  Generally, the first time you launch AppWorld as the first time you go to a category, there is a large amount of data to download. Patience is the key. I found that wait at least 5 minutes for each category of charge completely has helped make his later use more fluid and faster... but the first time was very very slow. It's just the way it works now.

  I did a software upgrade a few days ago, then I did a restore, because I lost all my App I had downloaded. After I did the restore, I started to download every App, when I was told that I can go the Blackberry App world on my desktop and reinstall them faster then one by one. Before that I was downloading one by one.

  Now that I did, I can see the icons on my BB but when I go to my world App on my phone, some of the same application are evidence of uninstall, when I have them install. Please help solve this problem.

  My phone was working fine without problem until I did the update of the operating system software. I hope that we can have this correction at your earliest.

  Anyone know how I can remove the Facebook Messenger of the Cloud application? I want to remove it completely from all my devices and then reinstall it from scratch, but it still shows as yet on the cloud.

  I'm not sure it relevant to this question, but I'm running a Mac OS X El Capitan 2009 and a 6 iPhone on iOS 9.2.1

  The app is not physically on the cloud, it's just to show that you have downloaded before and you can download it again.

  If you remove the application of the iPad, it deletes everything associated with the application. If redownload you the app, it will always install a new copy and cool app iCloud does not store the app, so you pass never twice the same exact copy. It will be a new copy of the application each time you remove and then reinstall the application.

  In addition, you will need to remove the application from each device, and then start a new download on each device.   I just all new BB Curve 8900 on Vodafone. Its the first BB I've owned and I seem to have a bit of trouble. When I try to download the App World, I get the following error message:

  "Device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App World"

  How can this be?

  OK then... interesting for Vodafone to push support far... Well, by I guess.

  So I guess that I change their instructions... rather than to remove an installed version of the AppWorld in the way they suggest, I suggest go to:

  Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications

  See if BB AppWorld is listed as installed. If so, highlight (but do not click) it and then press the BBKey and select Delete. If she wasn't there, then continue on these steps.

  Then do a batt pull reboot:

  With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.

  Then re - activate your THS:

  Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > BBKey > sign up now

  Then re - send all the service books:

  Then do another reboot batt-pop.

  Well, RIM develops upgrades of the OS, your mobile operator "put out there" for you to upgrade.

  And there are many warnings rich to do upgrades of the OS without first accomplishing your own backup device independent... but this is not serious now.

  1. Anywho, do... go into Options > device > Applications, search AppWorld on your list and IF it is, delete it.
  2. Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
  3. Now, use your browser to go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install AppWorld again.

  Let us know how it goes.

  Can anyone ease my mind? I received a text informing I needed to upgrade my Blackberry Apps World and had to create a user ID. Later in the process he advised that I should give my paypal password and that your future purchases would not speak based on the new blackberry and password. He gave me the opportunity to accept it as the only way to adjust th Apps World in the future.  I was suspicious but not able to contact Blackberry to check that it was a formal request.  Stupidly, I enter my paypal password, which she said was not valid and that I could enter payment details later. I came out of the site then tried to come back using the new id and basically apps world froze with a banner saying authentication and a symbol of locking up.  I changed the phone market but he continued to show the same thing.  Once a few more attempts with the same result, I took out the battery and then tried again.   You can do this by finding your app in BlackBerry AppWorld online catalogue (available here: http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/).  Once you have found your application, click on the button send (on the right side) and then insert your e-mail address.  This will then send a link to your email address which you can then easily transfer it to others as you see fit.  You can also use this method to send links to anyone.  Another suggestion is to take the QR code for your application and include that in your email.  All users need to do is scan this code using the barcode scanner in the AppWorld and it will automatically open the page of the app in BlackBerry AppWorld.

If I go to App world it askes me to upgrade for me to use it. then e click on upgrade and just need me to Blackberry App World on my native browser. there I can download app and games and so on, but there is no function upgrade. If I don't select the app to download just brings back me to my App world on my device and asked me to upgrade again. Any help please

  I tried to register with Blackberry App world since December 21 and have heard absolutely nothing put back other than automatic responses. Is it possible to communicate with the Blackberry?
