  Is anyone out there using BB Bold with service from T-Mobile with BES/BIS and their professional and personal internet e-mail: works on the "BOLD" BB.  Ideas, thoughts, suggestions and help will be very appreciated.

  There is really no reason to get one of these address of @carrier.blackberry.net. They are not visible on any other webmail site and are prone to collect spam, with no available spam filtering options. I advise users to not use it.

  However, why some? Because they can. Some users use these addresses to transfer mail from a POP account as these addresses grow instantly by the RIM servers.

  Increase the parameters of lines Max as follows:

  1. open the \APS\bin\essbase.properties file.
  2. find the parameter:
  service.olap.dataQuery.grid.maxRows = 5000.

  I have 3 accounts gmail, yahoo and my own domain name and the telephone service provider is Vodafone UK.

  When spam arrives on my Z10, I chose to remove BOTH laptop and server, but when I then go to my PC and open the email (Thunderbird or the real mail server) client, the e-mail that I thought I had deleted is still there.

  So, it seems that the phone and e-mail accounts are out of sync.

  This was not always the case. I rang Vodafone thinking that I had to do something like send Service books as I had with my old Torch 9800 but they tell me Service books are not used with the Z10 and they can help.

  I rang the Bell Blackberry and they told me to contact Vodafone, so I'm going around in circles.

  Can someone please advise.

  I think you must contact the domain host.  Something is not quite correctly configured.  I have a configuration of gmail, hotmail, and yahoo, and when I delete an email it disappears on each service.  Is there something with your own domain name that needs some adjustments.

  I am using Vodafone India. The phone was bought in a store online in Australia.

  My BBz10 is not able to map my location correctly. Nothing happens when I click on the application of the card. A large blue circle comes under the screen. That's all.

  Where as I am able to check-in etc. when using applications such as Facebook.

  What can be wrong?

  DO this for me... Press your power button on top quickly three times (to turn off the screen reader Mode).

  Do you see something on the screen or audible screen reading mode is disabled?

  If so, then drag to the bottom of the bezel above the settings > accessibility > Screen Reader BETA.

  I downloaded the last Google Talk for the BB AppWorld. When I try to connect, gtalk a message Service not to this compatible handheld. I enabled BIS, internet and wap are disabled by the carrier (O2 CZ - the data on them are paid extra).

  I tried to reinstall, get the service books, but nothing works for me.

  Any idea?

  Well... I found the resoultion on another page... It is in Czech http://www.blackberryweb.cz/?p=444 and follow the steps:

  1. backup your blackberry

  2. download the service book containing the gtalk http://www.blackberryweb.cz/?file_id=5

  3. in Blackberry Desktop Manager restore backup selectively from the file downloaded Service_Books.ipd

  4 return to service your provider directories (if some of your e-mail accounts are missing)

  5. possibly restart your Blackberry

  As O2 CZ guys told me that they will not support gtalk in the service books, this is only informal way how to get gtalk working with O2 CZ.

• BlackBerry 10 functions and features can not turn off my Blackberry Protect z10 after changing the password ID.

  My wife's phone was last updated the operating system more recent 10.3.2. I then tried to access a service and found when he asked for the Blackberry ID, we had forgotten the issue of password and user. Then I deleted the ID and set up a new.   So now I'm unable to wipe the z10, or change the ID info to make it usable when required. I also noticed, online, there are instructions for the new OS 10.3.2 informing us that no wiping ability to Protect is disabled. There is no instructions on how to so that when a problem arises like mine.
