  I'm totally new to Blackberry, and I find it very frustrating with an action of 'Check' security software often happening on my phone. The screen goes black with the Blackberry logo, and a white line slowly updates. Everything that happens I can't action one of the buttons.

  I went to the Options > Security (no services) state information > Blackberry button > check security software

  It passes through loads of ticks and said passed safety tests. But this action has not prevented frequent checking.

  Hello.  I currently have a 8820 through my company and it works Enterprise Server business.  I also have a couple of personal e-mail accounts set up at this topic through the phone, including a yahoo email account, plus a local Internet service provider account.

  Previosly on this phone I received recently, I was using an 8700g, both phones use the tmobile phone service.  On the 8700, my internet email would be synch where the 8820 now isn't.

  Here's what I mean.  On the 8700, the bb would download the great of internet mail.  When it is on my desk, when I download my email in windows live mail (yahoo, local isp), read, then delete it, the email on my bb local would be deleted as well without any intervention from me.

  However, now with the 8820, bb d / l mail, but when deleted on the desktop, it does not remove on the bb without manually delete me.  I'm sure I have set them up in the same way and reconciliation wireless is enabled for each account.

  Thanks, this was not she have already like that.  However, with a little more in depth research in support of bb area, found the answer here.

  Basically, when I turned in my old bb to the brain trust of company, I deleted e-mail accounts internet off the device via Web tmobiles site.  When I got a new, tmobiles site says that I didn't have privileges to configure email on my new camera, I did it on the bb itself.  I found on tmobiles site, I have to check a box for deleted sync items that was not available on the phone, only on the site (who also gives Ididn can't access).

  Then by checking here, I discovered my tmobile site must have the phone image showing on the home page to access certain functions of the phone which is not configured.  I put the phone posted on the Web site and the Viola, I had access to the email Setup page where I can click on synchronize deleted items.

  This morning I look a some photos on my BlackBerry Pearl 8130 (carrier Verizon) and all of a sudden, when trackballing on a thumbnail and trying to open the photo, it just sort of frozen. She would not open the photo.  After a few seconds, the best hypothesis, I would say that 30 or less, it says "Media Card can not be Read. I went to the Options > Media Card and checked all my settings.

  Encryption mode - > no

  -> On mass storage support

  Enable Auto-> guest

  I put the MicroSD card in the card and my laptop and he could read all the files correctly. I put on my C: drive and formatted the card in the phone. The BB gave a successful message and again, could not be Read...  I put the card (with the files back on them) in another bead and it reads the card and thin files.

  This happened only once in the past and the infamous battery pull worked. I tried 10 + times now with my phone and still no luck. Whenever I left the battery longer and longer. I am sure that is not the card, and it is not stuck in mass storage Mode, since I've not directly connected the phone to the computer with the cable from the problem.

  It seemed if strange could be viewing of a file on the card and then all of a sudden stop grateful the card. All the copper in the card slot rods are straight and not bent. The card is a SanDisk 1 GB.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  I think you're right. I had two go wrong in mine, unrelated to the BB.

  Please let us know when you get another, and we can go over the options.

  On your home screen, click Text Messages > Options, scroll to SMS and change it to 7-bit. Press menu, and select Save.

  Hello, I got a blackberry curve 8520.

  I had a BB bolt on my network O2 provider.

  I contacted them on this matter and they said everything was working fine.

  Thus, the only problem, there may be, it's something wrong with the phone.

  I heard the you must have something similar at the top of your screen or capital GPRS. On the other hand I have gprs in low case. is that what the problem is because I did all the service the customer with o2 said.

  I created a router host table. I also put at the service of data in the network for on settings, but nothing.

  I even restarted the phone and still nothing.

  I really, really need someone help on this. As I am very angry about what does not work as I paid for the bb bolt on and I don't get the service.

  The parameters you need must be pushed to your phone by O2. I would suggest calling again - if they are sure that the BB add on has been activated and you phone through them they can increase in Blackberry for support

  Follow these additional guidelines:

  (1) registry HRT: (OS5) home screen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > Scroll to any input line and > press the Menu key > and then click on register now. If you have a device OS 6 or 7 OS, look at options > device > advanced > Table host routing, etc.

  (2) Service reference books: Article ID: KB02830 how to send service directories to a BlackBerry Internet Service account. http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/KB02830

  (3) with the BlackBerry device under voltage, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  (5) now return to 1) mobile.blackberry.com email of installation as shown above and follow.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Internet browser does not

  When I open no matter what browser (Browser Hotspot using wifi or MediaNet jump 3G) can't do the pages to load. It just says: 'Loading' at the bottom of the page with no blue progress bar, and the page is completely white. He started just doing this for me about a day ago, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Have you tried to reset your device by removing the battery? If it does not do.

  When you send an e-mail, you send to Blackberry servers in plain text (no formatting at all). Then the servers add some marine (Arial on 10px in blue) formatting. You cannot change that.
