, then your destination drive is drive DVD/record/Publish + share with preset = NTSC_Widescreen_Dolby DVD. Video set for display at 872 x 480 after encoding.

    (b) if player Blu - ray, then the publish + share/disc/AVCHD (which are a DVD disc)... can be 1920 x 1080 @ 23,94 progressive frames per second (H.264 1 920 x 1080 NTSC Dolby)

    (c) if the Blu - ray player, then publish + share/Disc/Blu-ray disc... can be 1920 x 1080 @ 23,94 progressive frames per second (H.264, 1920 x 1080 p NTSC Dolby).

I assumed you wanted a product of disc? If your HD TV player takes support other media of the video file, what are the formats on which media supports?

With this information, I will propose Publish + share/computer/specificities for export to files.

Please review, study and give more details.

    Thank you.

  • Flash CS 5.5 - best settings when exporting .swf to reach a wider audience?

    Hi Flash experts!

I am an Illustrator 2D and am relatively new to Flash (and love it!) and add a few simple (using my illustration) Flash animations on my portfolio site. But I have problems when exporting .swf - I sent on examples of work to friends and colleagues to view (and check), and most have trouble opening the .swf files. In fact most can not open them at all! It's more to do with your average person (probably a pc user) do not have a Flash player update or to do with my settings when exporting?

Can someone advise me on how to better export to .swf to make sure the majority of people can open and read the file? Is this a problem only for a beginner like me or a wider issue you deal with superstars Flash?

    Forward your advice!

    Thank you

    Lisa in New Zealand.

It would be fair that they do not have a standalone Flash player to play the file.  Your best bet is to plant the swf file in a web page and send the link to the page instead of the file.
