  I have a strange behavior suddenly with one of the e-mail on my Blackberry "BOLD" accounts.  The account is a gmail account and never had any problems until today.  I noticed this morning that e-mail has not been pushed, despite the fact that new messages were in this mailbox.  I removed and re-added the account, as well as return service directories.  Now, mail seems to take place at the account again, but the new mail indicator (red asterisk) does not work for the account, even if I get a new mail on the main 'Messages' envelope icon indicator when the mail comes in this account.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

  An icon appeared over one that shows the number of e-mails.  It's the #2 and one icon I don't know - maybe a small globe.  I can't get rid of this.  It may have something to do with a search I tried yesterday, was not successful and clicked on save the query.  I called the Blackberry line at T-Mobile, but the representative could not help.

  I would like to know what it is and how to get rid of.

  Weird that they are unable to help you.

  Open your main Messages folder > Menu > view folder > look in your file browser push or WAP Push and delete these messaages.

  I downloaded a few free themes in App World just a few weeks and they still don't show up on my device but they show in my list of application on BDM and on App World before I updated to the new version this morning and now that either could not be found.  It's the buggiest handset I've even seen from any manufacturer.  Don't work no so many thing that simply no matter what I do.  Whenever I call Verizon to complain they tell me there is no history of problems like mine.  Amazing, isn't it?  Who is lying to whom?

  OK... just tried to remove the BDM AW again.  This time, he said "downgrade" so I chose that.  He ran and of course reset.  The device is restarted, I tried to use it and it froze.  Pulled the battery for a few minutes and then put back.  After this restart the new version of AW has shown on the home screen.  Connected to BDM again to check the version and it's news.  Very strange events here.  Still convinced that I have faulty hardware.  Thanks for trying it.

  Well, I want you to do is run MalwareBytes.  You say you already ran MalwareBytes after the clean boot, and then tried to reload regularly?

  Whatever program you have downloaded to fix the missing image file sounds like he came by malicious software.  What is the name of this program.

  I have a good amount of information which I hope will be your answer useful lol.
  For starters, what Anti Virus do you use, the "netsh.exe" has been know to be infected by the virus and be put in a folder by some anti-virus. So I would check that out in your antivirus, I had this info at the following link:

  We assume that the computer starts on the desktop after ignoring this error message. We recommend that you check if a non-Microsoft program is defective. To do this, try the following steps:

  b. method 2, follow steps 1 and 2, and then restart the computer to see if the problem persists.

  Step 1: Check if a non-Microsoft program is causing this issue
  see How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State .
  b. If the issue is not persistent, then from the article, follow the method 1 and method 2 to find out if any program is causing the problem.
  c. Once you have found the culprit which is the program that is causing the problem, then uninstall it or reinstall once more to solve the problem.

  Note: Article, remember to follow 'steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state. "

  a. Click Start, click Run, type cmd and click ok.

  1. is the specific issue when downloading any file or download from any particular Web site?

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer before this problem?

  This problem can occur because of a missing or corrupted Rundll32.exe file, conflict between software on the computer or due to infection by the virus.

  Method 1:
  Let's first virus scan run using the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free.
