BlackBerry 10 my BlackBerry ID

I bought my BlackBerry Q5 before one year and loved until now

so when I bought it they asked me for an email to register for the BB Services, so of course I accepted

but I typed in an email that I do not know by chance

so today I downloaded BlackBerry link for PC and I wanted to connect my phone

They said confirm your ID by going to your Email Inbox and clicking on confirm

I was really nervous because I'm striking that the guys of email can sign in and look at all my BBM Contacts

so I created an account but I want to know how to replace it with the currently associated with my BB account

so please tell me how or if a BlackBerry Developer reading this, I hope that you can replace the account yourself

BBID is a system course, directly related to the safety of the devices of BB. The onus, therefore, the participant of the human to make sure that the credentials that they use (e.g., email address, password) are valid and up to date. Otherwise, very bad things can happen.

The first question will be, you know (100000%) the ID and password of the BBID currently associated with the device? This is critical... If you do not, you may not be able to proceed at all.

Second question... what OS are you running please? You can find instructions here:

If you are on 10.3.2.500 or higher, you can not continue unless you know the credentials of the BBID currently associated with the device.

If you are on 10.3.1.xxxx or less, then you can simply go ahead to WIPE your device, which will separate the association between your BBID and your device and allow you to create/use a different start-up after the WIPE. If you are on 10.3.2.xxx or more, so always proceed you with a device WIPE, but within the framework to initiate this WIPE, you must enter the credentials of the BBID currently associated with the device (therefore necessarily know those in order to proceed with this procedure) in to separate the association between the device and the BBID.

Of course, before you start, you want to have a full backup of your device... normally using LINK, which of course mean you you can not use, if this isn't an option now. Instead, you might want to investigate getting a 3rd party utility backup (by example, ultimate backup) which could be able to backup/restore your device as part of this process. Of course, getting applications is via BBWorld, which is also linked to your BBID... so if you do not have access to this course BBID, then you can well wind abandoning everything currently on your device, conducting the WIPE and starting over from the beginning.

It was a very painful mistake, origin when you do not use a valid and appropriate email for your BBID.

Rename iTunesPrefs.xml will reset various settings in iTunes. If your library is < user music > \iTunes default path and you have the options to keep... and copy... enabled, you may not notice a change, but the parameters that will have been reset include the active library, media folder file, sharing of XML, the import settings, etc. Check through each tab in Edit > Preferences to see if there's anything to change the way that you had it before.

I LOVE Firefox and refuse to use anything else... except when I'm on my phone and Tablet because I have Blackberry devices. So, please don't tell me that you don't plan on a version of BB! BB is perhaps not the most popular thing, fashion, hipster out there, but they're not going anywhere. It bounces just my mind because BB is not 'the cool thing' that most of th etime apps do not come with a version of BB - light - BE DIFFERENT FIREFOX... Mozilla currently has no intention to make Firefox mobile for BlackBerry phones. Android 2.1 + is still the platform they focus currently on. Is not to say that they will not look to other platforms in the future.
