  Ive just spent the last 4 hours trying to untangle the little sisters of my GF after that she has downloaded a theme that just froze EVERYTHING.

  It's pretty simple, you need to do:

  1. remove the battery

  2 reinsert the battery - but keep an eye on the LED on the top right

  3. when the LED turns off (after a few seconds) press ESC (the escape key is the the winding arrow to the right of the beach towel)

  4. keep the presses until the process on the start screen bar is complete.

  5. This will start the phone in "safe" mode Click OK in all messages telling you your in safe mode

  6. now go and delete this app wasted hours of your life trying to remove!

  Hi all, my original BB curve 9300 was stolen - son he has liked it so much I bought another one from an Internet auction site. All was well until my son has noticed there was no browser button. I rang vodafone who said that everything was fine with his contract. They helped me through the access remote and backed up, then tried to restore and update all nothing done. The only thing they think is that it is a business phone where a company buys a quantity of phones to give to employees, but they do not surf the net, so it is disabled. My question is, is that correct? Can do something to restore the navigation, or is it something else?

  Yes you need a Blackberry data plan to access blackberry application, and if you're going to another country for a visit call your carrier to activate roaming for you

  So it is best to call your provider tell then what services you need and let it activate it for you.

• BlackBerry Smartphones BB Bold 9900 just does not load

  I bought my BB Bold 9900 10 months and I never had problems charging my battery. But the other day, when I got home and charged, when I woke up, Led - the RED light flashes and custom light up. I used another charger (nine) but still the same. I tried to plug it into my laptop for charging, but still not good. BB office says this device was not connected (since obviously he doesn't have the power). I searched online and I tried the "kickstart" they say where I have to charge my phone for 2 hrs and remove the battery for 10 minutes and put the battery back and wait another 2 hours - still not good . Although when I tried, I saw the icon charge for a few seconds during the first 2 hours, but do not see it again.

  Anyone have a suggestion? Do you want to know if I need to replace my battery or have this problem? We have no Center service BB here in the Philippines. The trader would normally send unit to Singapore to have checked/fixed. I can't afford not to have my phone because of my work and I have files that are stored in...

  In waiting for someone to answer, I did some research and tried them out, but so far, I'm still not able to turn onn/load my camera.

  Here's what I've tried so far:

  1 pull the battery loading and put back on the

  2. the "kickstart" than what a qualified member where in while now the end call key, remove the battery and the light RED LED while that appear and immediately press call button for 3 seconds and press the end button again. He advised to do 7-12 times and told me that does not work the first time... but try again. (I tried to do this several times)

  4 force detect the BlackBerry smartphone by using the Application Loader. It was also published in KB10144of Blackberry Knowledge Base.

  I just downloaded today!

  I went online to FB and I was support out of it, the screen on my Blackberry became white.  It would shut down or anything.  I did a hard reboot, but all that happens is that the white screen.  Any ideas would be more useful.  I went to AT & T where we do most of our activities, does not.  They don't have any idea...   Basically, I'm trying to open an application and my phone freezes, I wait and get the untrapped exception error message. This happens with ALL applications, including surveys BBM, record Messages, clock, Facebook, phone. I tried a battery pull, he starts upp and the error messages come through quite the same problem is still there. I tried connecting to the office to try an update of the operating system, but I can't connect because it connects forever. so I can't do anything at all with my phone. It all started when whatsapp froze on me followed by a few other apps do the same thing, so I tried a battery pull.
