  I found myself with the same issue - although, for me, everything was working and then stopped at random...

  Since there is no useable answer to your question here, I begin troubleshooting me...

  What I found was a simple enough solution which seemed to reset the internet connection in desktop mode:

  1. to reveal desktop mode from the menu of charms (roll mouse over the right side of the screen)

  2. Select the charm of "settings".

  3. Select 'Network' in the parameter options

  4. right click on the network, you're connected to, and then select "turn sharing enabled or disabled.

  5 turn on network sharing

  This should reset your internet settings and retrieve your desktop mode in the loop...

My operator tells me that Blackberry phones are the only phones that they were not able to get to connect to the internet, all other phones that they have had no problem with, nice huh?  I do not understand why Blackberry phones, even those which is suitable for AT & T does not connect to the internet via cellular consumption, even using the same codes, or what you like AT & T, or so I thought. Someone, can someone help me to understand this or put me in touch with someone who can, I think Blackberry would learn this so that the problem can be solved, I know several people who would have liked to have bought Blackberry phones, but decided to not not having heard about my situation.
