  To create personal mail, you have two chances

  1-go to the menu, configure, manage internet e-mail, and you can create the account from there, if for some reason you do not have the mail client staff icon call ATT Center and ask the service books create personal mail.

I just got my new "BOLD" of BB and my personal COMPUTER company helped set up to receive my office mail (Microsoft_Exchange) using the BES and it works beautifully. How can I stop my personal email appearing in my box with the letters of the Office? The opposite does not occur, IE, email received in my Office mailbox does not appear in my mailbox gmail mailbox.   Hi, thanks for the explanation. I am pleased to inform that I have solved my problem. I deleted the 'additional email' (that is to say, my personal gmail I put in place through the configuration of BB application). Then I went to gmail using my computer, downloaded the "gmail for mobile" on my BB and set the IMAP protocol on. And here, an exact replica of the gmail page I see on my computer now appears on my BB! And gmail mails I get are "pushed" to my BB, WITHOUT reproducing on my mailbox for MESSAGES from office. I don't know how it works, but I'm assuming that gmail is not pushed into the BES through gmail IMAP regardless of the BES. In any case it meets my goal.

  do you have a device Exchange but e-mail has not then I ignored and thought it might just set it manually. (if I went to wipe the curve!)

  so I'll put up and it automatically detects my email addy and forced me to 'move' the e-mail account to the new device, so I click on 'move', valid my e-mail with password etc and said it's over.

  but when I try to compose an email it says that I don't have an e-mail account set up. or if I try to sync from the email account set up screen it says "transmission of activation has failed."

  I try to remove what it does successfully, then he reappears just in my email accounts management! ?

  any ideas? would be well appreciated. feel free to PIN me or BBM me with ideas.

  It sounds like you already have the correct settings. But, at the bottom of this KB is a statement about the external link images... If the image is linked to the outside rather that integrated, you will still need to manually get the image.

  Here's the situation: the battery ran out on my unit earlier this week. When I started to charge, the unit will start automatically restart. Before restarting, the messages "error app 603' and 'reset' appeared. If I click "reset", the whole process starts again.
