BlackBerry Smartphones SUPPORT... for the new BB user

Hello, I recently bought a BB Curve 8330.  I put 2 internet e-mail accounts in this regard and seemed to have no problem.  This weekend I installed the BB Desktop software and tried to sync the BB and the PC.  I should note here that I have two internet e-mail accounts pointing to MS Outlook on my PC.  I managed to do everything the synchronization to the top, calendar, tasks and contacts between PC and BB.  I could NOT send to synchronize.  Now, I do not get on every 30 minutes an email that reads:

"This message is used to carry data between your BlackBerry handheld and a home server. Please do not delete, move, or reply to this message - it will be processed by the server. »

Strange thing is, I get all of them in Outlook on my PC but have only rec'd 1-2 by email on my BB himself.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks jmrmb80,

Who did the trick.  I clicked the button on Bravo, so I hope it worked.

Happy holidays

  • Add support for the new html tag

Most browsers have support for the < object / > tag.

I want to integrate a video player on my site to play .mkv videos, but I can't use most because him are based on flash, which can play only .flv & .f4v.

    That's why I go to the < object / > tag

But, if I wanted to integrate a tag with the name of < mkvvideo / >, a simple plugin that is associated with this tag would be usable or Basic programming of the firefox browser which deals?

    Thank you

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Support for Windows 2000

    Hello world

I have a beautiful new Blackberry 9700 and I want to sync it with my camera of works that use a combo of W2k Lotus 6.1 archaic and unfortunately the software requires XP or higher.

Are there workarounds I really need connect my calendar etc.

    TIA

Ahhh... I see. You bought the device and the supplied CD contains a RIM desktop software version which requires XP. I have it. Probably, this means also is not the version that would support your version of Organizer anyway. Therefore, you must download the appropriate version of the RIM software and use it as a replacement for the CD. You can DL the version you need from here:

Now, all that said, you have a very recent BB with which you have to try to use a very old RIM desktop software. I have no idea if that will work at all... but give it a shot.

    Good luck!

  • Sync blackBerry Smartphones disorder in the new Blackberry contacts

    Hello

I just got a Blackberry Tour 9630 by Verizon.  I tried to transfer all of my contacts (200 +) on my new phone to Verizon's "Backup Assistant" help.  I downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Manager and thanks to the instructions Verizon Backup Assistant managed to get to the point where my contacts are in a csv file, but here's where the problem starts - my laptop is a few months old, and the operating system is Windows 7.  Outlook and Outlook Express, which is what I used to have, is no longer in existence in Windows 7, as I understand it, it's now Windows Live Mail.  I have that set up and it works fine - I have my email provider implemented in it and was able to import my contacts from phone in there, but the instructions to import the csv file backup so that I can sync them are given only for Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express.  The Blackberry Desktop Messenger does not recognize Windows Live Mail, Outlook just.  I looked everywhere on the internet trying to find a solution to this, if it still exists.  I hope that yes because the thought of having to enter 200 contacts with all their information. handmade isn't a good!

I hope that one of you smart people he understands what I am talking about and can tell me if there is a solution to this (keeping my fingers crossed!).

Thanks in advance, you are your help

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

RIM provides a driving software that works as a bridge between your PIM and the BB, but only compatible PIM for:

    • KB12268 Applications supported by BlackBerry Desktop Manager to synchronize

You are right that the new Win7 Live system is not yet on the list.

However, since you already have your data in a CSV file, you can import that into the BB directly:

    • KB11194 How to import contacts from a CSV file to the BlackBerry

Unfortunately, until (indeed, if) RIM provides support for Win7 Live, you will not be able to use the features of synchronization and need to rather manually import a CSV file into the BB. I hope that you can create a Win7 lives every time.

Good luck and let us know!

  • Support for the new Sony camera RAW files

I have a new DSLR Sony ILÇE - 6300 Raw image in iPhoto editing is not supported, as the application overview will not load the Raw files.

Adobe has just updated aps of new cameras, Apple needs to update the app as well?

The list of supported devices is currently here: Digital camera RAW formats supported by OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

If your device isn't on the list, you will need to wait for an update.

You can try the free Adobe DNG converter (Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Macintosh). If convet you format the photos to DNG, they will always be the FIRST.  Apple photo applications can usually treat the DNG files, if they are not in a compressed format.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones sorry for the trouble, but a matter of encryption

I know I've read several posts on the topic, but it's still not not clear to me. It is once require you encryption of the microsd card, can I copy these files from the blackberry on your desktop? Y at - it magical that must be done in order to.

    Thank you

Yes, you can copy the files over, however they are always encrypted.

You must remove the encryption on the card in the BlackBerry smartphone first, and then move the files, so that they can be used.

  • Support for the new camera [how to open files from Nikon D500 Raw in CS6?]

I want to download a more recent version of ACR that supports my D500 on CS6. The web seems to indicate that 9.1.1 is the latest version for CS6 and 9.6.1 for CC only.  I have LR 6.6.1 and it works fine but how open in CS6 with the DNG Converter or the opening of LR? Thank you

I want to download a more recent version of ACR that supports my D500 on CS6.

It is not possible. You need Camera Raw 9.5 or later which is only compatible with versions of Photoshop Cloud.

You'll have to convert to DNG for edit in CS6.

The web seems to indicate that 9.1.1 is the latest version for CS6 and 9.6.1 for CC only.

    That is right.

I have LR 6.6.1 and it works fine but how open in CS6 with the DNG Converter or the opening of LR?

You CAN convert the D500 Raw files to DNG with the DNG Converter

Digital Negative (DNG), Adobe DNG Converter | Adobe Photoshop CC

Camera Raw: How to use Adobe DNG Converter - YouTube

But since you already have LR 6.6.1 use it to convert to DNG, then edit the DNG in CS6.

  • How to get support for the new format of file ARW

I just bought a Sony A6300. It creates RAW files with a. ARW extension.

How can I get my v6.4 of Lightroom and Camera Raw v9.4 to work with these files?

I really don't want to convert them to DNG as a separate step before importing them into Lightroom.

The Sony A6300 is a new camera and is not yet supported by LR or ACR: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices.   Support may appear in the next version (CC 2015.5 / 6.5 / 9.5), which can be out in a number of weeks (a new version is released about every three months).  But because the A6300 appears late in the release cycle, it is not supported until 2015.6 / 6,6 / 9.6.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones No. for the Telecom Serbia software?

Hi, I would like to reinstall the software on my bb9900, but when I went to download the software to download sites / my provider I get message "this software download is not yet available in your country for regulatory reasons. Please check back for future availability. »

Hello and welcome to the community!

If you can get the operating system package, you should be able to use any bundle of BONES of any carrier, as long as it's for your specific device model. However, from what you said, I assume that your BB has nothing to do with the problem you are having... on the contrary, your computer, Internet provider seems to block your access (from your computer) to the packages to other carriers OS download site. It is perhaps unique to each country... maybe you should try other companies in other countries to see if you can find that your ISP is not blocking.

In addition, we cannot answer why they would block... but noises from the error message you posted, I guess that it is a Government restriction in your country, which of course the BB can not overcome or violent.

    Good luck!

I swear to you that since I did the update, the other day, my trackpad seems to be more sensitive than it used to be.  Anyone know if the sensitivity settings were changed during the update?  Thank you.

I reduced the trackpad horizontal and vertical sensitivity at 50 and it works well.
