  around on this issue... the only way I found to fix this was to reset the device completely and synchronize "fresh" from my computer.   I just want to add a small sugesstion until you reinstall / upgrade of the o/s

  s ' Please make sure you make a backup of BB, so that you can restore it once you have done an upgrade of the operating system

  -If you install o/s manually by downloading the latest OS from another carrier, install, remove the provider etc.

  Please wipe your BB clean first with BBsak, until you get an error 507 on your screen, then you can start to reinstall a new operating system.

  When I send an email from my computer, the message appears on the Z10.  Then if I delete it on the Z10, it deletes sent account yahoo and outlook folders.

  Nope... BB10 no longer use BIS, then how things were function is no longer relevant. You can, on the device, still "hide sent items" (as it was pre-BB10), so at least you won't see them in the device in the list of Messages.
