BlackBerry FLip 8220 Smartphone works with Swedish sim card?

I recentley bought a new unlocked (before T mobile) balckberry flip 8220. He used to recognize my SIM Swedish. The sim card must support edge? Cause my carrier has no edge, just GPRS and 3G.

The 8220 device is unlocked for the other carriers (except Tmobile)?

To determine if your BlackBerry is "unlocked" for use on media other than for which it is the brand:

1. on your BlackBerry, go to Options > Advanced Options > Sim Card.

2. in this screen type MEPD (see note below) on your keyboard. A new menu will appear.

* If your BlackBerry has a keyboard SureType (71xx, 81xx devices) you will need to double-click the P, then the actual keys entered become M E P P D.

3. search for the network in the list.

4. If your device is "unlocked", we should have disabled or inactive. If it says active, it is still blocked by this carrier.

2 days ago BBM has stopped working on a wi - fi connection.

I removed my SIM card and BBM is OK. I can use it as it was earlier.

But when I have the SIM card UMEE it stopped working again.

    Experts, what would it be?

Unfortunately I will not work with the sim card and turn off wi - fi.

Seems to be the problem with my mobile provider.

Because BBM works perfectly with other providers.

  • The T-mobile iPhone 7 would work with all sim cards in the world?

    Hello

I've been to order/buy an iPhone 7 since the US site and there FREE no. SIM OPTION!

Currently I do not have any sim on contracts in the United States. I take this iPhone abroad, in Asia, and use it with the SIM local I'd be living here.

SSO, I wanted to ask you if I choose the option from T-MOBILE out of the 4 options of sim, would the iPhone 7 work perfectly without a sim card and then work perfectly in ALL COUNTRIES in THE WORLD WITH ANY SIM CARD?

    Thanks yo

Yes, about as long as the cell service supports the type of SIM card used in the iPhone. If you pay the full price for the iPhone T-Mobile, it is unlocked.

  • BlackBerry Flip 8220 Smartphone: How can I get the numeric value 0?

Strange question I know but how do the digital 0 on the keyboard?

I ask because my home address ends in 50 and there is no 0 on the section numbers! If I try and enter 5O (that is to say 5, then a capital o) does not recognize my email address!

If anyone can tell me how to find the missing digit, I would be very grateful because I fight here and I don't understand also why pressing the "ty" key three times won't give me number 2 and I have to go to the symbols!

I hope that all brands above smells and excuse my Dim light if it's obvious!

You should be able to hit alt, press the space bar.

  • bought iphone7 pluse Qatar facetime doesn't work for the sim card of the India

    Hello Sir,

I bought iphone7 pluse in qatar that the facetime doesn't work for the sim card of the India. and also before 2 years I bought the iphone 6, as well as in the same countries qatar, but that works perfectly and facetime works for me. the difference what I unbox my 6plus in indai, I unbox my 7plus in qatar and I put the sim card of sri lanka first and tried to India sim then and facetime disappear from the home screen. at the point where I insert my card sim of qatar is worrking. Please I need help. If I buy another piece of 7plus and bring it in sri lanka or India my facetime work? or what? I'm totally confused plese answer me as fast as you can

FaceTime is forbidden by the law in Saudi Arabia and the UNITED Arab Emirates and is removed from iPhones sold in other countries of the Middle East, if they are used outside the country where they were originally sold. If you plan to use an iPhone outside the Middle East, then don't buy it in the Middle East. The one you bought there FaceTime was illegally imported from another region and sold it.

  • iPad2 and problem with the SIM card after update

even after the 9.3.1 last updated continuously having problems with SIM TIM card network.

I changed and I tried with another SIM card but the problem remains.

I did have all those problems with 9.2.1.

Apple could intervene and solve these problems? Otherwise, I think it's better to make a return to the old 9.2.1.

    Thank you

Do you see the network? and is it strong enough?

  • Reference Dell place 11 Pro - Dell Netready (HSPA +) with O2 sim card

    Hello everyone

I would buy a Dell coming Pro 11 but it is essential for me, the presence of a cellular modem (3G / HSPA +) to connect whenever I want, without a wireless point.

The Italian Web site Dell offers two solutions: one "for businesses" with a wireless Dell 5570E network (3G / HSPA +) cellular modem and the other "for the home" with a Dell Netready (HSPA +) with cellular modem (model CNV1M02) O2 sim card. Since I'm a soldier without VAT, I don't think I could buy the solution for companies (am I?), so I have to buy the one with O2 sim card.

What I would like to ask is:

    (1) what is the difference between the two cellular modem? They have different performance?

    (2) if I buy the one with O2 sim card, I will be able to use the cellular modem with a different sim card (O2 is quite exspensive) or is the SIM blocked somehow (hardware or software)?

    Thank you very much

    Best regards

There is no difference between Dell Netready with sim card O2 and Dell Wireless 5570E. Tablet using 5570E HSPA + / 3 G modem and it did not all simlock. I ordered V11 Atom with Dell Netready, and now I use with several mobile internet providers (Poland).

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Bold 9700 for ORANGE bought in the UK, but never used does not work with TELSU SIM in the Canada

I had a Blackberry Bold 9700 as a gift.  I think it was made for the Orange network in the United Kingdom ('Orange' written at the bottom of the BlackBerry in the front).  I tried to use it with my TELUS account in Canada with TELUS SIM.  The Blackberry does not register any wireless network signal.  The meter of signal display "SOS" only and no TELUS network is avaiable.  My position is Mississauga (Ontario) and Telus wireless covers this area for sure.  I checked that the device is not locked by going to Options-Advanced-online SIM card and typing MEPD Options Online.  The options that appear to say 'off '.  The device seems to read the SIM card because the SIM card # appears.

Y at - it someone who has the same problem and its resolution.  A large part in this regard, the obligation for any input.

    Hello

I just discovered the reason for BB does not not with TELUS that I wanted to inquire about registration CDMA you mentioned...

A smart guy, he asked me to check the frequency bands that supports my BB.  Its sub Options => on.  "3 G bands" that supports my BB are 1, 4, and 8.  These correspond to the IMT 2100 MHz, AWS 1700 MHz and GSM 900 MHz respectively.  The frequencies that TELUS uses in the Canada are groups 1, 2, 5 and 6.

So, finally tech TELUS came with the answer that my BB is designed to work with some UK frequencies and not with TELUS frequencies in the Canada.

I've misunderstood and used the term incorrectly HARD LOCK.  The BB I have shows all the options as "disabled" when I go into options in advance-online SIM card and press the MEPD.  Also if I press MEP2 unit not asks me to input MEP codes.  Nothing happens.  This led me to believe that this device is not locked to ORANGE network so the lack of a better term, I used little HARD LOCKED.

Much obliged for your entry.  It has been enlightening.  Thank you very much.

  • OS update blackBerry Smartphones with another Sim Card

I have a unlocked T-Mobile Blackberry Bold 9900 that needs upgraded software however, I unlocked my phone and switched to AT & T. Which leaves me with the question of the operating system... can I select T-Mobile or AT & T when I reload my OS with an ATT SIM cards on an unlocked T-Mobile phone?

P.S. The reason why I ask because when I insert my battery, my phone has reached 75% charged, then freezes. I tried the "alt + right shift + delete" and the tricks of the 'Safe Mode (back button)'... but they do not work because the phone is completely frozen. This is the reason for my wanting a total reload of the OS.

Sorry for the typos... I use a droid and I want my BlackBerry back.

  • X 230 technology Ericsson mobile broadband works only with 3 SIM card

I just got my ThinkPad X 230 (which is adorable!) and bought a 3 SIM card to use with the Ericsson mobile broadband, I've specified with it. Lenovo access connections displays the transmitter 3 and tries to connect, but I was not able to work at all. Any ideas? It starts by not being able to find the provider, but changing 3 3-3 GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA, 3 G only results in a connection failed and the log of the errors below. Any ideas? • Acer Liquid e700 - does not work with a SIM of UK of 3 card

I have a card SIM of EE and O2 works well but the 3 SIM card still has a red cross on it.

The SIM card works fine in my Samsung Galaxy Note.

I know the 3 network in the United Kingdom is 3G only and has no support for GSM standard phones, but I thought the e700 was fully 3G.

    Anyone have any ideas?

only a 3 G SIM card, the other 2 are only 2G but you can activate via software instead of move SIM between slots.

  • BlackBerry Z10 headphone only works with the left ear

My headphones (beats studios) only works with the left ear when connected. The helmet has never had a problem on my old iPhone 4 and currently with my rMBP so I know that's not the headphones. Any suggestions?

There seems to be a problem with the jacket of the head. They are defective for a few pieces and the jacket cannot recognize the HP in the same case, what makes the phone to give no sounds on the notification.

Try to use different headphones. If the problem persists try replacing the model.
