  I didn't know I was so vague with my information. However I understand it. I continued to try to export contacts from a previous e-mail program to a .csv file and few would go. I went back in my contacts Windows Mail, click on properties and noticed that the contacts had somehow hidden checked. I have then all selected and not the box and now they appear in the Select Recipient window.

• BlackBerry Q10 ActiveSync does not synchronize my Contacts after changing to another Exchange Server

  I changed to another supplier of services of Exchange and now the problems with my Contacts on the Blackberry Q10. After the configuration of the new Exchange ActiveSync account, I observe the folliwng:

  1. New contacts created in Outlook / Exchange Server will not synchronize to the Q10.
  2. New contacts created on the Blackberry are synchronized backed the Exchange Server / Outlook Client.
  3. BlackBerry-Contacts are visible, but won't open (like "zombies").
  4. BlackBerry Contacts from other sources (Facebook, WhatsApp) are no longer bound together, in other words, it seems that the person has multiple contacts entries.
  5. Sending / receiving mails and work on the Blackberry calendar entries.

  I fixed it myself. Now, the Contacts are all back in, deduplicated and healthy. That's what I did, step by step, in settings > accounts:
  1 turn off Sync contact on the Exchange ActiveSync account
  2 delete the Facebook account
  3 remove account Skype and gmail
  4. run "Delete local Contacts"
  5. in Contacts, check the number of Contacts: contact no.
  Then in settings > accounts:
  6. turn on synchronization of Contact for an Exchange account
  7. This brought all Exchange contacts
  8. Add Facebook, Skype and a gmail accounts.

• A5000 contact is not displayed, the number

  After the update to A5000_S124_15118_8G_ROW contact names are not displayed during the call or calls and SMS messages in the journal. It's very annoying. After all, it is a PHONE and I got display calling name 'feature' since the late 90's, long before smart phones...
  Y at - it a fix for this, or maybe someone can tell me how to go back to the previous version that worked?

  There is an additional method to solve your problem! And you don't need to 'Factory reset '!

  All you need is just to save your contacts to SD card, then delete all the contacts and restore it from a backup again...

• Form button submit contact does not display correctly

  When you use Adobe Muse in fashion design all on my contact form looks like a lot, but when I download the site or preview the page in my browser, the submit button is not displayed correctly.

  The police is a bit fuzzy and unclear and effects like opacity on the submit button just display a solid color rather than adding opacity.

  The rest of the form uses the same font and also tried different web fonts without success, so don't know why, it's just the Send button!

  You should contact the seller. Same thing happened on my Z30. BlackBerry link will not work and all other methods. I got a replacement. So as already suggest back to the seller as defective.

• BlackBerry Q10 incoming call number display only - no name

  I have the new Q10 and I accept that there will be bugs and problems with the new machines.

  However, I have a very annoying problem I was hoping someone could help.

  As I get calls, they sometimes appear as numbers only, not the actual name of the contacts.

  It seems that this happens only with local numbers (no international calls from abroad) and not all the time.

  The numbers are correctly in contacts, and this was not a problem with the previous blackberries (I got all the first seince)

  I uninstalled all the unwanted (Facebook, Tweeter and other programs of social networks)

  Contacts are stored in Outlook on my computer.

  I use an e-mail system to normal (no gmail, hotmail, or such) based company server using a standard POP3 incoming sever.

  The e-mail function seems to work very well.

  Any ideas would be useful.

  With the support, Blackberry has recognized this as a question on the Q10 and Z10 and is fixed in the next version of 10.1 x.  If all goes well to be released soon.

  Hi I have a blackberry 9220. Whenever I have a single gmail contact appears in the list of contacts. However any contact that is backed up does not appear in 'gmail', I also other configured email on my phone, that none of them appear in the list of contacts while saving a new contact.

  Please help as Im unable to display one of my contacts on gmail.

  Once the contact sync is enabled for e-mail accounts, then synchronization will start to work.

  Correct, the only tweets that appear in the Hub will be those who have mentioned you or direct messages on Twitter.

  The normal timeline Tweets are not designed to appear in the hub.

  What'sApp and BBM should appear in the Hub if you have set up to appear in the hub, doesn't it?

• BlackBerry Z10 Z10 will not display text messages, cannot receive

  I did a cleanup of security yesterday because my contacts were a complete mess, numbers have been associated with incorrectly, and I have no idea how this happened.

  After the security wipe, and when I highlight, and then click SMS, the hub of Blackberry only displays the telephone numbers of the numbers that I sent a text when I click on the message, I see the number plus a gray screen.

  No need to do a security wipe because it only deletes all data from the phone and put it in a 'default' State You should try to do a reload of the operating system using the BB link. If you don't want to lose your contacts or settings. Make a backup of everything before reloading. The instructions are as follows:

  Open the BlackBerry link and connect your device via microUSB
  Select settings (gear icon)
  Select reload under Reload Device Software
  Follow the on-screen instructions to reload the software. When you are finished, you can disconnect your device.

  When I get incoming calls, sometimes the name of the contact is displayed and sometimes not. After the call is completed, the contact name is mentioned in the call log list. Please help in the resolution of the same.

  Remove the selection the checkbox and restart your phone by removing the battery.
  You should be able to see all the names when they call then.

  Whenever someone calls me, my phone only shows the number but not the name of the contact. Everyone within a certain time it will display the name of the contact and a facebook photo, as usual. But here recently only the number will appear, and I have no idea who is called, because I don't memorize numbers. What's up with that? Anyone have this problem?

  It could be one of the three solutions... Try these:

  1. make sure that you set your own country code to the Phone Dialer screen > Options > smart dialing.
  Set your country code in this format: "+ xx" where xx = country code. Some countries have two or three-digit country Codes. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * In the United States, the value of this country as '+ 1' Code and place your local area code in the appropriate box (this normally the default setting in a new BB).

  2. in the same place, change the length of National number for the number of digits corresponding to your country (since some countries have less than 10 as that set by default in the BB). Check out the total numbers, less country code. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * For example, some countries have a total number to 8 (more than 3 for the country code). You must enter '8 '.

  3. you probably have "Content Protection" located on your address book.
  Look at the Options > Security > General settings. Scroll down to the content Protection > include addresses = no

• BlackBerry Q10 Hotmail does not message

  I can't send / receive email from phone above the message that is displayed. U.S. carrier Verizon and I did not update-not yet available on Verizon. Have the valid password, but it does not work. How can I fix it? And what is this little eye which is now popping up as when I put in password?

  • Settings > accounts > delete the hotmail account.
  • Restart: Press and hold the power button on top about 20-30 seconds, ignore the 321 timer and hold until the screen goes black and you will see the red LED.
  • Settings > accounts > add the account back.
