  If you have no third-party tracking software, such as the free BlackBerry Protect not average follow-up and recovery of your phone installed on your phone, you have.  Of course, your carrier may do if you provide your PIN (and perhaps the IMEI as well), but they won't.   Contacting them and the suspension of the SPINDLE should do the trick there.  I'd get back on the phone with them about what is (or was not) fact.

  If you have restored a backup of your phone, it have restored to backup your BBM contacts. As part of the restore lists the process it would update your contacts with your new PIN.

     • According what you shared, the device when you had first the command flag as stolen was not online, in other words that she turns the unit off. When one who has the device turned on it back however, and she got a network connection, the command of the flag as stolen was waiting on the network. reached the device and safety © e.   If you still have the box, it will be the PIN number on the side and you can check the identification number on the device.  If they match, it will check it as your BlackBerry.

  The above is false. You cannot restore a backup of a device BB10 to Priv or DTEK50. You must have two devices and you must have installed on both to transfer data from the content transfer application.

  The only way to do it would be to restore the backup to another BB10 device, then the content transfer application allows to transfer this unit.

  The first thing to do is call your operator, SFR, and have cancel them your SIM card. In this way, no one else can rack up charges on your account. Also ask them if they will blacklist the IMEI number. This will make the phone unusable to anyone else on any network worldwide. If you have a backup made with BlackBerry Desktop Software you can restore it to another BlackBerry phone. What a pity you didn't BlackBerry Protect installed on your phone, because you could have done the phone useless to someone else on your own by wiping all data from it and lock it with a password so that no one else can access it.
