Now when I've upgraded to OS6, I thought having lost this option and all the site I go is not on mobile view, but rather on the layout of the web page view/normal. • Downgrade of Smartphones blackBerry OS6-5

  I would like to downgrade to OS5 on my Curve 9300, I kinda like the 6, but the battery life is too short. I'm not a real big user but just with a bit of messagings and to go on the internet, a few times a day battery isn't even sustainable 8 perhaps 9 hrs. So can someone please give me instructions on how to do it?

  1. If you have manually downloaded and installed the new operating system on your PC, delete the most recent operating system of your PC by going to control panel > Add/Remove programs. If you upgraded via OTA or automatically by the desktop software, go to step 2.

  2. next, download and install the earlier version of the operating system. Operating system blackBerry downloads

  3. install the older operating system to the computer by running (double click) the downloaded file.
  4. go into c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
  5. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

  When you use a profile, you can define exceptions that will override the current profile. These exceptions are included in the list of profiles, under a thin horizontal line. "Important calls" is an exception. You can configure any which just exception go on it, then hit the Menu, then select Edit. You will then be able to configure the exception: that is the appellant and which profile to use for this person.

  I give you an example: you are home on vacation, have a NAP. You won't be bothered by anyone, unless your mother calls. If you choose a 'silent' profile and add an exception "Dear MOM" in which you can select the phone number and the desired profile (usually the one with the ring "you are so beautiful to me")

  Works fine with your boss too, but maybe you'll want to give another name for this exception.

  I downloaded some ringtones and alerts to my phone and managed to transfer to the PC. My question is how can I get my phone to play different alerts and ringtones for various applications. I wish that my emails have a different my sms alert, etc.

  Click the icon for your profile and scroll down to the tip. Then select the profile you want to edit. You will see then a whole list of things that you can change the alert for. For example, click on "phone". Your first setting is "off the case". This means that you don't have the phone mode "sleep" or in an approved Holster BB. You can change this voice against zero which means no warning at all. Tone would be your choice of ringtone. Vibe and ring would vibrate THEN ring. Vibrate is vibrate. Next option is tune. You can select a preloaded ringtone, or if you want to choose a song that you downloaded browse choose music, and song. Then is volume. Low medium high climbing or none. Then repeat the notification is none or flashing LED. When turned on your status light flashes red for a long time after you have missed a call. This works for other alerts as well. Then there is the number of vibrations before the song starts 1, 2 or 3. But you do not consider that if you do not use vibrate. So you want to change the setting for in case as well.   Go to profiles, do scroll to the tip, normal (or one who is active) and you have the opportunity to change any alert in each program.

  could someone help me please? I had updated with last bundle n OS6 did too before backup upgrade. However, after the restoration of all that I just couldn't find the password keeper, to go Word, ppt go n games? Despite all the support forum, I am unable to restore the same, please help me to recover password keeper n other applications.

  It's a shame, the guardian of password must be the best app I have and free too! I'm sorry, I can't you then, the only thing I can think of that might be interesting to try help is a downgrade or a security wipe, but I can't really say for sure if this will help you...

  The Bold 9650 comes with 512 MB of memory onboard, enough to properly run the OS 6.

  You'll be fine if you install.

  If you have just personal (with BIS), you can set up filters to messages on your BIS carrier's Web site.

  If you are on a BES you will have the choice on the device to filter your corporate email (under Messages |) Options | E-mail filters). Personal emails will always be your carrier's Web site.
