  Your BB10 device must be enabled on a server (Blackberry Enterprise Service) BES10 in order to have some balance BB.  It is not available otherwise.  If you are on a BES10 service from your company, see scientists responsible and let them know that it does not work on your device.

  Hey developers Z10, I noticed this potential bug regarding your notifications on my phone. If I put only mode for "Phone calls" he still sounds when you send and receive text messages. The chime will disappear if I disable all alerts or set it to silent, but otherwise there is nothing in between. Not too practical for the workplace as I would like to receive my calls, but does not bother my colleagues with each text message sent and received.   Make sure that you have followed the correct steps up to this point.

  Let's start with your notifications by e-mail. On your home screen, drag down from the top and select Notifications and highlight at the bottom of this page and select Applications. E-mail Messages, and select the e-mail in question account. Make sure sound is enabled and select a ringtone for your notification.

  If please post back indicating that you have followed these steps and do not always receive any audible notification.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  From what you report, the device must be at the level of 10.3.2.xxxx OS, which includes protection against theft of Government mandated function. Therefore, there is only a process appropriate to separate the association between the BBID and device:

  1. Complete the initial configuration, using some credentials that are last BBID successfully on the device
  2. On the device, initiate a security WIPE, again entering the same credentials BBID
     • Spare - first of all, on the device, turn off BB Protect, entering these same credentials BBID, then initiate the security WIPE
  3. When ERASING is completed, you can use/create a different BBID with the device

  Only this exact sequence can succeed... nothing else. Any deviation, insertion of additional steps, removing steps, etc. cancels the procedure.

  I think it's the only way. With the former Office Manager could install all the drivers for the Manager of BB, but I don't think that is the case with BB10.
