  I have a new BB Bold 9780 bought a month back. I package unlimited BIS and should be able to set up 10 e-mail accounts, I think.

  I just deleted an unwanted of my curve 9320 e-mail account but the icon still shows on the home screen with this email address when I select this icon. By pressing the "menu" key the only option to remove the icon seems to be 'hide', but what is turn gray and it can still be seen. How can I remove completely any trace of this email address?

  BlackBerry Internet Service allows up to 10 staff to set up e-mail accounts.

  You could contact your operator BlackBerry support with this so that they can see if somehow the PIN is having a problem.

  Hey, grateful for the help with my little problem. I just got my new "BOLD" of BB and my personal COMPUTER company helped set up to receive my office mail (Microsoft_Exchange) using the BES and it works beautifully. Play with the phone later and read the user guide, I saw that it was possible to add multiple e-mail accounts. So, I followed the procedure for "setup" on the phone and duly added my gmail account personal. It seems to work fine as well. However, I have a problem. Whenever I get a new email to my personal gmail account, I simultaneously receive the same e-mail to my office email account! Now that's a bit irritating. How can I stop my personal email appearing in my box with the letters of the Office? The opposite does not occur, IE, email received in my Office mailbox does not appear in my mailbox gmail mailbox.   Hi, thanks for the explanation. I am pleased to inform that I have solved my problem. I deleted the 'additional email' (that is to say, my personal gmail I put in place through the configuration of BB application). Then I went to gmail using my computer, downloaded the "gmail for mobile" on my BB and set the IMAP protocol on. And here, an exact replica of the gmail page I see on my computer now appears on my BB! And gmail mails I get are "pushed" to my BB, WITHOUT reproducing on my mailbox for MESSAGES from office. I don't know how it works, but I'm assuming that gmail is not pushed into the BES through gmail IMAP regardless of the BES. In any case it meets my goal.

  ON your BlackBerry, using the browser, go to mobile.blackberry.com

  Scroll to the bottom to Communications, and then to the Email.

  Find your configuration of e-mail it and try, it should work for you.

  After I posted this, I have done some more research on the Forum and found this thread http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/message?board.id=8300&message.id=36199&query.id=210577...  I did urumilton suggested by entering the service books and removing books from service for old accounts... and voila! The icons are more on the desktop! YAY!

  If your on a BES, then it should be in the folder Deleetd Itrems.

  Otherwise, no, the option e-mail delete will delete the email.

  I have 2 email accounts set up on my BB - has a general office, the other has a private office.  The general one downloaded more than 500 emails.  I didn't know about the option "delete everything before", so removed the shipment via the Vodafone website.

  After finding the option ' delete first of all to "I restored the account so that I could just delete them all - wrong!

  When I have a trackball on the account it shows 499 unread emails, but when I go on the account it says 'no message '. If I get new massages I can see/response/delete as usual.

  I need to get rid of the 499 new messages.  I know that has been downloaded to BB, but I can't find the folder on the BB where I can remove them.  ANY help would be appreciated.

  IF you are on a BES account, I wonder if these messages are to be dismissed from the BES?

  I do not know.

  But if you removed the unit of BB, they are deleted.
