  This may be a dumb question... but by loading the storm... the LIGHT flashes... when the LED flashes more... Does this mean that its fully charged?

  No question is too dumb. Yes, when it becomes solid green it is fully charged. Takes about 3 hours when nearly emptied.

  The native color of LED for incoming messages should be red.  Looks like you may have a 3rd party app on your BlackBerry that changes the color of the LED.  Is this correct?

  Yesterday my completely dead phone, causing my phone turn off.  I got it for about 8 hours to charge, and I get nothing.  The red light for 15 seconds about, then off and then back on...

  Leave the appliance to charge 2-3 hours and then, always toujours relie connected to the USB cable, remove the battery from the camera a few seconds and plug it back.   I baught my blackberry Bold 9900 this year (March 2012) ive been use since then, but recently it has begun to develop problems such as freezing and everything. Last night, the battery was 30% (enough for the last two hours) the phone just frozen and won't turn on. It continues to flash red 3 times every 3 seconds. Help?

  Before reloading your OS, please try this sequence... Note that during throughout the entire process 4h15m, your BB must stay connected to a good charger (not the USB PC):

  1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
  2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
  3. Remove the battery
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

  This has been known to "revive" some BBs.

  It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

  1. Get a known good and already fully charge battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

  The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem.

  Anyway is keeping red flashing LED message light until you view at least one of the messages? If I'm away from the phone I can't say if I missed anything, unless I turn on the unit. If not, is there an app of the add-on that can do this? Thank you

  You need BBAlerts, I am not sure if it works on the storm.

  FOTR the notification Led try resetting the device taking (with the phone lights up) take out the battery for 30 seconds and reinstall again.

  To formate (wipe) the device, press menu,

  Options, Security Options, General settings, Menu, even once, wipe Handheld.

  If your phone is correctly configured with the correct profiles and the LED does not flash

  Once defined, I think you have three options.

  (1) the device OS

  (2) return the default phone and get another.

  (3) try the free trial of BB alerts to see if this correction is the problem.

  I just got a new version of the 8310, I had a 8310 before also, in any case, this one the light stops flashing. Is it because this isn't a network signal? I'm puzzled.

  There is a setting for the led cover located in the Options > keyboard/screen. If it is set on IT then the light should blink as long as you have a wireless network coverage. If you lose coverage then it stops flashing.

  I got a new Verizon BBTour today, I had no problem to transfer my BlackBerry Storm 9530. I typed my first email tonight and found that the backlight of the keyboard is disabled while I was typing, I was about to get up to turn on the light of the House, then light keyboard turn around himself, then a few seconds later to stop again. He was turning on and off itself.

  The backlight on the keyboard is automatic and the sensitivity does not always fire when you would like to.  But, if you are in low light and keyboard backlight does not instantly, place your hand on the keyboard and he rip off and the light.  If the sensor captures a bit of light, albeit indirect, it turns off the backlight.

  There is not currently of an option to change this behavior and it is battery.  It is not an irregular operation of the device.

  I had this same problem! I realized it was because I put it to night mode every time I plugged in, but then he bypassed while it was still plugged. I had to go to the clock app and say leave the bedside mode when it has been disconnected.  This fixed my issue! If all goes well, it helps you!
