Black screen on iTunes Store

When I go into iTunes store 3/4 of the screen is black and the top flashes.  I uninstalled and reinstalled but the image on the screen is the same.  Everything is fine in iTunes, except for the Bank.  All of the suggestions.

If you have a high screen resolution, iTunes will not correctly display the iTunes Store. Workarounds include the reduction in display resolution 1920 x 1080 or less or reduce the size of the iTunes window. See also 12.3.1.23 iTunes breaks iTunes store

    Temporary solution: on screens high resolution more than 2048 pixels wide, the iTunes window should be reduced to a smaller size.  Do not run maximized.  Reduce the iTunes window until the store renders correctly.

    This seems to be a rendering problem with higher resolution monitors.

    My current resolution is 2560 x 1440, Windows 10 Pro, iTunes 12.3.2.35.  iTunes Store and the new tab will correctly display up to a resolution of about 2048 pixels wide iTunes. Something more broad than, the windows starts to go crazy.

    I think it has to do with the selections of 'Featured' album and artist at the top of the browser.  I think that he can't shoot correctly past 2048 pixels.  And since it is a number of base 2 (2 ^ 11), it is probably a mistake to programming in the iTunes browser.

    I talked to a "Michele" thanks to the support of Apple, and she documented everything I found and selected as a bug.

  • iTunes Store shows with bad screen resolution

    Since at least 2 updates there is the resolution of the screen of iTunes Store is false. The edges of the store are cut and sidebar lists is not accessible. I haven't touched the resolution of my computer settings and the screen of the library is very well. My computer is 1920 x 1080, and it has always been. I see nothing in iTunes to fix this and I reported the problem without success. I'm not going to change my computer settings just for iTunes. Any other suggestions?

    p.s. it has just updated to 12.4.3.1 about 10 minutes ago. It does not solve the problem

    I have problems to display the iTunes store. Currently, it looks like this when I open:

    Despite the usual suggested correction of resizing of the window and the screen resolution (my screen resolution is 1920 x 1080) by train, it remains the same. The links appear to work if it really just black background send me in trouble.

    I use a computer of Windows (with Windows 10) so I hope I'm not ask for help in the wrong place, ha ha. If you think that more technical details may be necessary to help me on I will gladly provide them!

    After reviewing your post, it seems that iTunes Store does not load correctly. There are a few things that we can try.
    First of all, we can see if there are existing software, causing iTunes do not load correctly. We can start iTunes in safe mode and see if the problem persists.

    When I go to the iTunes Store the screen is often black. If I mouse around buttons to play songs appear and a strip along the top shows the current albums that the store is advertising. I just installed the iTunes 64 bit on my new Windows 10 PC. I installed all the updates for iTunes and rebooted. I ran the diagnostic program and all retired except for connected devices, but I did not bother to plug whatever it is. I suspect a firewall problem, but can only confirm. I use McAfee protection. McAfee lists Hello service with designated ports in both lists, Apple Software Update with designated ports, all devices with iTunes, iTunes Helper with designated ports, Apple Push with ports designated. This seems to be all Apple entries in my firewall.

    I received a message at some point that Secure link to iTunes doesn't have a diagnosis, but that can't recreate now. I think it was during a prior diagnosis.

    I'm also quite unhappy with Apple support. When I go through their Assistant they give me an option to their email, but they need to order information. Of course, I can't buy something in their store, I need help so that I can buy something, but it doesn't seem to be a way to get there from here.

    I guess I should be thankful that Apple Technical Support from their store support is so poor, since they will not solve problems to use it if you have not made a purchase, and I can't make a purchase because it does not work. This forced me to try to find a solution myself, I managed to do.

    And the answer is... Google game!

    I'll have to take my business elsewhere as well as the songs 200ish, I plan on buying in the not-too-distant future. Keep your bad Apple work.

    WTH? I got the last update, then when I went to the iTunes store everything was HUGE!  It does not fit on my screen.  Nothing that we do on our side it will change.  East - other famous "glitch" that comes along w / the updates now?  Does anyone else have this problem?

  • iTunes Store right off screen

    This problem happened when I tried the zoom control while browsing the iTunes store. I zoomed in while watching the store on my second monitor. When I've wound up and opened later on the main monitor, the store screen has enlarged very close. When the zoom, I saw that not only have I lost the side scroll bar, but the whole screen has been moved offshore to the right, leaving white areas on the left. Worse yet, the mouse has been save is no longer where it was pointing, but rather to the wide to the right. Pointing to the 4th album "new music" line caused highlight the 6th album. I am also unable to access the right sidebar with redemption codes and top songs visualization options. I will include a screenshot of my problem as well.

    I am running iTunes 12.3.3 on PC Windows OS 8.1, which is a "Super Viper" MARINE ATX-321WB with standard plug, my main monitor is an Acer T232HL touch screen (1920 x 1080 res) and the second is a Dynex 25 screen ' TV (1360 x 768 res). So far (I think) have tried everything from resizing the window screen and iTunes, using the arrow keys, and the key to the VICTORY change window settings in iTunes properties and reset the cache store. If anyone has a similar problem or ideas on how to solve this problem, I would be very happy.

  • Screen flashes constantly on iTunes store

    When I play my iTunes on my Windows 7 computer, that is fine, but as soon as I connect to iTunes Store, the screen flickers constantly, I've never had this happen before and I was wondering if it was a problem that I can sort?

    You should be able to solve this problem in re - download iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ 12.3.2.25 and re-install.  The iTunes Store/flickering screen flashing was present in the original version of this release (since 9 December), but Apple slipped out a re - build (unfortunately and wrongly with the same build number) on December 23/24, which seems to fix most / all users.

    There is another question - peut-related - which affects display iTunes on very high resolution screens.  Everything first, that appears in iTunes 12.3.1 but is not fixed yet, although it may be mitigated by reducing the size of the iTunes window.
