Blackberry blackBerry 10 subscription

I heard that the blackberry for email subscription plan is not available on blackberry 10 models.

The only solution will be to use the General internet connection.

So if this is true, what happends when I buy the Q5, I stil have to pay for a service that is no longer available?

In fact, don't not to contradict too much... but I heard somewhere on this site, some people have reported that their BB10 device would not work on their carrier network if their BIS plan remained active. I don't remember which carriers or regions who came, but I remember hearing about more than once.

She can have all now settled down--I don't know that carriers had to do some network reconfigurations to take into account the BB10 devices and perhaps that they have finished now and it is no longer a problem.

But each carrier continues to be responsible for the delivery of 100% of services to their users, so in reality, they are the best source of information on what data to them, plans which can be used on a BB10 device on their network.

(In my answer above, I should probably say 'may' rather than 'will' regarding who they need to talk to the carrier...)

    BBM music looks promising, but I'm not too keen on the limit of 50 song.  I'd be happy to pay double the $ 5 per month for no lime service. I was watching zunepass, but it doesn't seem to be compatible Blackberry. There are a few new services that are supposed to be coming to the Canada. Deezer.com and rara.com are supoose to come to the Canada, but I don't know if they are compatible BB.

    I want something that I can use on my PC, Blackberry, both DRm compatible media server (D - link DSM-750).

    Do not forget that with the BlackBerry music, lists of contacts BBM music becomes yours as well.  So if you have 50 BBM contacts with 50 songs in each of their libraries, you have access to 50 x 50 = 2500 songs.  Not bad for $5 per month.

    I tried to upgrade my device software Blackberry Bold 9900 version 7.0.0 to version 7.1.0 but with difficulties. I tried to use the Blackberry Desktop Manager, but there was no version 7.1.0 figure among the available updates. Even when I tried to do it directly through the official website of Blackberry, also Version 7.1.0 was not shown. Finally, I tried to do the update with my phone directly by going to: Options > device > software updates.

    It shows my Version 7.0.0 Bundle 2406 current and available in a version 7.1.0 Bundle 1149. But when I clicked Perform Update to download the new version, he has shown preparing to download but then displays an error message such as "Download cannot continue because your device cannot connect to the update server using the following methods: Wi - Fi.

    During this time, I did not upgrade with a Wi - Fi connection because I have an active blackberry data subscription of 2 GB of my mobile operator.

    The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

    (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • http://us.BlackBerry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp
    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

    6 (a) to change your level of BB OS installed (at level or lower), you can run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC.

    6 (b) or, for recharging your BB OS level installed as well to change, work around the Desktop software and use the CHARGER. EXE directly, through step 2 in this process:

    If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

    If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:

    I was surprised to not see the notification next to the icon of waves (if I'm 4 G or 3 G or other).

    In the user guide, it seems there are a lot of icons to inform us on the mobile network that we have access.

    I have the higher level by my operator and the BlackBerry option subscription, but I don't not any mobile network icons - that are, see the user guide:

    • 4G LTE;
    • 4G;
    • 3G;
    • 2G;
    • 1 X;
    • H + ;
    • H;
    • G;
    • E.

    Which can also be displayed at the letters (without option (LTE) If connectivity is limited (so 17 possibilities).

    But even if I'm near a city and all shown waves, I see none of these acronyms.

    Is there a wway to display these options next to the icon of waves, or if it was a characteristic of my provider?

    You can display the view of your network icon by going to settings > network connections. From the home screen, if you have an active data connection, you will see the BlackBerry icon displayed next to the flag of the coverage of the network.

    If you do not have an active BlackBerry data subscription on the device, you will need to disconnect all internet connections from PC, unplug the DSL cable or wireless connections.

    Then, run the manual upgrade with desktop software.

    Hub + is a productivity suite only, it does not include the DTEK application or other features that we have implemented in our two Android (PRIV and DTEK50) devices.

    For a more secure and productive material BlackBerry experience is the way to go

    I have an initiator server push on push initiator BlackBerry sample-based measure. My push initiator works fine for my apps push activated BB5, BB6 and BB7. But when I use it for BlackBerry 10, the parameters are same just the username is using my bb10 pin code, the initiator to push always 9999 return General error when send the subscription request to the initiator to push. What is the reason for the possible error to-9999? Does anyone know how to solve? My version of the sdk Push is 1.0.0.5

    When you say "sample Push initiator", do you mean one that comes with the SDK Service Push or someone else?  I need to see some kind of SDK or PAP XML request and response logs to help you further.

  • Subscription of a BBM blackBerry 10 not to renew

    I find it a bit ridiculous that must post a question like that on a public forum, but it seems that it is more possible to communicate directly with the Blackberry.

    My subscription to privacy and BBM control which will be extended for 30 days, September 22. What has not happened, and now my subscription is expired. Does anyone know what I need to do to renew my subscription? Should I just register?

    I test on some devices for Mercedes Benz Scandinavia (my employer) and we need to be able to upgrade (6. 2949 bundle is available). Upgrade software tells me that I need service account. Needless to say that we will not buy more things or accounts that have already, then, how should I proceed? Would it already, we have a subscription but need more information to be able to use it?

    I forgot the model, Bold 9700.

    It will work if you put the work into account in the service SIM with BIS or BES device.

    You can also perform the update by downloading the OS file and then disconnect all the internet service to the PC you're upgrading from... unplug the cable, etc.

    I tried to cancel my subscription to BBM Music via App World and demand and get an error in these two areas.  App World, it comes to declare there is an error and cannot cancel the subscription.  In BBM Music, I get the error Id: 31600.

    When I submit a support ticket by selecting 'Get support' in the App World, it will not submit saying my PIN is not valid.

    I found a way around it.  I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it.  I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.

    I can confirm N is maintained on condition that its been officially released for the device you're using. Given that Google it officially released for their Nexus devices you are good to upgrade, ad if you are having problems posting here, or send an e-mail to the support address app found in the store subscription to play, then we can help you.

  • BlackBerry Hub cannot open any contact...

    I get the error "the contact does not exist" when I click any contact in the Contacts application. On a Nexus 6 p with Android with a paid subscription of Hub 6.01 + and all installed applications...

    The only ones that I can open are those of the Favorites tab, but these even gives error even if I try to open them from the all Contacts tab or anywhere else.

    I gave all the permissions in the Contacts app, I tried to wipe data and cache, also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, still the same problem.

    No idea how to solve this problem?

    Hi Ty,

    I found and fixed the problem.

    Looks like the Contacts Android app is the default application for contacts that caused a conflict that I guess. I went to the setting / applications and clicked the app Android Contacts, clicked on "Open by default" and then clicked on the button "default clear".

    I then opened the Contacts from BlackBerry and clicked on any contact and he asked me whether the app to use, I chose the BlackBerry Contacts one and clicked on "Always".

    Seems to work fine now.
