• BlackBerry smartphones "BOLD" white screen please help

  Hello everyone hope that someone will want to help with my problem. You see, I threw the phone on the floor the other day and showed a white screen, sometimes fainting in the normal display and sometimes what is the colorful stripes. spend 2 days and then my screen was just full of stripes of color, no white screen at all. • BlackBerry Smartphones (blank white screen) on my 9700

  My 9700 died on me.  The screen is blank, white, - no icons, action or anything like that.

  Suggestions

  As a suspect, the LCD is dead.  I took it for a BB shop, paid $90 Cdn for a new screen and everything is fine!

  In the past, I consulted my Gmail account from my Blackberry with no problems.  But recently, it does not work.  Instead of www.gmail.com taking me to Gmail, it takes me to a page with three tabs.  Google recognizes me in the Google tab +, and the Web tab works, but Gmail tab is totally empty, no email or anything like that to another visible, so there is nothing I can do.  I tried searching a few forums for this issue, but can't find it, although I found some similar articles and I tried of fixes that didn't work.  Any suggestions?  Or should I forget about Gmail and use only my Hotmail and accounts of corporate email, both of which work properly?

  Each time a random strange behavior or slowness comes, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.

  See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  You cannot adjust the sensitivity, but the BlackBerry should recognize, you're online and don't let not your face put mute calls, etc. Happens to me sometimes.

  I just got my BB Storm yesterday and maybe return.  I found that some software does not work on it because she needs another way to scroll and I can't use it without a trackball. • Call for blackBerry Smartphones - new indicator screening?

  I just noticed a new icon on my 8830.  When I make a call there are a 5 star little black/blue 'flag' on the upper right side of the screen near a blue speaker.  When I turn on the speakerphone option it disappears.  Also when I pair the phone with my bluetooth device as it goes.  What is it?

  I've always had a '7' by the Facebook icon of 3 tiny pixel next to the clock on my main screen before.

  I checked and there is no notifications for me.

  I uninstalled the application and then reinstalled and now I have a "5" by the icon.  With still no notification.

  What the devil is this icon, and if poss, how do I turn off it?

  No, your main folder of Messages ON your BlackBerry. If you check your BlackBerry email a subfolder named by your email... then find the name Messages. Highlight is it, find messages and delete them or read them etc.
