  Hey everybody,

  I recently changed my Blackberry on the Z10 account, and I proceeded to do a security wipe. After that, the connection to the computer icon was displayed on the phone. So, I looked on the internet for a solution and kept the same finding: KB33480.

  So, I went with the steps, starting with the Blackberry link approach. Having said I reset the phone, he would have check for updates and tell me that:
  "There is no available BlackBerry Device Software updates."

  Here, the light of my phone is green.

  After I closed that, the Green led turns off, the red light quickly, then the unit starts. Logo of blackBerry on the connection to the screen of the computer again.

  I can't get this or workaround to work. I'm missing on the process described in step 6 of the workaround:

  "The smartphone BlackBerry 10 will now be off itself after 120 seconds. Shortly after the 120 seconds, the BlackBerry smartphone LED should turn green. Continue to wait after the LED lights in green, and you will be asked to install BlackBerry Device Software. Follow the prompts to install the BlackBerry software and once the installation is complete the smartphone leader and is now recovered. »

  The update password verification of updates, then goes straight to the no updates found screen instead of installing the software on the phone. Can someone help me please?

  Hey everybody. I got my Z10 work after 11 grueling hours trying to fix it. The key to implementation is to make sure that you have installed INTERNET EXPLORER 9 . Other iterations are not guaranteed, and they never worked for me once. I found a computer in my home that I was able to install IE9 on cleanly, then ran workaround. He worked at the beautfully. I'm now enjoying my Z10 a lot.

  am facing this problem since two days. When am trying to install the app from amazon or BB app world, my phone displays 'no enough space to install app, please don't remove some applications' error. I have almost 8 GB of free space left in my laptop. Help, please.

  On your Classic, perform a reboot or restart and try the installation again:

  Restart: With the BlackBerry powereddevice, press and hold the power button on top about 20-30 seconds, ignore the 3-2-1 timer and hold the button until the screen goes black and you see the red LED.

  Restart: With the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, using the keys of volume of the edge side, press on and hold the keys of volume for about 20 seconds and both of the Up, ignoring the initial message of screenshot... the screen go black, reboot.

  I got the Z10 BlackBerry for a week and now I tried to update the BlackBerry 10.2 version beta. But the version is really bad and now I want to go back to the BlackBerry 10.1. I downloaded version 10.1 and I wanted to install it but when I turn my phone on again there a msg "BlackBerry dev alpha update had ended..." my phone no longer starts. I tried the hard reset, but nothing works... got 10.2 BlackBerry on now.

  Well, what you did is not a normal action (a DEV OS on a production unit of loading), it seems that 'normal' patches are for some reason any does not. What I then suggests is that you are looking for an auto-loader for the operating system you want to install... this thread talking about these things:

• Smartphones blackBerry HELP - unable to connect to the Blackberry Protect service?

  Today I had an update on my blackberry curve blackberry 9630, on my old phone I used blackberry protect to save my contacts, texts, etc.
  I used it to transfer data before so much confidence, but now it doesn't seem to work.
  I downloaded the app and it is now stuck on the "connect to blackberry protect service" page with the green circle, it was like that for an hour or two.
  I have a full data plan and it worked there the past, can someone help me? Thank you.

  The servers seem to be until now. If this isn't the case, refresh your service books.

• Smartphones blackBerry HELP: I can't receive not make calls, but internet and blackberry services work.

  My cousin gave me his blackberry that he bought in the United States, T-Mobile has been the supplier of services. I use the phone with excellent service in Austria, the claimant is Orange. I was going great but now its stopped make or receive calls.  When I try to make calls it displays "call failed" and used to take incoming calls or the other. I have internet with an excellent signal.

  Yes... it's probably different than what I guessed. Normally, however, who comes from the web browser... not while performing a call... the steps that led to the receipt of this message would be so important to understand if it has nothing to do with your problem.

  Smart Dialing could be causal... having developed a country code other than the one you are in would be wrong. See this:

  I'm not sure call him except password... my service doesn't have this feature. But it seems (to review some user manuals) that there is a required specific password and this password is provided to you by your mobile service provider.

  BlackBerry Desktop Software is the new name for BlackBerry Desktop Manager. The reason why the photos to the different internet search is because they show the old version (Desktop Manager) and you use the new version (Desktop Software).
  If you encounter problems connecting to BlackBerry services, it is probably because you don't have a good data plan BlackBerry (BIS) on your account. A generic will work with all phones, but not with your BlackBerry. If you have BIS on your account, then your phone works on different frequencies used by your carrier.

• Need to Smartphones blackBerry help-apps does not connect to the internet, even with UMA

  Yesterday for a strange reason my app fmylife, even my aim and msn messenger does not connect to the internet. The blackberry browser connects either, only opera mini-tout this time I am connected to my wifi at home and I UMA. Calls and texting works fine. I tried several times to switch off the connection and then turn it back on, I restarted the phone, I took out the battery but nada.

  Any suggestion or help is greatly appreciated!

  Hey. I have a z10 backberry who continues to display bberror.com/bb10-0015. It's cause when my phone goes off randomly during a security wipe. Whenever I connect it to the blackberry link for update, when it's over 75%, the phone restarts again. What should I do?

• Z10 blackBerry help! Several problems with Z10

  I bought my Z10 3 days and I noticed several questions:

  1. heating and custom battery last a whole day of work
  2. do not receive all the alerts from the applications installed on the hub, I have to restart my phone to receive (alerts, sms, facebook and whatsapp missing)
  3. impossible to remove the hub information, for instante, I a Notification welcome BlackBerry protect that go away from the hub (I tried to remove it and now it says: error: it is not possible to message of shut up o pen).
  4. on the hub, some contacts appear only Witherspoon phone number but no name.

• Z10 blackBerry HELP NEEDED

  Since the OS on my Blackberry Z10 has been updated, I had endless problems... at the beginning I was not receiving messages and then when I received that I have to restart my phone to allow me to read and respond... This product whenever I receive an SMS.

  Hard reset on my Blackberry Z10 and it was stuck on the screen of the shredder for 3 hours now, is this normal?  Is there an average time it takes?  I'm a little worried that it may be a software problem now?

  I saw security wipe two hours. But again, it varies.

  After another hour or two, the only thing you can is to remove the battery for a minute and reinsert the battery. If the shredder or a wipe continues, let him. Maybe it isn't just.
