BlackBerry Smartphones Long delay on BB Bold/BES emails recovery

Hello

I have two BB bold who delays in retriving emails.

The first e-mail takes 6 minutes to get on the "BOLD" (appeared instantly on outlook after their sending email)

The second email took 25 minutes.

The enamel of thir took 10 minutes.

The signal strength is strong-70 dbm.

The bold are enabled on a BES server.

Upon activation, it gave me the following error.

"Some databases could not synchronize: Pocket Agent 'Looking up the problem indicates that I use an old BES."

Unfortantly our BES admin does no pick up and activation passwords.

A "BOLD" BB would delays if the BES is an older version?
Or has any who experienced this and fixed it?

I'm willing to try anything!

It will take in-depth troubleshooting side BES. many factors can role playa here.

The 2 affected users: are they on the same server to exchnage/mailbox store to other BB users?

What is the ping between bb and ech server time?

is it possible to restart the blackberry server?

What is the bb Server worm?

NECT things will be bes and application of the windows Event Viewer logs and foregoing also requires besadmin to be helping us answer all the above questions. If they won't support anything asked to restart BES or can be replace them because they are of no use

    There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:

    If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:

    The toughest possible causes are a bad application behave. To find it, there are two options. Is to see if you can read the log file:

    Follow these steps to download the identity of BlackBerry:

    1. On the BlackBerry smartphone, select Options > Advanced Options > TCP/IP
    2. Select the APN settings
    3. In the APN field, access to the Internet
    4. Save the settings
    5. Remove the battery from the BlackBerry smartphone
    6. Insert the battery into the BlackBerry smartphone
    7. Open BlackBerry App World
    8. Update attempt

    Note: Once completed, restore the APN back to normal settings.

    Basically, I got the below appropriate configuration. The problem was that my proxy server has been the traffic stop. I added a new ISA access rule to allow traffic from my BES server on ports 80 and 443, and it works.

If not, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support... they are 100% responsible for all of your services and all your formal support, regardless of the root cause of the problem. They can escalate cases RIM that they cannot manage without charge to the end user. So, if you need to call them, don't let them you fob off... think of him that way... you pay for all the services and support, and they currently deliver.

    I had a bb curve 8520 which I forwarded to my daughter that I had a curve 9320. When I implemented the new phone, I used the same email that I got on the 8520. A few days that I have improved the bbm and so does my daughter. Some how his contacts then appeared on my phone n bbm does not work on the 8520. the icon is ther it said installed but does not work. I called virgin who said that they were sorted and bbm should be resumed after 24 hours but is not. How can I fix?

    I guess you have already BIS on both of your devices, so first of all restart your device by removing the battery while your device is turned on, wait a minute then reinsert back .after restarting check if it allows,

    Unfortunately, you still have me given very little info in order to answer your question.  There are only a few e-mail platforms that get the full two-way synchronization on a BlackBerry.  Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail and BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) will give the full two-way synchronization.  If it's another type of configuration, including Outlook Web Access then you will get sync reads/deletes the mailbox on your handheld

    If the company has the port open on the BES (port 3101 if I remember correctly), then you can activate via Desktop Manager. As long as you are connected to the network (either in the office, or connected to the VPN) you can at least try.

    If all goes well, when you connect the new device to your computer and open the Desktop Manager, you will get a prompt on the change to the use of identification number of the device again. Then, you will get a prompt to regenerate the encryption key. If this sequence happens so your new device will be activated.

    Hi, having used the new storm 9530 for a week, I was very pleased of the device, after a minor learning curve. Technology guy at work told me that if I wanted to work Email above, I would need to follow the procedures to connect to our company BES. After that, I found that 90% of the new feature I was enjoying after retiring from my old phone had been locked due to the restrictions of security company BES. A colleague informed me that the storm didn't need BES to get our Email, it would work perfectly well connect via web e-mail service outlook, it seemed to be enjoying all of the new benefits as well as to obtain Corp.... Email and all I could do was get Corp. by e-mail. So I asked my storm is off of the BES and return to its previous state, HE said no problem and after a short delay, my quickly erased storm itself and all my data then restarted and I had to start. Once more, I found that I could take advantage of the robust features, but I could not open parts attachments of any kind to any form of electronic message, be it Google or outlook web access, PDF, png, gif or whatever it is. It seems that whenever I try to open the attachments, the storm downloads the file, then gives me "request more cannot be completed. Service book information not found ". Now, I have had no problems to see the PDF files or PNG images before the adventure of BES, but now I can't. I tried the trick of removing battery without success, and I sincerely believe that the purchase of a plugin datavis is a terrible solution, since the small fortune I paid for the device must be able to look at an image attachment. Someone at - it the wise advice to get this fixed, I love this phone, but this debilitating load is really making my storm a disappointment. Thanks in advance for any help, I can find it here. FYI, this is the latest OS 4.7.0.76.
