  What is happening here.  This is not good.

  At the moment there is no way to delete only on the handheld. The Q10 and Z10 devices are true e-mail clients, different from the old system BIS that letting us know. Removal of your handheld will remove from the server.

  While in the center of BlackBerry, press Action (lower-right), then settings > display and Actions.

  Scroll down, and then tap on Delete on and select prompt.

  Now you can delete on handheld pocket alone - or - computer and the server.

  I've updated my software to 10.2.1.537 last week and you can delete is no longer emails coming to my phone. I tried to remove my phone email account and add it again, it does not help.

  I solved this on my phone! Go to the blackberry platform, select settings, display and actions and scroll through e-mail messages. Change to delete on handheld and server. It worked for me. Just a lucky find but it took me hours... I get so frustrated when these improvements wrong you!

  on the Q10 when you delete only an email it asks if you like it to delte only in the HUB or HUB + server.

  When you mark several emails to delete both, this box is not displayed.

  Drag from the upper right corner in the lower left corner 5 times.

  There are many long threads on this and other things that are different from pre-BB10. That ability was provided by BIS and BIS is longer at stake for BB10. At present, the device and the server of the mailbox are intended to be replicas of the other (in the window of bearing max 30 days)... what you do on one account to another.

  We all hope that the future OS updates will provide functions improved, including some we're used to as BIS. For now, it is what it is.

  While he discusses BES, it doesn't indicate that the behavior that you see is the one specified. The thing to do would be to wait at least 24 hours since all but new delivery e-mail is at a lower priority.

  I use Blackberry with an IMAP mail server. I have install BB to delete in the box at the letters and pocket. However, when I delete a message, I always get this confirmation screen asking me "Delete the Message" with the two options below ("on mailbox & handheld ' or 'Pocket').

  To implement if it does not prompt you for deletions, go to your messages folder, click the menu button and select options, then email reconciliation.  If you have more than 1 e-mail set up, make sure that the correct e-mail address shows beside "messaging services" and change "Delete on ' of the 'guest' to ' mailbox and pocket.

  I think the e-mail on your laptop will move messages on the server.  Can you communicate with your mail provider and get the correct e-mail settings to leave a copy of message on the server?
