BlackBerry Smartphones Can that I blocked the PIN messages sent to my blackberry?

I had accidentally hit the button 'block' messages PIN radial under the firewall and maintain some PINS come to my blackberry. I have since supported this, but would like to get these messages returned. Anyway to do this on my end, or I need to contact customer support to Blackberry?

As much as I know there is no work around, sorry.

    Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode.  Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure.  To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode.  Then run a complete system scan.

    If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem.  To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore.  Click on the box that says show more restore points.
    -
    You can check the corrupted system files.  Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE, then click on run as administrator. Then from the command prompt, type sfc/scannow.

    Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log.  To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools.  Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

  • Problem with SendListener - cannot be used with the PIN messages?

    Hi all

    What I'm trying to do, it's a SendListener attached to the PIN message session. So far I managed to join al SendListeners of e-mail accounts set up on my BlackBerry using the advice given here. Given that this solution filter the ServiceConfigurations downwards so that those who have an e-mail address (which would pass to the ServiceConfigurations PIN to e-mail) I tried this:

    ServiceBook sb = ServiceBook.getSB();

    ServiceRecord[] records = sb.getRecords();

    for (int i = 0; i < records.length; i++) {

      ServiceConfiguration sc = new ServiceConfiguration(records[i]);

      Session.getInstance(sc).getStore().addSendListener(this);

    }

    However, PIN messages not always call SendMessage() call!

    Could enlighten me is it someone please if it is possible to do what I want to do and, if so, how?

    Additional information:

    I work with a BlackBerry 8800 on Vodaphone UK, running OS v4.2.1.101 (Platform 2.3.0.80). It is, to the best of my knowledge, the latest version of the OS that Vodaphone have approved. Due to the version of the OS, I use the 4.2.1 API.

    Thank you in advance,

    cosmicflame.

    I can not comment on possible new features, but I can say that there is no way to capture PIN messages before being sent.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not CONNECT to THE SERVER

    Hello need help. My Blackberry Curve 8520 (OS 5.0.0.1036) does not connect to the server. It shows my network (Vodafone) and gets a strong signal; makes and receives calls; connect wifi; but it is also completely static. After the first Setup email screen I get: your device has a connection to the server problm.  (I think it means the Blackberry server?)  So I can not connect any email.  Very well in my other near-identical Curve 8520 Sim Card work.  How can I do please?  Y at - it a reset or software update is complete I can undertake? Thank you, Michael

    I can help you with the it policy... lack of procedure for access to the BES server, this (and only this) cleanse a BB to an it policy:

    • Article ID: KB31291 How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory using BlackBerry Desktop Software Settings

    If you do a backup/restore, don't do this basically... rather, backup/restore only the databases specific you need (for example, calendar, contacts, messages, etc.) and more precisely to avoid data bases having something to with COMPUTER policy, business, etc.. If you restore those, the it policy will be conscientiously restored to the device, and you will be right where you are now.

    As for a BES Server trying to reach out... There is nothing that I can offer you. Your best bet is to talk to your provider and make sure you have no BES-level service enabled on your account of them. Who should (note 'should'... is there no guarantees) prevent a BES server to reach out and the reactivation of your device.

  • BlackBerry 8310 curve + trackball replacement Smartphones ring / how to place the pins of the ring?

    Hi all

    I have a curve 8310 and it's maybe a very stupid question to many of you :-)

    Can someone pl tell me in directions whitch I need to hold the pins of the ring before pushing on the trackball?

    Thx a lot for the help!

    Kim

    For the round bezel trackball, there are pine trees on three sides and none on one side. This side without pins is the upper part of the ring that is inserted with this side non-goupille to the top of the BlackBerry.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not synchronize with the USB cable plugged into charge pod

    Hello

    I read on the web site of shopblackberry.com, in the details of charge pod ( http://www.shopblackberry.com/_blackberryaccessories/cgi-bin/pd.cgi?frompage=category&page=product_d... ) that the pod can handset with charger travel or data cable for charge and/or sync with a BlackBerry smartphone. So, my question is related on a problem or a misunderstanding of me to this description.

    I want to know if we could recharge and synchronize the BlackBerry via USB cable or is only responsible for the BlackBerry when connected that way. My second question is, is it possible to synchronize the BlackBerry with the USB cable plugged into the pod or not?

    Because I got a request from one of my users about the fact that his BlackBerry 9000 can not synchronize when it is on his group.

    Thank you very much!

    Hello

    It's a loading dock. It is useful, because just drag you your "BOLD" in there and it will load (just like the 8300 Curve).
    If you want to synchronize, you can plug a usb on the side of the appliance cord. This can be done while the machine is in its dock, where the description.

    I have the same crib, but for the 8300. It's really worth buying. I'm happy with it every day.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Can not click on the application of the texts, please help... (a description of more inside)

    OK, I had my phone for over a month now.  It was perfectly fine.  I had no problem at all.  Today, while I have to send text Messages to friends, I check my phone to try to open the texts that were waiting for me, and it wouldn't let me open the app.  I checked to see if it was the ball, but other applications open except for the yahoo mail app. I can text even if I pick up the phone on the sleep of protection while it vibrates or I can send texts through my contact list, but I still can't look at the texts that are pending.  I now have 10 waiting on me... can someone help me with this...

    First download and install from here Office Manager (without Media Manager 5.0 is recommended): https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22

    Then download and install the software from here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

    You will be able to check the latest version of the OS by going to Options | Everything. The latest version of AT & TBold is 4.6.0.297. So if your version of operating system is less than that, then you'll be upgrading the operating system.

    Then try to reload the operating system by connecting the device to your computer, open the Desktop Manager, then go to the Application Loader. This will open a wizard who travels to reload the operating system on your device. More detailed instructions can be found here:

    Go to the main home screen. It is one that has a lot of icons on this subject.

    Press the Menu button that looks like this:

    You should see Menu items as

    Move

    Hide

    View all

    Options

    Add a folder

    Switching applications

    If show all is not a check box, click it and watch all the icons again.

    If you do not have a menu item show all, no icons are hidden.
