  Okay, time is getting near for me to get a new case. I have a case of pocket that I had with my Treo 650 and it is now starting to cut in my pants because the belt clip is poking through the Leather Sheath.

  "The case includes a belt clip removable optionally, with an adjustable crutch that allows to position your Centro placed on a flat surface."

  What I need to know is, this is a case that has the built in rubber belt clip noub and it comes with the portion of the clip belt as well, or the 'optional' invoke the fact that I have to buy this piece separately?

  From my experience with cases, always the little key on the back of the case. It's not bad, but it is not removable, AFAIK. It is not in the way or anything if you decide not to use the belt clip. I may be wrong in this case design, but I'll just off the coast from personal experience. I have all these cases laying around to look.

  I know this isn't much help, but it looks like a great deal anyway. Let me know if you have any other questions.

  Hello everyone.

  I just bought the hard roots skin & Holster. My question is when my BlackBerry is in the Holster, I can't activate it. I have BlackBerry it also lights to I'm placing the BlackBerry in the case, the screen turns off and there is nothing I can do with it.

  This is a function that I can do to ensure the BlackBerry works so that in the case?

  You can not. This is not a parameter.

  The BlackBerry detects the magnet and goes to sleep. It works as expected. Out of the Holster when you use it.

  Anyone know how I am able to get Internet and e-mail on a 8700v don't? I looked over the phone and there is no software of navigation on the screen and no email etc.

  My curve starts incessant beeping when I put it in the Holster.  IM must have set an option or the sound.  How can I stop this?  Ive tried locking the device, but the only way to stop this is by feeding off the unit.  Arrrggghh...

  I do think that current Im what either.  I managed to do stop beeping by pressing the button "lock" on the top once it is in the case.  Very strange.  However Im suspicious of this solution.

• BlackBerry Bold 9650 smartphone volume questions in the case

  I used my Bold 9650 in the Holster while I work in the gym and I was listening to Pandora. I noticed that the volume controls on the right side of the device will not work while the unit is in the Holster. If I get out of the Holster, the volume buttons work fine. Is it possible to allow these buttons while the case is used? I would have thought that they would work automatically by default. Thank you.

  I'm no expert on the cases, but I know that the magnet in the case puts your phone "sleep", turn off the screen.  This could also affect the side buttons.

  To make sure that this isn't just a problem with your phone, remove your battery when your phone is turned on, then replace it.  If the symptoms persist, it could be something with that you'll just have to live.

  Wonderful device.

  I only found a serious bug - a 3 separate and unrelated times, pulling the phone out of the Holster, the phone has rebooted simply. I know what you're thinking - Im not not not holding down the power button. It just restarts.

  Happened 3 times. Hardware failure?

  Guys I think I've cracked it!

  There is no bug - bug is rather the combination of HOW I was HOLSTERING (don't not pulling) and TYPE (pictured below), of the case.

  I noticed that this case is extremely tight around the device and therefore requires a force going in. Ive been using my index rinse above the button "lock" push it in the Holster and I found, when quite slowly pushing the unit activates the function POWER OFF (quite easily in fact)! That is why the appliance is OFF when I unholstered it. (do not reboot!)

  I just bought a new case of flip for my blackberry bold 9780, the case fits perfectly and protects fantastic but I noticed that when I type and the keys on the left side of the keyboard, it causes a ripple effect on the screen.   I'm relatively new to the whole community of smartphone, and I fear I actually broke my Blackberry!

  I noticed that e softwareupdated was available for my Blackberry, so I chose to download it. The problem is my phone kept freezing in the process, and I was getting a little impatient. Finally, my phone told me that there was not enough memory, so I should delete some applications to make room. So I selected a few to remove, and my phone froze AGAIN. Now, if at all, it has frozen or not, I'm not sure... Maybe I'm too impatient for the life of a smartphone.

  In any case, I decided to take out the battery to reset the phone, I have grown really tired and has to work in the morning, I so wanted to just turn my phone and turn it on again, put my wake up and go to sleep. As I just re - turn the phone on, it starts to load up as it usually does, then a screen appears:

  "Blackberry 5.0.0.496 platform.

  Then it lists a whole bunch of items in the phone, in alphabetical order, the first being "Addressbook."

  Then, in seconds, the screen goes all white and a small message will appear "Error App 606" and it gives me the only option of resetting my phone. I click on reset, and it's a cycle... The phone seems to be loading as it normally would, and then he'll come back to this screen of the Blackberry platform, then the App error 606.

  I ring my network provider in the morning to see if they can help me, but I was wondering if anyone of you here would know about this at all? I feel so stupid for the cause!

  If your device is not detected so you had to force the detection of your device by using the Application Loader. But remember in this process you will lose all data on your device, I hope you have your backup device, follow this Knowledge Base to recover your device:

  Unfortunately, in your case, is that part of it... you need to remove the it policy which is latent on the device. Here are some procedures that may (or may not) work:

  In all cases - wait that your BB will liquidate as fees and clean. This means that if you ever put anything on it, it will be lost.
