  Recently, I noticed that my bbm "n" shortcut did not, all the other shortcuts like memo, calculator, etc. have been working well. I cross checked the "n" key on the message, e-mail etc., which works very well.   I would also like to bring to your notice that I have a bis plan on my device, active, but after upgrading my app world or native applications do not work on bis but wifi. Strange! Now the question is why would the upgrade of a simple bone cause me so many problems. I upgraded my phone several times since I bought it. This is driving me crazy and crazy, this phone has an excellent reputation and does not mean I am a bit disappointed by his performance or his now making me hurt.

  Once you did try BBM to see if it allows access. Or perhaps reinstall the BlackBerry Messenger application using the same method as mention earlier.

  How can I restore ONLY my BBM contacts using the desktop software?  I looked through the choice of data but none like the right. I have a Torch 9800 and I use the latest office software. (6.0 bundle 1907)

  I use my BB especially for work it is setup with connection of mail company so last week when I had problems they have wiped my BB and now my email and business contacts sync works well again but I lost all my BBM contacts.

  In the restore office option, I use the "select parameters and device data" to select data to restore, but I cannot easily determine what type of data I should be restore so I didn't wipe my e-mail contacts existing or other parameters. Given that I had about 60 BBM contacts fields that show a counter that is close (and therefore looks promising) to the correct quantity are: Messages, folders, store of Trusted keys, stored key pocket, and recent contacts.

  Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

  The appropriate injector is there. It's a shame you didn't otherwise save your BBM contacts... BBM itself offers the possibility to make a backup of contacts... I've always found that more useful than the ability to backup/restore of desktop software.

  Hey. It seems that allot of BBM users cannot view profile photos. Add a new friend on my BB her whenever I can't see their photo and they can't see mine. RIM is aware of this and will be fixed soon?

  You can always delete BBM on your device, restart and install again. I saw others a few months back States that had photos contact synchronization for them...

  You can try this.

  First make a backup of your address book.

  Then go to the email account and sync turn off Contact wireless > open your address book or Contacts > press the Menu key > Options > on this type of screen " rset ", it can warn you that it will wipe your contacts list > click Yes to continue.

  Once it's done, go to the account that you use to synchronize your Contact list and ACTIVATE e-mail wireless synchronization of Contact. It will fill your return address book.

  The created file is a .csv file that can be opened with a program such as Microsoft Excel. You will need to copy the file to your computer, and then open the file from the computer to see the story.

  Hello, I just signed up today. I have the Curve 9360 Apollo, I can't send BBM in the last 3 days, it only shows check without "D" or "R" and obviously my friend will not be the message.

  -BBM Contact Status Update (recent updates) seems normal, I can see the updates.

  -I can receive all BBM sent me, PIN request work well this way.

  -I can browse the Internet

  -Push email working fine

  -No problem with Blackberry ID

  -J' have plenty of BIS data plan service provider, I think that's not service provider problem, because I can navigate, push email, updates work.

  The only thing that does not is that I can not send any BBM BBM contact.

  I tried to do this:

  -Pulling and reinsert the battery

  -reload OS, currently using BlackBerry Handheld Software v7.1.0.1647 (all languages)

  -Remove the maintenance book to remove entry

  My my device is connected to a server that is currently had problem BBM. I have another device, Bold 9790, with even the network carriers, normal work. Differences is given in the IP/Port host routing information. My "BOLD" has (or connected to (?)) IP/Port 206.51.26.192:18815:18810 in the meantime my abnormal Curve 9360 has IP as shown on the screenshot above.

  OK, finally I managed to make it work.
  Today I decided to use the SIM card from another provider of services, AXIS Indonesia in my case, after changing, I get gateway IP diferent and normal BBM work, then I go to previous service provider (IND - XL) and ask them to change my smart SIM card and bam! I got new gateway IP pretty much the same thing as the gateway ip of my bold work 9790. Here my new host routing information:

  I have two unknown icons on my phone that probably do not have a problem on my phone but I just want to know what they are and if I can delete them. First of all, I have a globe looking thing on the left of the date and time that looks like little to my icon browser but instead, it is yellow with a small 2 beside him.
