She has no problem with access to the internet, but whenever I try to connect, the message "unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists contact your service provide. "hits the screen. I don't receive email on my phone, no more.

    I can't connect to my blackberry app world account using my email address and password.  Once logged in, if I click on "Payment options" or "Blackberry ID", I am invited to my username and password again.  My e-mail address and the password does not work at this point - there is no error message, it clears all the fields username and password and username and password again in a perpetual loop.  I tried to use different browsers and different computers.

    When I go into setup I can't access my email accounts. I had them in and work stellar until I upgraded to 6.0. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

    While I can't tell you why this is happening (or even give you a response to access on your phone), I can tell you that Verizon has a site of BIS self-service where you can add, delete, and modify accounts e-mail on your BlackBerry.  Yes, it does not mean go you online and do it from there, instead of directly from your phone, but at least you will be able to manage your accounts, considering that right now, you can't.  Contact Verizon to access the site.

    I recently had to return my Storm to Bell for repair, but they gave me a replacement phone. When I backed up my original phone to my computer, I got 1 unread email. When I restored the backup to the new phone, the email itself has been marked as read, but I got email notification showing 1 new email.

    If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

    Try these options:

    Your home screen, press the menu key and select Show all in the list.  If this option does not appear, try the suggestion that follows.

    Connect your phone to your PC via USB and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Click at the top of the device, and then click on restore in the menu dropdown.  Make sure that the most recent backup is checked and click OK.

    If you have not all backups, then click device up and update the menu drop down.  He will say that your phone is up to date.  Choose to view the other Versions and make sure that your current version is the one that is checked.  Click Update and wait outside.  That will restore the icon of your e-mail.

    Please update us any progress you have.

    Recently, (and perhaps or), I realized that I can't have all the web sites, I used to be able to do.  Oddly enough, I can still get some of them.  But most sites eventually redirect to a page from T-Mobile that trying to sell me the data plan.  What gives?  I can reset it how it was?

    Love - by clicking on "Bravo" doesn't work for me, but if it did I would definitely by clicking.  The key was by selecting the same day, do not open a specific message, click on the line of the date of this particular message, which is what I did. Your msg that cleared up.  Thank you!

    I had my auto delete on the device set at 15 days since I got it.  Recently I scolled back expected I'd be searching through 15 days of messages.  Instead, I found that I had old messages as in last October.  I managed to delete messages in January, February and March, but I could not delete messages in 2008.  I changed automatic removal at 30 days Beach, no difference.  I restarted the unit with the battery several times.  Any thoughts on this phenomenon?

    Of course, it comes to connect the BlackBerry to your computer with the mini-usb cable and using the Desktop Manager software. Since in the Desktop Manager, you can go in the backup and restore icon, and then click the Advanced button. On the right, you will see the BlackBerry databases. You can select the database of Messages, and then click the clear button.

    This to erase all messages (e-mail, PIN, SMS) between the unit and should solve the problem.
