  Update: we tried to connect the phone to iTunes on a computer. iTunes does not even recognize it as a work phone; He asked if we want to set up as a new phone or if we want to restore from a return to the top.   Do not use 'Clear history of Firefox closing' to clear the 'browsing history '.
