• Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 and Microsoft Office word 2007 does not work

  They gave me a laptop Sony Vaio FRO my birthday about a month ago. I work from home, I work online and I use everyday in my computer. The two programs I use the most are gives me a hard time and not let me use a reason any. The software came on the laptop so I called Sony and they told me that it should work fine, and if I have problems to contact microsoft. Well, my point is its does not work and it is causing me loose not being able to work money. Im very frustrated and im desperately need help.   Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, it shouldn't charge for continuous use.  Packages of creator Adobe (Adobe Acrobat Standard, Pro, Pro Extended) cost money.  Microsoft Office is often loaded on a computer as a trial package.  You need to follow up with Sony on these items to make sure if they sent packets of the trial or fully paid packages, and if they are supposed to be freed from the packages that your only relief must come from Sony - we cannot help you here.

  I tried many different methods without success. Finally, I found a solution.

  It's the recets:

  (1) create a backup of Office Automation in the desktop client

  (2) wipe the blackberry device

  (3) Re-install the account in the blackberry device

  (4) restore the backup of the office... but PreAttetion here! way in advance... one by one the various option in the list of control... because when I tried to do a restore complete (all at the same time) the problem were the same

  I don't know if there is a better alternative... but in this case, it was very good.

  With a network carrier signal strong, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... ( Please wait for this before moving on to the next step) :

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  (3) restart to take batt

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

  I have a Blackberry Curve. I think it's a 8520 but can not find the real model number as the center slider/trackball won't let me enter any folder when you press.   The device has a physical keyboard? If so, you can navigate to the menu with the trackpad item and then press "enter" at the bottom right of the keyboard. It looks like an arrow pointing downwards and to the left.

  The problem is that the line I marked in red was not executed. That the app work well until this line and it crashes on this line. I used try catch, but it is not an exception. The following lines in the same function are not executed. It behaves like the function is finished.

  I have solved this issue, too. I started the MDS Simulator, and then run the BB Simulator. Then, the problem is resolved.

  Have you tried a hard reboot battery-pop? With power ON, pop in the battery. Wait a minute, then reinsert the battery and replace the cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long long long restart the process (as long as 10 minutes). See if it clears. Like all computing devices, a restart may be a healthy thing.
