  Hi I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find a solution. Basically the my email service works fine, but when I send an email using my bb, it does not show in my outlook "sent the file. I saw a solution using the senior office bb, but I could not find the settings on the desktop.  There must be an easy fix for this, but I just empty. Any help or links would be appreciated.

  When I got my BB 8830 leave for some time (for example during a flight) or been out of coverage, messages accumulate on the server. When I log back, it retrieves all the (I'm mostly concerned about e-mail via BIS) and they all have the date & time that my BlackBerry has come online. In addition, the chronological order is not preserved, (esp. with multiple e-mail accounts). This makes it very difficult to scan my Inbox and understand what I missed and when. It is ridiculous to have 20 messages all with exactly the same date and time.

  The Question:

  Can I have my inbox show is the "sent" date and time or (even better) the data and time, were received by my mail server? Would it not different with BES?

  It only shows the date and time when the message received on the device, this is normal. You can check that your messages the individual icons for your BIS BIS accounts e-mail.

  Gmail did not separate the sent and Inbox folders, so you must create a filter for the account.

  I bought a new torch 9860 with OS7. When I try to open any flash video of facebook, it does not open and said my doesnot support this phone. on the adobe site, there is not available for blackberry os7 flash drive. any suggestions?

  You won't find Flash on many phones, including all BlackBerry phones. The BlackBerry PlayBook is. You can try the facebook site m.facebook.com mobile.

  Hi.This was a problem acknowledged by RIM. It's a bug that we hope is fixed with the long awaited software upgrade. See the link below for the article. Workaround but no longer works.

  The best thing to do for now is to use the synchronization of media of the office. Transfer your video to your pc and it should play in windows media player or similar. If you want to keep the video on your storm, you can transfer it back and use the option optimize for the read option that must convert to mp4.

  I pulled out my old original headphones supplied with the BB, and they work fine.

  I took a video of my great niece climbing a rock wall, and I wanted to send it to his mother.

  I could not send it directly from the phone because the file was too big.

  Finally, I downloaded on my computer and saved to my library, Media Player, video or something

  However, when I go on 'attachment' to send it, I can't it upward, he does appear in any list.

  On your PC, find the video file and RIGHT click > Send to email recipient.

  Of course, your choice may be different, but you'll see something like this.

  Just a a 9720 - on my micro SD memory card, photos and videos are arranged in folders on the card - as seen if I look at the map in "files" on the phone, or when connected to my PC in 'Windows explorer '.

  On my old 9320 Phone showed those files and you click on them to see the pictures/videos.

  However, on 9720, only the library of Photos shows the folders. Although it is still in folders on the memory card, when I click the icon of the video media, just displays all the videos together, does not show again all files at all, much less sorted in folders. All the videos are there, just not sorted into folders.

  How can I get YouTube videos to show that on issues like the photo, organized as they are on the real map?

  Seems you can't add video files (although of course I had them in my old 9320!)
  , some responses I got in some other more vocal forums!

  God only knows why BB design the operating system so that you cannot produce your videos - silly uttery! I mean, a crazy decision.

  But if I find a way I will post any advantage as usual

  I hope that someone will get there before me and post a reply with a way to do it!

  When I answer (using BB Bold) to the personal (BIS) emails, I see a check mark as it was sent and then the sent file is sent to my BB - sorry that probably sounds really confusing

  I want to know is if I can stop the sent file to be sent to me.  All I need is to see the box that the e-mail has been sent

  I have a 8100, and I have 2 email accounts activated on this subject. One is for work and he uses a Microsoft Exchange Server and the other is a gmail account.

  Whenever I send an email from my gmail account (whether the computer or the device itself), I get email on Blackberry.

  This does not happen with my other account.

  The aide said a display language can be added using the Desktop Manager application loader tool, and it refers to the software online help for office.

  I have checked the help of Office Manager & software online help for office, but could not find info or instructions on adding a display language.

  My device software worm is 4.5.0.127, my worm Desktop Manager 4.7.0.32.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
