  I can not connect on app world with my paypal account, I bought all the programs for my phone. Because I buy the Advanced Call Manager and there are no just active license key through trial program, says "there was a problem of generation of the license key for Advanced Call Manager for Blackberry. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact the App World Support". Problem is after this message, it disconnects me and I can't access my other purchased programs. I already downloaded and activated the call manager because I activate it through web & not App World. Help

  The answer to your question is Yes and no.

  None: No one can keep track of your history on the side of your computer.
  Yes: Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) can keep track of your history.

  Anyway that you do not have to worry about anyone using your computer accessing these data.

• I can't get my web pages and applications to open full screen

  No matter what I try, I can't do my windows to open in full screen, currently that's about 3 x 4 inches and whenever I have to optimize and then close when it opens again its young? I have a right-click the Explorer icon open the Properties tab and do it on the line run together optimise but still no luck?

  Three options.

  1: take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.

  2: any shortcut you use to launch the window, right-click, and select Properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down list, choose "expanded".

  Is there an easy way to do this?  When a part of a network of Enterprise Server, it was very simple, but is less obvious as a user of the internet.

  You can log into your BIS carrier's Web site and go to the section email accounts to change your signature. You don't mention which carrier you have, so if you need help to find the site just reply back and let us know. Thank you

• BlackBerry smartphones, I can't do the eyebrows of web pages

  I used to be able to web pages on my Curve 8520's eyebrows. I put a few bookmarks and used almost every day.

  However, I can't reach all web pages these days.

  When I click on one of the favorite web addresses, screen turns white and loading bar appears at the bottom of the screen.  Wait and wait, but nothing lights up. Even the bar of loading stretched at full length, the screen is always blank.

  They required help from Twitter, my PIN to fix the problem.  Is this fair?

  First of all, try on your home screen, open your browser > press the Menu key > Options > scroll down to clear browsing data (mark all fields) and then click clean now. Once it is perform a battery pull by removing the battery while your unit is powered, wait a min. then reinsert back. After the restart it try again.

  I've updated since a 8700 c to a 8310 and have transferred all my data to the new, using the Desktop Manager.  How to clear emails, address book, calendar, etc. from the old unit.  It belongs to a friend, and I need to give it back to him, but don't want my emails, contact information, etc. He has left.

  You can clean the appliance

  Go to menu, options, security options, settings General, press menu again and wipe of the handheld.

  I am very dependent on my phone for his BIS service but currently I can't use it, my 9810 can be used for calls and texts but nothing that is the internet can be done.

  In the browser box, it shows a full signal indicator and a 3G but no symbol of blackberry and even the day I got it he showed indicated above and the blackberry symbol but still no internet.

  I currently have no entry for my host routing and I have no service books is there someone who can help me get BIS (Blackberry Internet Service)

  How can I get the service books if my internet is not working?

  Can someone help me? I can't use my BBM since this morning (GMT + 8). Every time when I want to use the BBM, system always ask me to check blackberry id I was check with correct blackberry ID user name and the password, and then click OK. It either, if I already have click OK, Blackberry let me sign in my BBM but only a few seconds the system displays me the message "the server is not responding. Please try again. What will happen to this topic? Is it because the RIM block my BB PIN? Thank you

  Please try to reset your BlackBerry ID password by following this Article:

  KB26361 : How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password 

   

  After reset open BBM and use your BlackBerry ID username and password. If even after this, you receive the same error message, then call your mobile provider to find out if they had any network questions here.

• BlackBerry Smartphones where can I find the Media Manager for my office?

  OK I just looked at my records that I received with my BB Storm the other day.  It's the 9530.  There is only the VCast & BB media sync, but the button for Media Manager does not work... I watched the disc and there no Media Manager... now what?  I am running Windows Vista Premium Home OS, and I have the Desktop Manager 4.7 version.  Where the hell is the Media Manager and since I can't find it, y at - it a downloadable version of it somewhere on the net?  Please HELP I am ready to pull my hair!

  I had to talk to the reps to Blackberry and apparently some discs did NOT have the media for a reason Manager any.  The option was left aside.

  After much frustration, I finally got my answer.

  Format your card of media phones first, it on your phone.  Once done you will have a folder on your computer, when the phone is plugged into the computer, which said device BLACKBERRY and BLACKBERRY Media Card.  You can simply drag and drop into specified folders (for me it was the videos).

  If you already have a converter media it is the perfect way to do it and the video should be MP4 (at least that's all so far, I have converted)

  For the Media Manager, go here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ but make sure you that you have uninstalled the Manager of the desktop of your computer first, and then re - install using the download from the link above.  I did it and it works fine now.

  FYI - the Roxio is slower than the second coming during the conversion.  First use the reformat your phone option, and then use roxio if you do not have a Media Converter.  There are other media there converters that are much faster.  I have one for my Zune that allows to convert a movie in about 20 minutes or more and then it's in the right format for the phone.

  I have a Blackberry 8900 and I recently spent the storm.  I did the weekly incremental backups, however, did not notice my SMS have deleted every 30 days and I need to restore/recreate everything on my phone for the search.  How can I do this?  I used Dashwire in the past, but it does not support Blackberry.  If I used the feature in the Desktop Manager, it replaces the existing SMS messages.  Is it possible to 'Save' messages without crushing them, or can I use Windows to access the file as an Excel file?  Thanks in advance!

  Unfortunately using the backup and restore feature, the databases on the BlackBerry will just overwrite with the information contained in the backup file. It does not add to data already there.

  There is software called ABC Amber BlackBerry Converter can convert it to a format you can manipulate your computer from the backup file

  Yes, is not good, because those email accounts are not available on the smart phone BlackBerry itself; in other words, you cannot connect to an account webmail from a PC and a view.

  It must be remembered the BlackBerryID password or secret answer to the question. Without either, you're stuck.
  Your choice is:
  -Use a different e-mail account to create a new BlackBerryID (with which you will lose access to all apps purchased using the 'forgotten' first BlackBerryID, or)
  -Find the initial email you have been sent to confirm the initial BlackBerryID and there are a link to click to cancel and delete the account. Click on this, delete the account and then you can use that same e-mail to create a new account.

  I use the wizard of the switch of the device to move and update file when I was about to change BB to a newer version. I went from a 7290 to a 8320 and when I went to use the 8320 he looked throughting multiple Excaption Eception: ApplicationRegistery.waitfor... and Java.Lang.Error.

  The phone don't want to talk to the computer throuht the link to usb connection to synchronize.

  This phone will not be used to access the internet through my cell service, which is AT@T. The phone was bought unlocked because I use the functions of office and I want to use the WiFi.

  The phone was origionally a TMobile.

  Opperating on the phone system is:

  v4.5.0.37

  Platform 2.7.0.55

  The softwear Office origonal used was version 4.6, I think I have now Version 5.0 is installed.

  I don't have the original disc of software for the phone.

  I have gone through several blogs and found a few issues that have been tight, but wanted to make sure I don't blow the phone.

  I would like to get this phone working properly so I can keep my job straight... lol

  Have the solution!  After talking to a friend, wiping hand held worked for this problem.

  1. in the terminal options, click Security Options

  2. click on General settings

  3. press the Menu key

  4. click on clear Pocket

  5. to delete all third-party applications, select the include third-party applications check box.

  6. click on continue.

  7. type blackberry.

   

  Who should take care of it, at least it did on mine. Don't forget to make a backup of your Blababerry just in case!
