  I'm not sure of the word 'reactivation' in this context, but if you have made backups of regular data with BlackBerry Desktop Software, you should have no problem of restoring your operating system, including your address book with the contacts.

  If you did those backups and you need help to restore your phone, just ask.

While the Blackeberry I intend to come out of this message (unable to update your Blackberry ID account information). I use a blackberry Torch 9810 with 7.0 on this OS. Please, what can be done to remedy this disorder. COS I already tried to uninstall the software and reinstalled again still with no positive results.

  Auto rotation problem solved! As I said in my previous posts my sensor has worked well (and so I have is maybe a software problem, kernel?).. .so I tried a few apps from the game store: the only one who's really works: "auto rotation to lie down". For those who are facing the problem just install the app and give the requested permissions. Works like charm! Glad for not having sent the smartphone for repair!
