  Looks like there is a problem with the hardware or the software of the device. I suggest to get access to a PC with your USB cable and a device, then try to reload the software for the device.

  First, try these steps.

  If you have any questions, get the reload to start, connect the device, navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Research In Motion\AppLoader and click Loader.exe. (Make sure you have the latest version of the software downloaded and installed on the PC unit) Then press on the first screen of the wizard until it takes you to the login screen. Then, the pop of the battery of the device and reinsert it. If she rises with the PIN or PIN unknown click Next and try to go forward through the application load.

  If she is still unable to reload the device software, you may need to contact your point of purchase for replacement options.

  Facebook and many apps on BlackBerry requires a dataplan BlackBerry. For look wifi access social calls on the web.

  You can install a new OS and it is pretty painless and no data is lost. a backup before the upgrade.

  Manual device OS upgrade instructions:

  1. start by searching for your operator and the system operating file that you want to use.

  3. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.

  5. This step is not necessary unless there is a problem on the next steps. Use BBSAK from BBSAK.org and wipe the device (after doing a full backup), then after you get the 507 error (no OS installed)

  6 remove the internet connection for PC and reboot.

  7. plug the BlackBerry and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file was in.

  8. If you did step 5, restoration of the back upward.

  Take advantage of the new operating system.

  Someone please help! I am an intermediate user and I can't get windows update to work since December 4. I was on youtube and what you clicked on a link under a video, a Malware Removal window skipped upward and before I could do anything he disappeared since this happened, windows update does not work, (not KB972696) (error 80072efe code). I get a pop-up from windows saying "a service host has stopped working and was closed" but soen can't say that. How can I return update still works once, then update of Defender and system restore points?

  Anyway... regarding your query - at the top of each device forum, there should be some 'sticky' threads dealing with the level of the OS available for many models. If they understand your model, please use those as a reference as you go along. Otherwise, you will have to dig through the download portal official for packages of OS for your model:

  You can ignore the Desktop software for it and from a PC, you can install any compatible OS package (for example, for your BB model exact number) of a BB via this procedure:

  Note Although written to "recharge" and the storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade or recharge any BB device model - depends on the operating system package you download and install on your PC.   Hi, I am new to BB and need help with the calendar.  Do not have microsoft outlook, I would like to be able to sync a calendar of office with my BB 8330.  The research I found indicates that BB will only synchronize with outlook, lotus, and? something else.  Is this true?  I have to just bite the bullet and download outlook?  I have windows vista with the following microsoft office 2007 and it came with microsoft office oneNote.  Anyone who is familiar with that?  Know if that can be synchronized with my BB from oneNote to synchronize with outlook?  Thanks for your understanding!

  Then you just add Google mobile sync to your BB and it should be good

  Can someone please help me quickly? As of today, any email I send is deleted as soon as I send it. I see sent and then once it is sent, it will be removed immediately.

  I checked my folder view settings / mappings and they seem to be OK.

  I have not knowingly changed settings and tried to restart my phone. I have a classic BB running the most recent version of the operating system and am on the network Giffgaff on the United Kingdom.

  I'm really at the end of my wits and finding it rather stressful.

  In case it might help others, thanks to some very helpful people and patient on the Crackberry for one I was able to cure the problem, which has been and is a fault with Gmail/Googlemail - well, it is sort of to halfway between a solution and a solution that we have never identified the cause says, but I have the functionality I need :

  1. change my e-mail address for Googlemail to Gmail solved "items being removed", BUT
  2. what he meant that the calendar was not recognized, so

  Straight lines above are not a mistake, they are how messages are displayed, but the sender/description/date are displayed as it should.

  I just do not know what to do and do not have access to my emails it's going to cause me problems.

  My text messages are fine.
