BlackBerry® 10 email delete on a single device option

Summer with BB for years and just moved from Bold 9900 to Q10. When I delete an email on Q10, it automatically deletes the device and the server, without the ability to remove the device only.

I get many emails but which can be treated with the device because of attachments, etc, so need to watch them on my Mac later go back, do not clutter my Inbox of Blackberry. Is it possible to change this setting in the camera that I have to go back to my "BOLD" otherwise. I explored the settings with my email accounts and can't do he discovered.

Thank you

Correct, at least for now. I think that BlackBerry will add this feature, but they have not yet.

If you are on an IMAP account, you for now, these messages of FILES to another folder and then hide messages from the view of Hub.

    HIYA!

You can define specific filters for each of your registered email accounts.

Sign in to your account BIS (provider.blackberry.com)

    sign in / register here.

You should then see each of your registered email.

Click on the option 'filter' on the right side.

You can then set different filters to e-mail it

  • BlackBerry Smartphones emails deleted on device does not delete the account Onlin

I upgraded my BlackBerry software last night.  When I try to delete e-mails from my e-mail account, the only options I have are 'Delete' or 'Cancel' (as when I delete SMS/MMS messages). They delete my BB and not my real email (Hotmail) address.  My other email accounts work correctly - I have the option of deleting on the handheld or deletion of mailbox & Organizer boxes.  My other mails are Hotmail and Yahoo.  I get tons of emails per day that I need to remove and I really want to have to delete them from my BB and then have to access my Hotmail and re-delete-the online account.  Can anyone help?

You can check the following setting. Go into Messages. Options | Reconciliation of the e-mail. If you change your Hotmail account, what is your delete value? You should have 3 choices to choose from:

    • Handheld means that he will remain in the mail client once removed from the device
    • Mailbox and Pocket PC means it will remove both the e-mail client and the device
    • Prompt means that the person would get a prompt on the BlackBerry, either remove it from your handheld or the mailbox, and the Organizer
  • All the classic blackBerry sent emails deleted - can someone help please?

Can someone please help me quickly? As of today, any email I send is deleted as soon as I send it. I see sent and then once it is sent, it will be removed immediately.

I use Googlemail. Checking my account Googlemail online I see that the elements are not in sent items or Bin, but appear if I look at all points. (I don't know why they show here but not in the deleted items - is not at all helpful more.)

I checked my folder view settings / mappings and they seem to be OK.

I have not knowingly changed settings and tried to restart my phone. I have a classic BB running the most recent version of the operating system and am on the network Giffgaff on the United Kingdom.

I'm really at the end of my wits and finding it rather stressful.

Thanks to all who can help.

In case it might help others, thanks to some very helpful people and patient on the Crackberry for one I was able to cure the problem, which has been and is a fault with Gmail/Googlemail - well, it is sort of to halfway between a solution and a solution that we have never identified the cause says, but I have the functionality I need :
    http://forums.CrackBerry.com/BlackBerry-10-OS-f269/all-sent-items-being-deleted-help-please-1048411/

    In short:

    1. change my e-mail address for Googlemail to Gmail solved "items being removed", BUT
    2. what he meant that the calendar was not recognized, so
    3. I had to install the calendar manually on my BB using "CalDAV" and my OLD identity Googlemail (not Gmail).

At least, it works so far...

    I hope this helps someone.

  • Problems of blackBerry Smartphones Email - delete?

I have two business email on my BB.  Recently, a company I subcontract to tried to add a third, but I need a business account and don't have not one.  So they have restored back to the top and told me to reactivate the other two e-mail accounts.  Sounded easy enough to do.  I went to Set - e-mail accounts - Internet e-mail account - and my two email accounts are listed.  I click on the first and he asks me to 'check' by typing the password for e-mail, but when I do, I get the message "sorry, impossible to continue your session.  Please log in again. "This happens on both accounts.  I can't add new email addresses or even remove these and come back in.

I even tried to restore my back upwards from the night before and that doesn't work anymore.  Any suggestions?

  • iCloud email do not synchronize across devices

Does anyone have advice on how to solve the problems of synchronization between devices for iCloud Mail? I can't seem to find only items from 2011/2012 and none of this or last year where people have this problem.

Essentially, my iPad (new iPad Mini) will receive the mail, but does not refresh the Inbox at all to reflect changes made by other devices.  The unread number just keeps rising (which really aggravates my OCD), despite having me read and/or deleted messages on other devices.  I tried deleting the account and add it again, which updated the count, but does not solve the problem.  All of my accounts are set to push, and I don't have this problem with my professional email (Outlook), which allows you to synchronize perfectly on all of my devices.  In addition to problems with my iPad, my iPhone 6s displays similar, but less pronounced behavior that it synchronizes selectively measures from other devices.  In particular, it does not reflect the destruction of other devices but reflects the number of reading.  The only instance iCloud reflecting changes accurately and in real time (number of reading, deleting, etc.) is the mail app on my MBP to 2015, which - in a possibly unrelated question - 'closes unexpectedly"whenever my laptop wakes up from his sleep.

    Help?

    Can you please clarify?

You said that the Mail is appropriate and real-time synchronization

So in what app (s) you see the shift?

  • How can I delete messages across all devices to iMessage?

I have all my devices synced on iMessage, all will be send/receive and show conversations, however, when I delete a conversation, this does not sysnc across devices; I have to delete the conversations on all devices by hand?

Any help would be appreciated, it's driving me crazy!

    Neil

    Hello

This isn't a feature of what Apple called "Sync" in Messages.

Each device you have essentially has a unique connection to the servers based on the serial number iMessages.

IMessages servers push the iMessages devices until they accept.

This is achieved by the iMessages servers effectively 'copy' iMessages until there is a "copy" for each device.

Then there is no link between any of them.

Which is received by a single device is unconnected with any receipt by another device.

It is preferable to consider them as different iMessages even if the content is the same.

So, once an iMessage left servers it has nothing to do with any "copies" to synchronize in how might a mail server set up.

It's more like a POP server in mail accessed by multiple devices addressed to "Leave the message on the server" as the IMAP servers.

There are subtle differences in which iMessages show the "read" or "Delivered" info back to the sending according to the number identifying Apple or iPhone it is sent to.

That is to say that if your iPhone and your Mac are both set to use the number of the iPhone as a send and receive the option and the iPhone is set to meet with the "Read" option so that iPhone is offline for some reason any Mac will see the iMessages as it syncs to the Mac, but it will not respond with the news of 'Reading'.  The Mac will send a 'Read' option if the iMessages is for the Apple ID.

To be clear. In this case "Sync" is only "display on all devices.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BB Bold 9930 cannot find the battery under device options saving Mode

I have a BB Bold 9930 with OS v7.1.0.163 and I can't find the battery under device options saving Mode. I was told that I needed to update my device to a newer version, after around .3xx software do not know that. But when I try to update my device through BlackBerry Web page software or Office Manager, they both tell me that my device software is up-to-date. How can I update my device software to a newer version on OS 7.1?

OK, I thought that you must have some higher than 7.1.0.342 BONES to get the battery in watch mode on your output device. Apparently Viva has not published a more recent OS you already have.

Operating system device provided are "released" by specific carriers once that they are certified and trained to their support technicians, but still, you are able to load any carrier the same model by following the instructions below.

See the link below to download it and follow these simple instructions.

Make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.

    1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.

    https://swdownloads.BlackBerry.com/downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=C6BFF625BDB0393992C9D4DB0C6B...

    2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
    3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

Note: Some users may be concerned they will void their warranty of device by loading an OS from another carrier. There is really nothing to fear. Please read more information about it here: http://www.port3101.org/power-users/296-blackberry-os-upgrade-including-betas-myths-dispelled.html

I have just set up my work email to my blackberry.  now, when emails come they're going in my messages folder and my blackberry e-mail account folder.  I'd rather not have the emails entering my messages folder (unprotected only not to delete e-mails in two different places).  Is it possible to have just the text messages my folder messages and emails go in my e-mail folder?

Your main Inbox will collect all messages and e-mail. You can move your TEXT messages to its own folder (messages > choose > General Options > Email and SMS Inboxes > separate).

Then, hide your specific blackberry.net email folder. You don't need to see in any case, all this E-mail will come to the main message folder.
