  Hey guys,.
  I had this problem for about a month now, whenever I try to access the app store, I get the same error (there was a connection error, shut down blackberry app world). I tried everything to an erasure of data on my phone, to battery pull. I've also updated for BlackBerry 10 most recent operating system. I looked on the Internet and cannot find any solution. Is this just what happens to me, or is there a problem with the actuall BlackBerry app world.

  Have you tried your App World when you're connected to WiFi, or vice versa, not connected to Wifi.

  Sometimes, which will solve the problem.

• BlackBerry App could find no payment to the user token

  I get this message frequently App World on my Z10 in the purchase of applications or content via BlackBerry World. At the present time, I can't buy Apps or content on my Z10.

  Therefore, also with an error Code 11000.

  Here's what I realized to date:

  -To check that my contact information for my BlackBerry ID are up-to-date

  -Checked and re-entered my payment in the settings information (selected payment credit card)

  -Check the updates App World and Z10 Software Updates

  Strange thing is I use the same BlackBerry ID details and payment on my PlayBook and can buy Apps and fine content which leads me to believe that it could be something on my Z10.

• BlackBerry App may make payments of world Blackberry

  For the last 4 days, I have not be able to make payments from world of Blackberry. I made several purchases with the card on the file before.  I have the following error:

  "This purchase cannot be completed.  Please select a different payment method. (AW10000c) »

  (1) I changed my AMEX visa.

  "This purchase cannot be completed.  Please select a different payment method. (AW10000c) »

  (2) I made a purchase later in the day with the two cards to see if they are active.  They are.

  (3) I talked to VISA and AMEX to see if there were any blocks. There are not.

  (4) I've changed back to VISA.

  "This purchase cannot be completed.  Please select a different payment method. (AW10000c) »

  (5) T-Mobile does not offer carrier billing.

  (6) I don't have PayPal

  (7) two different cards, both can make purchases everywhere else.  Two card providers mean that cards are very good.  This seems to be a problem with Blackberry World.

  I called my provider (T-Mobile), which opened a ticket with the official support of Blackberry.  Level 1 technicians were unable to resolve the problem and back to Blackberry level 2.  I had to provide some information, account #, the last 4 digits of CC, billing address, etc., but after some time (a few days), that the level 2 technicians were able to discover the problem and 'unlock' my account. Boo - yah! Told me that BB world had auto-bloqué my account to try to prevent fraud (even though we didn't know the reason that BB world suspicions of fraud). Despite everything, they unlocked it and I can make payments and successfully buy apps through BB new world.

  Someone else who has this problem, you need to open a ticket with the official support of Blackberry. This isn't a problem with your credit card or to the version of the software.  It occurs somewhere in the depths of the internal systems of blackberry and cannot be solved by anyone but the official Blackberry support.

  No thanks for the non-aide of the so-called 'technical assistance' community who have steadfastly refused to acknowledge the problem or even an attempt to provide a unique solution.

  I hope that this resolution will help others.

  If you encounter a problem with the version of BlackBerry World, then download BlackBerry World version 4.0.0.55 which is the best solution now available for BlackBerry World, first uninstall any existing version of the BlackBerry World from your device, options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry World, then do a battery pull reboot by removing the battery while your unit is powered.

  So if I you understand, you want to start an application on your PC and then have it run your BlackBerry projects directly.

  The only option I know is a simulator.  I'm not aware of everyone write an App Player to BBOS (BB10) of generic applications.

  I try to install App World on a BB9300 Simulator. I open the web browser and follow appworld.blackberry.com OTA installation and the application installs fine. However, when I go to run it, I get the message:

  I'm testing call world app of my application, so users can easily upgrade to the paid version. Any ideas how can I get app world working on a sim card (no matter what sim will do).

  BlackBerry App World is not supported in BlackBerry smartphone Simulator.  You will need to test this on a real Smartphone BlackBerry.
