Have you ever tried to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the return of the Apple logo again?

If this does not work, take it to an Apple store or a Service Provider licensed Apple to have it checked.

  • Bridge of Sony for Mac. wanted an update, and phone won't turn on now!

    Hello

Today, I tried to transfer files from my phone to my Mac. When I plugged my phone the Sony Bridge for Mac asked me if I'd like to update so I clicked Yes and it started to be updated with my phone connected. Then out of it, my phone off and it won't turn on. It will only vibrate and display the Sony logo but won't go any futher. I tried the combination of flight + and start/stop button and many others, but nothing works! I need my phone very quickly at work, and I really don't want to lose all the files!

    Help, please!

It sounds more like you had an update to the system firmware and you can have disconnected your phone that this process was going on - anything you can do I'm afraid to say is a repair of the system, but this will erase all data on your phone

  • Stop "Find my iPhone" what phone won't turn on!

My daughter dropped her iPhone in the toilet yesterday. I have through Verizon/Asurion protection. They are sending me a new phone (for a $150 deductible) and they said I have to pay $500 if the "find my iPhone" feature doesn't is not turned off. I know full well that "AGFI" feature is on the phone 'on '. If I remove the phone in her iCloud account which will take care of it? Or, is there another way to stop the "AGFI? Thank you!

  • HELP: Phone won't turn on, completely insensitive

My Moto X (XT1058) has been fully charged and plugged.

When you use the Chrome browser, the screen went all black (as if I hit the power button), but the phone became completely unresponsive. No button or combinations of Chargers/cables anything.

    I tried:

-Different Chargers and cables for the minutes and hours (but the phone was fully charged), no loading screens

    -Plug on laptop, no recognition

-All FLIGHT and PWR key combinations for up to 3 minutes

Any other suggestions? or I am the GROUND?

    Thank you

    Chris

Well, after a few days of using my old Nexus S, I decided that the only chance to fix my phone would be to bite the bullet and get a new one. So yesterday, I picked up a used Moto X off kijiji for $100.

Before that I got the money, I tried to turn on the old phone one last time... Nothing.

Reloaded the new phone from the day to the next, and while he was starting this morning, I decided to try the phone again for s & g's, JUST held the power button for about 5 seconds and... LIFE! Starts perfectly, not 'optimization applications' or whatever it is, battery fully charged and no sign of what anyone ever be wrong.

So now I have two 2013 x bike!

In case someone has similar problems in the future, after the first day of load with different Chargers and based on each unique combination of button, he had sat the charger for two whole days before finally deciding to start normally.

  • Phone won't turn on or charge

    Hi all

Less than a week ago, I bought a Xperia Z5.

And today while you use (Internet I think), it stop with > 50% remaining battery. I couldn't activate it.

I tried to recharge via USB and PC, did not work. Once back home, I loaded for like 40 minutes then tried to turn it on. He showed no signs of the load (the led blinks or stays red for a few seconds sometimes). I tried restarting of 120 seconds. I've never seen the loading icon. I tried the volume top + power button, took out my SD. Nothing. Should I try factory reset (CCP does not seem to recognize atm, even if I used it yesterday to copy my old phone, process that stopped in the middle and never finished), or should I bring it to the seller?

    Any help appreciated,

    Kind regards.

    Thanks for your help

But my local dealer exchanged this morning...

I have published this message yesterday before going to sleep, is there a way to close the topic because the issue slipped by the presence of a new phone?

  • Backup to phone that won't turn on?

I dropped my phone in water, this was not saved on iTunes or iCloud. The phone won't turn on or do anything when plugged into a computer. My main concern is to get my photos. It's an iPhone 6 and I have tried everything I know so he can turn it on (hold down the buttons, plug it into the wall, plug into computer, etc.).

If I took the phone out, where I could find the map / is there a card that stores all the data of the photo?

Is there a way to backup without turning on the phone? I've tried a few programs, but they do recognize that nothing was plugged.

Or is there something that can be done to recover the photos, the phone is off?

If you have not used 5 ways that Apple provides to save the pictures or the 3 ways to back up the phone, then there is no way to recover them. They are stored encrypted, so even if you can remove the chip memory (which is unlikely) you can not retrieve its content.

  • my 6 phone fell in water for about one second, tried to dry all day still won't turn. What can I do? Help, please

my iphone 6 fell into the water. won't turn on after that I dried it all day. What should do? Help, please

As you tried to turn it on it was still wet, the damage is done now.

Now, your only alternative is to call Apple and make an appointment to examine.

They will probably suggest that you buy one out of warranty replacement for her.

  • Upgrade to iOS 10.0.2 and phone won't

Tried to update the phone started to reset, but screen is now black (always on). No button does not

Try a forced reboot. No data is affected by this. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  • My phone will not turn

My phone was full loaded yesterday, working last night and there all night, but this morning it is turned off and won't turn back on.

What is your phone and the FFOS version?

I saw a similar symptom with version 2.2.

You can try first to connect the phone to power for a little while and see, if you can turn it on after a few minutes (in the case where something exhausted the battery during the night).
If this has no effect, you could remove the battery briefly, put it back in and then try to turn the phone on.

  • iPhone 5 turned off and won't turn back on

Hi guys, my iPhone 5 turned off and won't turn back on despite my efforts to load. He doesn't have anything happen when the charge as the battery showing it is low or that the phone needs to be recharged.

It doesn't have this show in any every time I try to turn it on and even while there is no evidence a load.

I corrected it when I contacted Apple support. They broke down the power and Home button to force restart it. Works fine now, battery has been replaced but because she is "consumed".

  • Envy 15: Laptop stop abruptly. Won't turn on

I bought this computer for my daughter to use for communication. She is 15 and non-verbal, so I need to fix this quickly for her. This laptop is only 7 months old and she has used about an hour a week, more it remains on a computer and are transferred so it shouldn't have ANY problems. I am so angry about this.

Anyway, the computer made a glitch in his and stop even if the battery is fully charged. Now, it won't turn at all. When I hit the power button on the right LED flashes. The adapter seems to work very well. I did the hard restart, remove the battery and holding the power button. It did not work.

  • I dropped my iPhone and now it won't turn! fear a lot what do I do now?

I dropped my iPhone and now it won't turn! fear a lot what do I do now?

Your best bet is to get to a repair facility independent of having your phone looked.

iPhone 4 s are little tough suckers, so you can have just a disconnected, damaged screen or display battery disconnected in the drop-down list.

Your option at Apple is a one off replacement warranty on a 4S which means turn into your phone, pay $199, get a 4 s handed to nine.   It's too much pay for a 4S these days.

In a shop that specializes in independent repair, someone can help troubleshoot your phone to see if it is a problem of display which are highly soluble or battery. Cost-$ 50 - $100 depending on the problem (s).

If you have more serious damage to the Board, then it can be useful to continue given the value of the unit.

How to identify a quality independent repair shop?

Do the research.  Not all independent repair shops are trustworthy, and the quality of the parts they use can vary.  Looking for a store with good reviews, a solid guarantee at least 6 months on the repair and a guarantee to solve your problem or toll-free.  Ask that they source their parts.  Any store claiming to use real Apple original parts should be avoided, as this is not possible.  Independent repair is a fantastic option for comfort and savings, but you have to do some legwork to find a store in your area, given that many of those unscrupulous.
