  • Z10 blackBerry PIN is displayed on the home screen and wallpaper is not changed

    Hello

I've recently refreshed and re-installed the software (version is 10.3.0.442). I now face three problems:

1 when I change the paper painted. it does not change and remains at the pre parameter.

2 home/wallpaper screen shows my PIN as "0 *"PIN"

    3 awakening is not open.

    Help, please

10.3 releases carrier not available yet as far as I know.  You might consider using an automatic charger for your model number of the device (STL-100-x, found under settings > on), by following these instructions:

    https://developer.BlackBerry.com/DevZone/blackberry10devalpha/devalpha_update.html

and automatically load a version 10.2.x that is one or two builds older than the current version 10.2.x.

    Older versions are:

    https://developer.BlackBerry.com/DevZone/blackberry10devalpha/allautoloaders.html

You can then connect to the Link of BB and update to the latest version 10.2.x consumer production.

If you use an automatic charger, make sure that you back up all data you want to keep!

Perhaps what has happened is the repair shop caught the last ADF mobile or flee, assuming you want the latest and best (or maybe you asked them to give you the newest, not realizing they would take this to mean nonproduction software).  In any case, software production not usually not all features in place (clock app, change wallpaper tool, are usually absent).

    Hi all

Could you please suggest me the way to get the PIN of BlackBerry code through lines of command, or c# program. Either it's direct BlackBerry or BlackBerry device Simulator and which is connected by USB.

You can use the javaloader.exe command-line tool to do this.  It is included with the JDE BlackBerry and BlackBerry Java plug-in for Eclipse.  The following command will do.

    Hey q3rista,

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

If the PIN code is blocked you will be able to send and receive SMS Messages and make phone calls, but there will be no access to the data.

For more information about why it was blocked, please contact your network service provider.

  • Emails from Smartphones blackBerry, pines, text messages disappears from the device

    Hello

The TEXT from emails, pine, keep disappearing from Bold 9900. Device is connected to a BES server. Device has been replaced and account re-created on the server but still happening. No idea why and how to solve the problem?

    THX

Hello and welcome to the community!

Since you're on BES, you really should work with your BES admin... they have a lot of things and it is possible that they apply an expiration that you aren't aware of the control.

Otherwise, here are some tips to use:

    • KB02843 What is the function of low memory manager on the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB14320 How to maximize space and power battery life on the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB14213 Call logs, SMS text and email messages are deleted from the BlackBerry smartphone

    Good luck!

  • Release of impossible to Smartphones blackBerry PIN

A few days ago the it Department of my company gave me a BB 8700 to a colleague. On the front it says Cingular. I registered successfully for a new enterprise data plan only with AT & T and I get emails from company very well. However, as soon as the device has been activated with my new account, I noticed that I was receiving personal emails of the previous user. Immediately, I contacted AT & T and asked them to remove personal e-mails from my colleague from my BB. Now the colleague's e-mails have disappeared, but I can't save my personal email address because the PIN is already in use. I contacted AT & T and they claim that the PIN is registered with Verizon. Here's where I hit the brick wall: I can't have everyone to release my PIN! As far as I know, this device was never recorded with Verizon - AT & T or Cingular have totally incompatible networks, so I don't see how it could have worked.

AT & T has tried to solve the problem by communicating directly with the Blackberry, but their tech support guy said Verizon has the PIN code and that they must release the ANKLE until I can do something else. I contacted Verizon and I got nowhere because I'm not a customer of Verizon. I tried to call AT & T, BlackBerry and Verizon 3 times now, hoping for a magic, but nothing helped.

What should I do? Please help if you can! Thanks in advance.

(btw, I am based in the United States)

Whatever the carrier, if they call through RIM - Blackberry, they can release a PIN regardless of which there network belongs to.

  • Smartphones blackBerry PIN

I am considering joing, a Web site for users of Blackberry, but in the registration section, they ask for my PIN check I have a Blackberry. How is it safe to give the PIN code. What can it be used? People access my contacts, files, etc?

    The site is www.blackberryunderground.com

I saw on a facebook group, someone said, your PIN can be stolen. When this happens, your BB suddenly stops working. A few seconds all you have, it's just a pda. Nothing more.

What are doing with the stolen PIN?
They clone. Copy it into several blackmarket or suspended handheld BB.
Their goal? Get profit for sale cheap scam BB that is the only work for a certain period of time, then crosses * poof *, he become fancy paper weight.

So the best advice is stop spreading your PIN in public places.

    So is it true?

They can't really do too much with your PIN. It's like giving your email address or phone number.

  • Smartphones blackBerry pin contact?

Apologies if this seems a silly question, the new owner of a Blackberry (2 days)

I some contacts in my blackberry messenger which I managed to send blackberry messages.

In the part each contact options, it has all the options for example to start conversation, remove contact etc. but it is also a contact...

He give options to call or text or BBM, but said also PIN "resource".

    What does this option?

Sending of one PIN code to another BlackBerry phone is exactly the same to send a BBM for the phone, except that it is not through the BBM app, it just seems right in the Messages folder.  It is available only between BlackBerrys.

    I hope that helps you.

  • Question of Smartphones blackBerry on blackberry PIN #.

    Hi guys,.

I just have a question about bb pin #. I have a bb bold and I am with rogers. My friend becomes a blackberry at the Kuwait and by asking that I be able to text him using his PIN code? are there additional fees for it?

    Thank you

from your point of view, sending a PIN message or talking in BlackBerry Messenger is the same cost that you use the browser to display http://mobile.blackberry.com/ : it's usually free.

from the point of view of your friend send a PIN message, or talk in BlackBerry Messenger is the same cost that you use the browser to view http://mobile.blackberry.com/ : it depends on their subscription.

  • Smartphones blackBerry PIN to the United States since the France

I will be going to France in September and buy a BlackBerry and the service and wanted to know if I'd be able to another BB PIN of France? Going to cost me something? It cost the receiver anything, if the receiver of the PIN is in the United States?

E-mail pine is part of the sender, and BlackBerry package of the receiver of data. Several carriers have unlimited data plans, so in essence it is 'free' yet you pay a single monthly price for the data plan, which includes unlimited messaging of pine.

Now, if you have a capped package, say 50 MB of data for monthly and you go on this amount, in theory, you could have to pay more.

So it depends. But in most cases, no, you will pay more.

You can PIN message all over the world for no additional or international fees. None.

  • Smartphones blackBerry PIN number & Aerize Optimizer

I am so incredibly frustrated with how not easy to everything this process is...

I had several problems with my blackberry tour and am now on my 3rd or 4th.  I bought the optimizer application Aerize back in August and when I try to enter my phone, it says that it is not valid.  I contacted Aerize Optimizer and they stop to me contact AppWorld.  Of course, I realize that there is no easy way to do it.  I searched through the forums and noticed that I should contact them at the following link:

    https://www.BlackBerry.com/CSOHelp/index.do?ft=generic

It sounds simple enough, and I'm excited thinking I would find a solution.  Of course when I try, it says the following:

"Please enter a valid PIN to Blackberry Smartphone"

How my device PIN would be invalid? !    Of course, the only solutions I find here are hidden in private messages.  I even tried to use general help and when I try it, it gives me the following message is displayed:

'The email address is already used on of BlackBerry Support Community Forums. Please log in with your account Support BlackBerry Community Forums and ask your question. If you are unable to connect to the community, click here to recover your account BlackBerry Forums of Community Support. If you are not currently a member of the forums, please click hereto create an account. "

So to sum up, it seems that I can't even put on my stupid Aerize Optimizer application support because my PIN code is not valid, but I can't put support on my PIN becoming invalid because my PIN code is invalid?  Do we not see how crazy, frustrating and terrible customer support is?

    1. I want my valid PIN.  I don't care if I changed the phone too many times, make a better phone and I would not.  This set "3 changes of PIN code and you have completed" is the most crazy policy I've ever heard.  Difficulty my PIN!

    2. I want my serial number on the Aerize optimizer to work I bought the product and am ready to stop credit card fees.

This is the only place where I only am not blackened the implementation support - so HELP!

Well, there is no official support from RIM in these forums, so bang for that isn't really useful...

But, have you tried this yet? While you may not be talking about an update, maybe the process would allow you to go forward?

In some cases, it was discovered that updates (from got AppWorld apps) require additional steps in order to install the update. If the update will not install, please try this:

    1. Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications > highlight the app > BBKey > delete
    2. AppWorld > MyWorld > Login > highlight the app (if she shows at all, in any State) > BBKey > delete
    3. Use your PC (via the mass storage Mode) or your BB (via Media > BBKey > Explore) and find all references (folders, files) to the app delete everything you find. Search the memory of your device and your press card as well.
    4. Use this link to user guide AppWorld for re - install the app - then predict a new activation/registration key

    See you soon!

  • Smartphones International charge blackBerry pin options

Just finished a frustrating, circular conversation with Blackberry 1 888 accessories, trying to discover if the international charger adapter kit I ordered did NOT pin inserts for the Australia and New Zealand because they are not part of the kit, either because they forgot to include them.

I had the guy at the other end of the line to ARGUE with me that the kit is compatible with the Australia and New Zealand. This is clearly NOT compatible.

Where can I buy the reinforcement of 3 pins for AUSTRALIAN and NZ outlets?

We have the international charger makes no mention of having adapters for the Asia-Pacific.

  • BlackBerry PIN Z10 messages Gone?

If the 'old' PIN messages, where you were able to create a subject line, have been replaced by BBM conversations (which are not the same thing)?

If this is not the case-how do you create one?

    Thank you, Kevin

    Thanks for your reply Bill.

No offense is intended, but I had to laugh about what I read that "maybe they will add to the list.

From the looks of things on the forum, is becoming quite a long list, and meanwhile the power users are trying to operate with one hand tied behind their backs or dating back to their last BB up to these oversights are addressed and resolved.

It makes me wonder about where RIM found their group of beta test for this very important project.

Thanks again and soon - Kevin
