  • The song disappear from iTunes on my MacBook.

I have a song that shows as being in my library on my MacBook, but it is not. Some time ago I downloaded and then deleted. It disappeared from all my other devices but still present in iTunes on my MacBook. When I try to delete nothing happens, when I try to play nothing happens. When I opened the box of info song that States that it is always stored in iCloud, but it does not appear on any of my other peripheral iCloud library or is available from me to re-download cloud icon there.

I tried to restart my MacBook & iTunes and also tried to turn my library iCloud off & back on, even running that a repair on my drive does not resolve the issue.

Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    Hi rangers29,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. Based on what you said, it seems that there is a song that is just listed in iTunes and does not react to reading or deleting.

One thing that can cause this is wrong with the iTunes library file. We can try to restore the file and see if the library updates and removes the song in the list because it is not downloaded.

  • Director of the school of Apple and Apple ID / ICloud

The new application Apple school Manager allows buying in bulk storage iCloud 50 GB for created and managed Apple ID?

    Hello, EcosseJSL.

He seems to want to know if iCloud storage can be purchased using Apple Manager applications school. The following link for the Online Guide Apple school Manager Help explains that it integrates with the Volume of purchase program (VPP) to buy apps and books:

Manager of the school of Apple - view all of the Volume purchase program help

    Overview of volume purchase program

The App Store and the iBook Store have thousands of great apps and books that users can buy, download and install. The Volume of purchase program (VPP) gives the institutions a way simple to buy apps and books in volume and distribute apps for devices (with iOS 9 or later, or OS X El Capitan or later version) and apps and books to administrators, staff, instructors and students. Apps and books on the App Store and the iBook Store are eligible for purchase under the program.

Volume purchase program allows also app developers offer special prices for app purchases of 20 copies to eligible schools, including any institution of K - 12 district or any accredited institution of higher education, awarding academic degrees. Special pricing is not available for books.

Mobile device management (MDM) solutions can be integrated with the VPP, leaving your institution apps in the purchasing volume and assign them to specific users or devices. When a user or a device no longer need an application, you can use MDM to revoke and to assign to a user or a different device. You can buy books in volume, but once they are distributed to the users, the books remain the property of the recipient and are not revocable or reassignables.

You can also integrate with Apple Configurator 2 VPP, so applications can be installed and assigned to the devices. For more information, go to Apple Configurator 2 help.

Note: The Volume purchase program is available in the following countries or regions: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

  • Using iCloud Photos, while saving space on my devices

I have an iMac, MacBook Pro, 2 iPhones and iPad. I would like to know if it is possible to do the following: I wish I could store all of my photos in iCloud / on my iMac, but being able to view them on my other iOS devices. I don't really want to download each photo for my iOS devices as space is limited - I just want to be able to look at photos when I am connected to wifi. Currently, I have my devices connected via iCloud but everthing is downloading to all my devices, eating in a space precious. Can anyone help?

That's what iCloud. It is a synchronization service. It is no-storage device.

You should look into a device off storage solution that can provide a web view of your images. You need to regularly move the images that you create on your iOS to this peripheral storage devices to keep your storage device clear.

A suggestion to continue using iCloud would be to make your iMac the main place to store your photos. Move them from your iPhone / iPad to your iMac on a regular basis. Do NOT select the library or photo stream on iOS devices. Only on your iMac.

Now only your iMac will have all of your photos and them syncs to iCloud.

Then, your iMac do Albums shared by using the Web site option you can see your devices iOS you want.

  • user updated his Ipad for work.  He doesn't know the icloud login/pwd for her.

If after the update has taken place, it requires that reconnect to Icloud.  We tried the Icloud username and PWD 'work' we think that he has been set up as, but it seems to be a different user name. (users sometimes connect to their own Icloud).  All I can do to get this thing?

Again, it is an Ipad belonging to the work.

Take and proof of purchase to an Apple Store, do not leave peripheral tie users to their own account more.

  • My iCloud disrupts my internet network

    Hello

I have two peripheral iphone6 apple and MacBook pro, my problem is that I connect my devices in my router while the icloud service is enabled on the navigation devices connected to my internet is very slow.

I had put in touch with the manufacturer of the router and they said this problem occur because the Icloud is active and they can't solve this problem because of the ICloud service.

    my router is Huawei HG658b

I need your help ASAP, please

    Thank you

suggest choose you another wireless channel for iPhone/MacBook Pro or put in place a new wifi 5 GHz network.  Ah... apparently one of these routers is "login" (such as the DLink). to change the settings, you must connect to the router.  In your browser, enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address box. Press ENTER.

username is "user" and the PW is HuaweiUser, then go on basic > enable WLAN > if you want more, go to advanced. It doesn't look like there is much info from Huawei to make it to OS X, but I guess it's basically the same apparently, it supports 802.11 b - g or n... If not the fastest out there... you may need to press the reset button at the back of the router for 30 dry then let go and let the router to reset.  So... After reading the basic manual, this will give you over 300 MB/s 802.11 n mode transmission speed.  Your MacBook Pro and the iPhone 6 should support 802.11ac which is fairly new and will give you faster transmission speeds, oh and your modem will take care of 2.4 Ghz, but no, you cannot install a network of 5 Ghz on this one, so my bad.  iCloud connects via Wifi, as far as I know, and you would need WiFi to your iPhone and MacBook, so with 3 devices share a Wifi connection... things won't be too fast... so that's it, really. Don't know what else to think outside buying a faster router (used is probably correct), even Apple Airport is good. I found it much easier to configure (there is even a free iphone app for that) and it worked for me...

    Good luck

  • iCloud address Alias address sending to iCloud

It's weird: something changed recently - right at the beginning of the 2016 - with respect my iCloud.com E-mail address.  There seems to be something very specific, although I do not know how some (still at the experimental stage).

My mother and I have iCloud.com addresses...

    • Until ~ from 2016, we could send the Email back very well, but now his address iCloud.com E-mail can no longer receive E-mail from my iCloud.com E-mail address.
    • I have, however, peut still receive E-mail from his address iCloud.com.
    • As far as I know, I will have no problem sending and receives from other email-addresses iCloud.com using my icloud.com address.  I can send and go to the old AT & T address, for example.
    • My Email iCloud.com is actually an alias for a former, less ideal me.com address and I'll have no problem send and receive emails with address iCloud for my mom (or other address) using this original base address.
    • The problem seems to be limited to iCloud address my mother receives the email from my address iCloud, which again is an alias of my old base of me.com address.
    • I do not know if it is expressly limited to the address of iCloud my mother receives the email from my address iCloud.  I'll have to find someone else with an iCloud address to see if I can send their fine also.  Without a doubt I can find such a person at the local Apple store, but have not had the opportunity to try again.

Someone has seen something like this before?

    Hi mr88cet,

I understand your question right now is specific to you not being able to send your email to alias @icloud.com to your mother.  The resources below is a good starting point.  Make sure that your email address is not blocked for any reason any on your MOM's computer.  You can also try to remove your details from your MOM computer or peripheral, re-add the information with only the address @icloud.com.  Then, send an email to test and see if she gets.

I've highlighted the key of the iCloud resource information.  Click on the link for more details.

    Get help using iCloud Mail

If you receive an alert when you send a message to your e-mail address of @icloud.com using Mail on your Mac.

"This message could not be delivered and will remain in your Outbox until it can be delivered. Is the reason for the failure: an error occurred by delivering this message via the smtp server: server name. »

    1. Open Mail and choose Mail > Preferences.
    2. Click the tab accounts.
    3. Select your iCloud account.
    4. Click on the account information tab.
    5. Choose your iCloud account in the menu Server outgoing (SMTP) mail. If you choose to change the list of SMTP server, you won't see your iCloud optional SMTP server.

If your recipient does not receive your message

    1. If a "address unknown" or "undelivered mail returned" message appears in your Inbox after sending a message, go to your sent mailbox and make sure that the e-mail address of the recipient is correct.
    2. If you use OS X Mail or access your iCloud email using Safari or another web browser support, see your drafts, send, send and mailbox store:
      • If you see a copy waiting for the message in the drafts, try to send it again.
      • If you see the message in your Outbox, make sure that you are connected to the Internet and follow the steps above to Select the SMTP to iCloud.
    3. Ask the recipient to check their records of junk mail or mailboxes.
    4. If your recipient does not always receive your message, but your message was sent without alerts or "non-delivery mail" messages, your message might have been blocked or filtered by iCloud mail servers or the recipient's e-mail server. To discover, communicate with support for iCloud.

I have unplugged Accide my iCloud for my notes on my iPhone. When I go online all the notes are on iCloud. I don't NO my phone to iCloud, I did not have long. And the iTunes back up to did not have the notes for some reason any. Is it possible to restore the notes on my phone?

    Two things you can try:

Settings - iCloud - Notes - rocking on IT

Settings - Notes - peripheral store - Toggle OFF

Then force a synchronization by going to settings - iCloud - backup - tilt-back up now

Cloud notes should sync to the device
