BlackBerry smartphones lost my Memopad after upgrade to version 4.5

I've recently updated to version 4.5, and after installation, I noticed that a lot of things were missing, so I did a restore to my last backup.  After restoring my backup, I always noticed that my memopad is missing.  When I look at my list of files in the backup, it shows my memos as unavailable because they have been configured for a wireless or wireless backup sync and are read-only.  Is there a way to fix this and restore my notebook and memos?  Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you

Seems that you have not ' check the box for her when you went into the application loader process.

Simply plug back application loader to and run again and check all the boxes.  It will install the missing apps.

  • A Notification of blackBerry Smartphones sounds alert missing after upgrade to OS6

I was delighted to see I can finally update my Bold 9700 to OS6 and did both.

Unfortunately, I discovered all the preset alarm and original settings notification sounds are gone now, and most of them have been replaced by rather lame. Is it possible to retrieve or download the old sounds OS5 Bold 9700 from an official source (!)?

I really wouldn't be forced to adapt to the new sounds and alarms.

  • BlackBerry smartphones are missing Images after upgrade to OS 4.5

I have upgraded my handset of OS 4.5 today and noticed that examples of photos with my phone (or images provided with my phone in the device memory), are no longer there. Before my update to the OS 4.5, the images were found under photos photos/preloaded.

Summer moved to another location (they aren't on my media card), or have they been removed? I really liked these images as a background on my handheld and I'd like back them.

    Thank you!

I do not remember si.77 had images preloaded or not, casual.

Allowing the mass on the media card storage will allow you to treat the card as a removable drive when connected via USB to the computer.

  • BlackBerry smartphones after upgrade to version 5 lack of little...

    Hello

I use the blackberry curve 8520... I have used it for almost a year already. I noticed, there are few things missing and some problems occurred when I upgraded to version 5. For example. Notebook, no column as an option for alarm signals, my BB get slower while browsing, whenever I try to connect to WiFi, it will be intermittent or not connected.

Impossible to connect to the wifi, I suspected it's browser, but then I updated this default setting is always the same.

Can someone help me fix this please?

    TQ.

You need install your operating system on your computer, and then use the loader.exe file install Memopad on your device.

See the link below for download and simple installation instructions.

First find your operator and the system operating file that you want to use.

It must match the one that you have installed on your Blackberry, found in Options > about, third line, looks like v5.0.x.xxx

  • Battery blackBerry 9900 Smartphones worsens to 50% after upgrade of 2406

My battery life Bold 9900 worsened considerably after the recent OS 7.0 Bundle 2406 set to level. I had previously struggled to spend the day on a battery, but in general, I could do it for a day and business general use of electronic mail, of limited calls and not Web browsing. Now, after the recent 2406 upgrade, I get only about 50% as much battery life. In addition, the black box of the small Center with white rotating second hand is now a function that comes back regularly throughout the day, and I had to remove my battery to restart my BlackBerry much more often. I've since removed all applications, cut back on all the other battery draining features (screen brightness, wifi, Bluetooth, gps, etc), moved to 2G to extend my battery life. I was already unhappy with the bad battery BlackBerry Bold 9900 life, but after this last update, it is unacceptable for a professional use when it only works for 1/2 day. I hope it's a question of battery RIM known for Bold 9900 that is processed quickly. Otherwise, I am one of the many who will have to move to a more acceptable solution for phone smart business in a perspective of battery life. Thank you.

Well, I have implemented battery BlackBerry 9900 technical of economy in this forum, and to my surprise, he solved all much more than I expected. My last load battery Bold 9900 lasted 6 days/86 hours (compared to less than 1/2 day) during normal use of business and weekend for the phone calls, emails, texts and the bbm, exclusion using the internet or applications. I moved 2 G + 3 g to 2G only, off all the apps (especially GPS, Google sync and social networks), turned down the brightness of my screen and shorten the waiting time, calendar, disabled wifi and bluetooth, etc. Thanks for all the comments in the forum. They worked. Now I will be slowly adding some applications and using 3 G on the internet once again, and I will more closely control my battery drain in the future.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones lost all contacts during software update

Hey I've just updated v4.6 on my "BOLD" and now I can not find my contacts... info calendar and Outlook still there but all my contacts were lost... Help!

    Thank you

    Hello and welcome!

Depending on how you did the update, it may have created a backup file on your PC. If you did the update via attached USB on your PC (for example, no OTA), search your hard drive for a file with an extension of the RPI (*.ipd). Inspect the results (date/time of the file) and choose the one to use in the restore. Then, run the DTM software and perform a selective restore:

If you update OTA or skipped the backup office during the update, then I'm sorry for your loss, but there is nothing to do.

This ability was known as bar charms - and deleted for Win10 MS.

To turn off your PC now, you go to the Start Menu and options options power, you will see here - select one of these.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BB Messenger disappeared after update

I downloaded the new update to Blackberry Device Software v5.0 yesterday, and I discovered that my Blackberry Messenger has disappeared.  Here's what I tried to get it back (and none of them worked):

1A tried to 'restore' my BBM several times

2 reset (pull out the battery) on my phone several times

    3. delete the "restore BBM" button/option (which, for whatever reason, deleted my application AppWorld) and re-installed BBM

My phone details are below.  If you have any suggestions on how I can fix this, please help!  I love BBM and I would like to start using it again.

KB10151 BlackBerry Messenger icon does not appear on the BlackBerry smartphone

I found the fix that works is to remove the app BBMessenger Options > Advanced > Applications.

Then restart: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

Once back to the top, then use your BlackBerry browser to go to http://www.blackberry.com/blackberrymessenger and download and install the application again.

Once completed and restart the device once again, look in the instant messaging or downloads folder.
