  I've received three different types of information to Service the customer O2, O2 shop and my client who spoke thus to the O2.

  Basically, my client is on a tariff of BES. She wants to update her phone and I have suggested Q10, but we are facing problems with the compatibility of the plans.

  Apparently, if she gets Q10, she can't keep the BES rate as the phone is not compatible. What I don't understand is:

So technically I could buy Q10, keep the same rate, just don't enable the Activation of Enterprise BES and just use Active Sync?

  [b] if I get a phone and enable users to email using the enterprise BES Activation, what data? Is BES process all incoming email differently, that is to say what is received in an email not included in the data plan or data is treated in the same way without activation?

  [c] I thought that BES is simply to download contacts/calendars/emails, and set the phone based on the needs of the company but in a sense, that of what makes Active Sync, right?

  My worn for Android application works very well with Blackberry 10 Simulator, my housing on the portal is rejected but the application does not launch with Q10, works however with Z10.

  I checked my code for all uncaught operators who may cause a failure to start, but could not find.

  Do you have ideas on why an application running with Z10 or Simulator would not start with Q10?

  The size of the screen was really the question. I put Blackberry 720 x 720 for the emulator, the repeated problem, and I fixed it.

  You should consider the different models and submodels (for example, there are 4 variations of the Z10) to determine the characteristics of radio frequency technology / device. For example, if you choose a device variant which is not a CDMA radio inside, then it is impossible to use it on a CDMA support. Similarly the LTE and the support of the frequency bands. • BlackBerry Q10 controls how many times my Q10 synchronizes with my account Gmail

  I can't control how many times my Q10 synchronizes with my account Gmail. I have adjusted the settings of Gmail, calendar, and Contacts on several occasions, but it seems to pull emails frequently (less than an hour) regardless of the setting.   A few possible variables...

  (1) what have you set to "use push if available.

  (2) how exactly the GMail is integrated? EAS? IMAP? POP?

  If the answer to article 1 is Yes, AND you have integrated such as IMAP of GMail, the time interval setting is ignored. If integrated as EAS, it can also be ignored as well as the "use push...." "setting can also be ignored. If integrated as POP, then there is no Push, so your time interval settings would be used.

  Thus, depending on the combination of factors, it may or may not be doing exactly now what it should be.

  I had the same problem - the gesture (swipe left/right) is correct, but I guess you drag too far up. Stay in the bottom quarter of the screen.

  This is the second time that happens in 2 months!

  I take photos and videos with my Blackberry Q10. The next day, I take a quick glance: everything is removed! All that I've got are a couple of old photos and 3 photos transferred from my computer.

  I have had no updates on my phone, I don't download anything new in the last few months.

  If it does not please re install the software via BlackBerry link but make a backup first if you want to keep your data.
