BEX problem with error StackHas_0a9e
After having run the Adobe Reader XI, the pop-window appeared and see the there is a BEX problem with error StackHas_0a9e. What can I do now? I tried to reinstall the software adobe reader and updated, but it did not work. Thank you very much ~

Hello, I recently had a problem with an error on Windows Vista Home Basic x 86 code
This error, will not let me install updates or service pack.
Have you tried this solution but it doesn't work:

Well, finally I solved this problem, after trying all the stuff Microsoft said, and to try a few methods I found on the internet, I solved the problem by doing a repair installation with the help of a tutorial I found on the web.

I'm a bit of a technophobe, but I'll try to explain my problem, I got better. I recently had a problem with Windows 8 and refreshed my system. After refreshing, I installed AVG Anti-virus and that's where my problems really started. After installing AVG I have no sound and my control panel usually pop up. The box is displayed but there is nothing in it and it sorts just of sticks, frozen. I tried the fixes recommended to fix my sound. The speaker in my taskbar icon has a red x on it and when I try to open it it goes right to the problem-solving mode, then comes up with "one or more of the audio service is not running. When I try "run services.msc' and try to start Windows Audio through Services I get error 0x800706cc. I tried to uninstall AVG and reboot, but it did make a difference. Please help, this leads me to the madness now. Nothing I try seems to work!
Installation of AVG is when the problems started, I would start by undoing that. Since the normal uninstall did not help, use system restore to return to a work situation. Check here and use the #1 option.

I agree with jobulator. I just renew my subscription and checked my real account of ASEOP and both were good. However, when I turned on my computer yesterday jobulator displays the message 'invalid credentials '. I never got this message and I used this software for more than a month. I can't possibly solve the problem of CD/DVD writing. There is always a "power calibration error". I reinstall and it did not help. I also have ttried this solution with changing to "PIO" mode only and it did not help.

We have a computer that is running Windows 7 and (I think) Windows Media Player 12. When I start ==> all programs ==> windows media player, the program starts and it seems to work. It is a work computer, so no video or audio file is saved.
We have an online seminar that the user wants to participate in, and when we click on the link to get the webinar, an error message appears saying that Windows Media Player is not installed on the computer.
We use Firefox (version reasonably updated, but do not know which) for internet.
I used the "fix it" tool on the website of Microsoft, but that does not solve anything. He said it sets some configuration settings. I thought that maybe uninstall and reinstall it can work, but I can't understand completely uninstall because it isn't in my list of programs in the control panel.
Any suggestions?

Uninstall and reinstall could be done by searching for and opening the option "turn on or off Windows features", but I don't think it will help.
Instead, what you need is a Windows Media Player plugin for your browser (Firefox).
But before you spend effort on it, I would test to see if it's really the solution. Try to join your webinar with Internet Explorer (where the WMP plugin is built). If it works, you can be reasonably sure to know how to make it work with Firefox.
