  Just transferred one of my domains hosting that I use for my other domain. Went to create an e-mail account for the 3 email addresses I had the BB under prior host. Removed the old accounts. Click Setup mail accounts, then other then entered the correct address and the correct password. Received message 'invalid address or password '. Not possible I installed these accounts on my PC and my IPad with no problems. It seems that BB won't accept any new domain name account that I transferred 10 days ago, can someone help me please?   TCC - I THANK YOU first to respond to my situation and the second to be ON - it appears that you are an expert on the RIM! That was the problem - integration. Apparently my Blackberry account 'forgotten' about my domain name and had to be reinstated. I discovered by obtaining technical support for my carrier, AT & T and when they could not understand why the e-mail accounts could not be created, they transferred me to RIM.   Subscribe to a "Digest" newsletter and mail is delivered to my BB about once an hour or two.  Sometimes, I want to read the messages, other times that I don't have.

  When I don't want to read the messages, I just highlight the address of the sender to view only those messages, then I hit 'Delete forward' in the BB Menu.  This erases all messages from my BB, but it does not sync with my mailbox.

  Is there a difference that I'm aware of to hit delete prior vs just select each message and pressing DEL?

  Open email click and hold the person who sent you the email (blue title), a slider appears to the right, drag the slider or click the removal tab bit and you will see the email address of the person who sent you the email.

  Last night, I cancelled by Tmobile BB account because I now have the storm. Inadvertently, I forgot to delete my Gmail on my BB from Tmobile account, before I had Tmobile cancel the account. Now, overtime I get an email in Gmail (both in my Gmail on the web and on my BB) I get a Mail Delivery System [email protected] message delivery failure message because clearly e-mail can no longer ships to my Tmobile account.

  This morning I called Tmobile and they said there is nothing they can do because the account is cancelled and it will probably take 48 to 72 hours before I stop receiving the messages. In addition, I can't not Tmobile.com connection because the account is cancelled. In other words, it's the way my Tmobile account is dying slowly and once it dies, I should be fine.

  Has anyone else ever had this experience or does anyone have advice?

  Yep, should be the key word.

  I don't know your plans for the BlackBerry device itself, BUT if you plan to sell or something, no one else will be able register the PIN on their account, because it will be always saved on YOUR old account, even if the account is cancelled.

  So-quite frankly, you could call Tmobile again and had this were begging to disable the PIN on this account. Which also erases e-mail you found by mistake today.

I have a new BB ID for youngest son and is receiving calls text etc... but no will allow him to enter BB my world or Messenger of BB etc has she yet recorded details of eldest son and I can't delete them? I'm also not sure if it will remove the son elders id altogeter!

  Using BB Enterprise Server and when I delete unread emails for example (notification of delivery/read) they are not removed from my device even with reconcile now nothing happens, I have to delete again to the device. Is there a work around or what.

  Try going to the device

  Options > Advanced Options > Service books

  Select the one that says Desktop [CMIME], then remove it.

  Then, look for the Blackberry Enterprise Server user and return service directories.

  Make sure that the emails you delete will not be hard deleted (shift + delete) and they go to the deleted items.

  Have you checked the iTunes and App Store Sign In?  Settings > general > iTunes and App Store.

  Also, if you have old applications associated with the old ID still on the iOS device, the app store will ask you the old id and password to update the old app.  Legacy applications can be transferred to the new identification.
