  On your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL and make these icons have been hidden, or accidentally moved to a folder. Check them all.

  If still nothing, go to options > advanced > Houst Routing Table > Menu > register.

  With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  I was downloading some application and such today on my moms balckberry curve 8520

  then I downloaded two themes, the first restarted very well and worked when she came back

  However, with the second that it restarts and then he came and there no been frozen / failure

  1. Start the smartphone Safe Mode - see KB17877for instructions.
  2. On the smartphone home screen, go to Options > Applications (depending on the theme, there may be settings > Options > Applications).
  3. Select the theme that you think is suspended to the device, press the Menu key, then select Remove.
  4. Pull the battery to reset the smart phone and allow it to boot.

  You can go to options, media, images, select the image that you have in the home screen, menu again and reset home screen image.

  Well that's your theme settings. I don't know what theme you have, but on many topics:

  On the full screen icon, highlight the icon you want in one of these places, and then click Menu > move and scroll the icon up to the top line and click to release.

  On the home screen where these icons are visible... Highlight the icon > Menu key > hide.

  I must be looking too hard for what should be a simple answer, there are currently 3 icons on the homescreen different email, one for each email address I have.  (this does not include my sms & icons FB msg)  How can I get all the emails to go to a single rather than a separate icon for each folder?

  Hi and welcome to the Forums!

  If your device OS has the possibility, you can dictate what shows in Messages:

  • Home screen > Messages > > Options > (main Message list settings) (settings of the Inbox) or > check / uncheck what you want to see the/remove messages

  You will always have the secondary icons, but you can hide them and manage simply all email through the main Messages app.

  I had my 9800 Torch for a week after the upgrade to a Bold 9700. I'm happy with the upgrade.

  When I performed various tasks I could press "ALL" and all the icons on the screen of the main menu would drop down. Done away with only a small face toward the triangle top remains lower support and reopen the home screen icons.

  Yesterday, I downloaded some music files mp3 from my computer on the torch. The torch is very limited with sound selections (ringtones) compared to the "BOLD". Now the phones all THE menu does not disappear completely as previously. I have now my desktop wallpaper selected and 4 icons (SMS, email, etc.) on the bottom row.

  I know it's a minor detail but ALL icons disappear with only a rise done triangle was a nice feature, allowing a full view of my wallpaper on the phone.

  I just spent 3 hours trying various procedures and passing by more than 300 pages of the manual. Any comments or solutions are appreciated. I tried to restore from backup without success.

  Press and drag the bar at the top of the icons - you can drag upward (and get 1, 2, or 3 lines of icons) or downwards (and to make the icons).

  I have recently the 8820 with Orange in the United Kingdom.

  I love the phone and it does... I have a question that I can't understand.

  I was sent 2 SMS messages by someone that I deleted. There is no trace of them in a folder, but they always show on my home screen.

  And now to add to my pain, a received email was deleted but the homescreen seems to suggest that I have a new e-mail that I can't find.

  I tried resetting the firewall County, but it did not work...

  I deleted these before pulling on the battery for 5-10 minutes.  Not funny, but it seems to work.

  I've been poking around the forum and the various c home screens.  is there a location (s) that offers these and you d/l directly to go online with the BB or can u d/l 2 BB and then use the Desktop Manager.  the 3 on the BB r ok but it spice up a little maybe cool b.  can u also take a picture with the BB and then save it to the card of press and then use it as a home screen? a lot of questions, sorry.  but thank you.   Try checking out zedge.net they have a ton of different themes and most of them are free.

  What size are they on your home screen?

  They do not touch the top or bottom or both? Are they landscape orientation photos and your home screen is portrait style?
