• Cannot share photos on Facebook

  When you try to share photos on Facebook, I get an error as shown below. I signed out of PSEx both FB and back, with no luck. I have also uninstall / reinstalled PSEx for trying to fix my permissions, but it doesn't always work. any help would be greatly appreciated. This also happens on my two devices (iPhone 6 and mini ipad)

  I can't sync my phone with outlook not more.  I reinstalled outlook and even tried on a new computer, it only works as long as the computer to replace the device when I want the unit to replace the PC.  If I try to reconfigure the settings, BlackBerry link falls down the second I click the button.

  So, I thought it was a fault of device, so I bought a brand new Q10, but now I find that I can not copy my synchronized calendar or contacts which means I have no way to get my calendar on my new phone!

  I understand that you are not able to select the 'Message' option after choosing the option of 'Sharing of Contact' in the Contacts application. I'm more than happy to help.

  If you haven't done so already, please restart your iPhone and this new test to see if you are still unable to choose the option of sharing via a message. You can find more information on it here:

  your friend has an email special on the facebook site. If people send him an email at this address, it happens to his Facebook Messages. You can try to add an attachment to your e-mail.

  After upgrading to OS 6, if I si je selectionne selects send - Messenger Contact photo is delivered in the compartment of bits, but not for the contact selected BBM. Conversely if I select send a picture in a BBM conversation he will send successfully. Recipients are on a Curve 8900 with OS 5.

• BlackBerry Blackberry Q10 Assistant on automatically - keyboard does not work

  I have my phone Blackberry Q10 now for 1 month, and since a few days the problem has turned up, randomly Blackberry companion light automatically.   My problem with the BBM Pin code is as follows - a few years ago I had the BlackBerry 9900, and I got a pine BBM assigned to this device. Later, this device was physically destroyed and I started to use BBM on Samsung Galaxy (the same PIN BBM).

  Recently, I purchased BlackBerry Q10 and started using BBM with the same PIN (from BlackBerry 9900). It wasn't a problem, until that I've updated BBM a few days ago and then I noticed that my BBM pin has changed.

  Does anyone know why it happened and what to do with this issue? I mean, finally, I will create a list of contacts with my new BBM PIN code, but there is no guarantee that this change suddenly won't happen again.

  Good question, but so many numbers makes me headache lol just kidding. Unfortunately, this is not how it works. Different way with numbers of mail or telephone in our map. Blackberry PIN is connected with a single device and cannot be moved to another device. Your previous BBM with 123456 contacts are safe and always with you in your new PIN BBM 654321. To your new customers/friends you must inform your PIN or invite them.

  Technology can create something new. You can always tell them your new pin code otherwise you must continue to use your old device.

• BlackBerry Q10 ActiveSync does not synchronize my Contacts after changing to another Exchange Server

  I changed to another supplier of services of Exchange and now the problems with my Contacts on the Blackberry Q10. After the configuration of the new Exchange ActiveSync account, I observe the folliwng:

  1. New contacts created in Outlook / Exchange Server will not synchronize to the Q10.
  2. New contacts created on the Blackberry are synchronized backed the Exchange Server / Outlook Client.
  3. BlackBerry-Contacts are visible, but won't open (like "zombies").
  4. BlackBerry Contacts from other sources (Facebook, WhatsApp) are no longer bound together, in other words, it seems that the person has multiple contacts entries.
  5. Sending / receiving mails and work on the Blackberry calendar entries.

  I fixed it myself. Now, the Contacts are all back in, deduplicated and healthy. That's what I did, step by step, in settings > accounts:
  1 turn off Sync contact on the Exchange ActiveSync account
  2 delete the Facebook account
  3 remove account Skype and gmail
  4. run "Delete local Contacts"
  5. in Contacts, check the number of Contacts: contact no.
  Then in settings > accounts:
  6. turn on synchronization of Contact for an Exchange account
  7. This brought all Exchange contacts
  8. Add Facebook, Skype and a gmail accounts.

  END
