Black pixels on some colors

A certain images, such as increase the resolution, black pixels appear. When the image fits the screen, I see nothing, but as I increase the resolution, these black pixels become very obvious, but only on certain colors, such as blue of this dress.

Help!  What is going on?

Anyone know?

Looks like a known issue with some AMD/ATI graphics card drivers: pixels with red = 0 are displayed black. As far as I know, the very recent 13.2 Catalyst beta 5 is good.

  • Strange black pixel

What is the black pixel showing in each document window in Illustrator CC 2014 (Win64)? Can I get rid of him?pixel.png

    Alexander,

    You can try the list.

The following is a general list of things you can try when the question is not in a specific file and when it is not caused by problems with opening a file from external media, see below. You tried/made some of them already; 1 and 2) are easier for temporary strangenesses and 3) and 4) specifically preferences might be corrupt); ((5) is a list in itself and 6) is the last resort.

If possible / there is, you must record a current work first, of course.

    (1) close Illy and open again.

    (2) restart the computer (you can make up at least 5 times);

    (3) close Illy and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift / Cmd + Option + shift during startup (easy, but irreversible);

    4) move the folder (follow the link with this name) with closed Illy (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible), for CS3 - CC you can find the file here:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Illustrator/KB/preference-file-location-Illustrator.html

    5 look through and try the relevant among the other options (click on the link with that name, item 7) is a list of the usual suspects among other applications which can disturb and confuse Illy, point 15) applies to the maybe CS5, CS6 and CC);

    Even worse, you can:

    (6) (check the box to delete the preferences), run the cleanup tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC) to uninstall and reinstall.

  • M17x R4 - pixels LCD green, color distortion

    Hello

I searched the forums for a few days - my wife m17x has developed a strange question LCD. Some colors are appearing as bright red/green pixel. It is not of pixels dead - discoloration follows certain colors around the screen, if the image is moving.

I plugged the computer on my desktop monitor and the problem goes away, which leads me to believe that this is not the card video (s)

I have the R4 model with the graphics of enduro 7970 m, and if I spend dedicated to integrated it is indifferent.

Security has increased in November, so I'm trying to decide how to proceed with the repair of my very expensive mobile Kaleidoscope!

Photos show very well the problem, but I did the best I could!

    Thanks in advance!

  • I'm getting white gaps between the black contour lines and color fill on laser printer

I'm getting white gaps between the black contour lines and color fill on laser printer

    You're welcome, Calotypist.

Illy prefer PostScript because it gives you a reliable/complete (more) reproduction (depending on the version, you can also see (more) complete print failure).

With a PDF basically tell you the printer where to put the points/tasks. Without it, the printer (pilot) has to figure (some) outside.

If you can get one for the printer in question, a printer PostScript (emulation) driver will leave you direct printing.

  • draw the line between black pixel: coordinates of the selected pixels?

    Hello

I want to build a script that can check a Photoshop file and:

    -find the black pixel

-for each black pixel, looking for an another black pixel at a maximum distance of 5 pixels

-then draw a line between the two black pixels.

I wrote this script below (my first script...), but it's VERY slow (and my final image is VERY large), I think because I test the color for each pixel in the image.

So an alternative would be to select a black pixel with the wand, then the script record all the details of the selected pixels, then my script wil test only the pixels (less than 1% of the pixels are black in my image).

    Is this possible with JavaScript?

    Thank you for your answer!

  • Black and white with color + Saturation

I worked in Lightroom 4 on a picture that I took and I just like I want (these adjustments are to increase the saturation on certain colors on the STL tab). Now I'm doing the top half of the image just in black and white, but when I chose the adjustment brush and sturn Saturation to the low top-100 and start going on half top of the picture, some colors (those I turned the Saturation upward on the tab STL) tarnish a bit but will not completely black and white. Someone at - there a way around this?

If you're just do half a picture, a graduated filter (perhaps several of them stacked) with 100% dlse and pause for a quick transition would work.

Otherwise you could stack multiple instances of the adjustment brush until you drive all the color on.

Web-Weaver is correct in noting that is a job best suited for the PS

  • Choose/change some color

    Hello

I've been scripting in various Adobe products for a while, but simply, I'm stumped on this one.

I have a series of PNG files which consist of different forms. The forms are black and the rest of the document is transparent.

I wrote a script to retrieve all documents in a new Photoshop file and place each file/shape on its own layer.

I then randomize the order of the layers. This theoretically generates unique genre of 'form'.

I want to do now is change the black pixels of each layer of a different color.

For example, all the black pixels in the layer 1 will turn red. All the black pixels of the layer 2 will be changed to green, etc, etc.

As the black PNG forms are placed randomly in different layers, it will again give a unique and colorful model.

I'm good up to this point. However, I can't figure out how to change black pixels at a specific color using the script interface.

I thought by selecting only the black pixels and then fill it with a color. Could not know how to do this. Thought to apply a colour change script. Could not know how to do this. I even thought to apply a style or a filter. Could not know how to do that either.

Any help or suggestions or examples would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Have you tried to use the ScriptingListener code for something like the Style color overlay layer for example?

  • Black replacement with a color problem

I have trouble replacing it black with a specific color (any color).

I have a black and white image that is in the PSD format and allowed to RGB.

I followed the instructions to replace a color via the following method:

Improve | Adjust the color. Replace color

I select the color black, and I select a substitute color, such as red.

Red never replaces the black - the best he's going to turn some gray level.

    Any thoughts?

I loaded the sample file in the following location:

    Thank you

I answered my own question from my previous post.

To set the background color, repeat steps 1 through 9, but omit reverse it in step 7.

  • Satellite A25-S3072: black Pixels appear as green pixels

My laptop A25-S3072 green pixels where black pixels should be, so, in other words, when the Windows XP splash screen appears during startup, the screen is completely green with the exception of the logo of course.

Each black pixel 'true' is green and that's the problem when Windows runs too. I see that they are not dead pixels because all pixels do it when a black pixel should be there. I had a friend who is a certified Toshiba technician to take a look and he said that it seems that the coffee was spilled on it, but the LCD is fine, there seems to be something with the embedded video.

I'm fine with the manufacture and repair of desktop computers, but not laptops, if I could if I had to. Can anyone suggest anything in addition to becoming a new laptop or a new motherboard. The MB sounds better than a whole new laptop.

Another thing, I have to add is that when I bought it on eBay, it was sold because of the little green pixels, but it was reported as appearing here and there, when I actually got the laptop the problem disappeared completely. Then I sent it to UPS because I filed a claim because they damaged the power supply and also the CD and when he sent it back pixels then came green and much worse.

Nothing helped, torsion of the LCD screen, it hit a little, at all, nothing will do it. So its strange because after I bought through eBay, UPS delivered and the so-called problem was non-existent, so I sent it to UPS, then it it shipped back and the problem was there.

    Can anyone help please?

Is not easy to say how much the repairs would cost. This depends mainly on the corrupt parties. If an FL inverter failures then the repairs should t be expensive

  • Deskjet 6540 print missing some colors

Color cartridges not empty but some colors do not print.

    Hi Neyzenhasan,

I want to help you to determine why yours are missing colors and see what we can do to solve the problem.

Although the title of this document is "Wrong colors", the proposed solutions will help in the issue you described. Wrong colors.

You can also find information in the following document; Why a cartridge should be ignored when it still contains ink?

    I hope this helps.

  • OfficeJet 6500 has more: printer will not use BLACK ink to print in BLACK. Mix of colors rather than use BLACK.

Printer prints BLACK ink BLACK, instead he mixes the colours to make BLACK.  It creates copies in BLACK only, without mixing colors to achieve the BLACK, but when I ask it to print something it automatically uses the ink color.

In properties, advanced, I checked the box to print in BLACK only, but did not help.

In the printing preferences, shortcuts, where it says printing in grayscale, do you feel black ink only as a default?

I don't know if it will work, I do not use this parameter or the Advanced setting, I have been using high-quality grayscale, but I'm interested to know why, also, when I print 99.9% of the time with color, what I need to change the color ink cartridges so frequently.  You say the color of those who are used to make black.  That makes no sense to me either why the printer would do that, except high-quality grayscale means he uses color inks vs only Black Ink is not.

Test printed with two parameters, and that is exactly the same, so I won't set my default preferences for levels of gray-black ink only printing and see what happens.

What how can you tell whether or not the printer is mix colors?  (by the way, if you use unusually fast color ink)
