  I all Z10 erased by mistake when you do a hard reset, all I have now is a blue screen, it says blackberry 10 then loading symbol lights after 100%, it's just a blue screen I tried to find somewhere on the internet to download the driver for it but can't find anything.

• BlackBerry sudden Z10 and serious problem with Z10 NEED HELP Please

  I have a z10, one of the first who came out in Toronto (if it is one)

  Well... If you are in 9 out of 10 here and you don't mind not to restore your device, then enter the password again once and then the device should enter the device wipe mode. That will reset your device to factory setting and then you can start fresh by reloading your backup made the earlier

  I bought my Z10 3 days and I noticed several questions:

  1. heating and custom battery last a whole day of work
  2. do not receive all the alerts from the applications installed on the hub, I have to restart my phone to receive (alerts, sms, facebook and whatsapp missing)

  Hello to you members Z10. I'm sorry to encroach on your forum. But as a user Playbook that doesn't have the luxury of BB10 yet. Can someone answer a question for me?

  Our Playbooks have a "time out" key that limits the screen for non-use of 5 minutes, then the screen turns off and passes the Palybook standby. Not impressive if you use a GPS program I assure you.

  However, my question is

  Is there a funtion BB10 to change the "time out" screen? If so can it be 'never' expiration time?

• Need to Smartphones blackBerry help please: the battery of my 9700 has a problem.

  I'm never getting this prolem before and my 9700 battery life is decent.

  I just fix it last 4 days ago. I used until my less than 10% battery and remove the device. I used a clean towel and dry to clean the battery and the battery compartment, then I leave half of the day.

  After that I recharged to 100%, and the problem disappeared!

  Don't know why it happened, but at least my battery works now as normally done.

  I would try a battery first pull, it is a common solution for a large number of questions.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated. Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.
